    Ronny Polanik served us. First sentence was "If you haven't decided which model, engine volume I can not help you". If I know exact car for our needs, why I need advisor?! Then he said credit rates differ for 1 year vs 3 years old cars, which is not true. When I said, in Spandau Audi senter credit rates only depends on count of years we take credit for, he said "I dont know anything about Spandau Audi center". But he lies as finanzirung is the same for all official Audi centers in Berlin. Then he underestimate us so much that he was teaching me how to use Google search(I am software engineer, never underestimate people though). Then he said making multiple extra payments in a year will cost us a lot, 50 cent each time. He thinks that if my skin color is dark then 50 cent is too much for me. His face expressions were very disrestpectful, as we are from the forest who visit city for the first time.

    Disheartening Experience with an Unfriendly Salesperson We visited this showroom today with high hopes of finding our dream car. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration due to the unprofessional behavior of a salesperson we ever met (used car section first floor) in the showroom. It's disheartening to write this review, but we feel it's necessary to share our experience. From the moment we entered the showroom, the salesperson's demeanor was far from friendly. He seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist us. As we approached him with our questions about different car models, his sarcastic laugh left us feeling humiliated and belittled. It was clear that he made assumptions about our financial capabilities, implying that we couldn't afford the cars we were interested in. This judgmental attitude was uncalled for and completely unnecessary. Throughout the conversation, the salesperson's lack of enthusiasm and intimidating behavior overshadowed any joy we initially had. Instead of fostering a comfortable environment to discuss our options, he made us feel as though we were wasting his time. As potential customers, we expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Our enthusiasm to purchase a car was crushed by this salesperson's demeanor, and we left the showroom feeling sad and discouraged. Buying a car is a significant investment, and it should be an exciting and enjoyable process. Regrettably, this salesperson's behavior turned what should have been a memorable experience into an unpleasant one. I'm so DISAPPOINTED and not recommending to any of our friends/family.

    Update 21.12.23: Mr. Mile Pavlov provided outstanding, quick, and effective service and helped me resolve an issue with leaks on the turbocharger pipe due to a faulty seal. I wish I could give another 5 stars for his service too 🙂 Thanks, Mile a lot!!! I've got an Audi A6 in Audi Zentrum Charlottenburg. The salesman's approach was great. Even though my first visit was on short notice, I was treated professionally and given a chance to take a close look at the car. Later we arranged a test drive, after which we concluded the contract. Thanks, Mr. Jan Naumann for all your help! Till next time!

    The quality of this Audi facility decreased drastically lately, although there used to be good service with all previously car orders. I understand that the car was delayed by more than six months, give the current market situation. However now that it is finally here, I don't get a date for picking it up since more than a month. All E-mails and calls don't get returned. Shouldn't the service be even more customer-friendly after making them wait for such a long time?

    Absolutely wonderful experience. For me, as a non German speaker who is still learning to speak the language, Mr. Lucas Ertel has been a blessing. As I was buying my first car in Germany, I had tons of useless questions and he patiently helped me through them. Communication was never a problem whether it was email, phone or in person. I would definitely recommend. I went all the way from Hamburg to Berlin to pick the car :)

    Very satisfied with the process around buying our new Q4. Info, feedback and timeplan was very good. Since we are not German natives it was super nice that Mr. Hauswald speaks spotless english😁

    The staff are nice and friendly, but their service is very poor. They are not responsible to their customers' time and concerns. After checking all my documents, they initially told me that everything is very good and I signed a lease contract with them, but after 4 weeks (!!) they said they can't approve the contract! During this 4 weeks, I was constantly contacting them, but they never gave me a proper answer until I had to go to the auto house in person.

    I have visited this car shop as I was interested in buying a medium size Audi SUB. Lucas Estel was the seller helping me to understand the different features the Audi cars are offering besides the financial models supporting the purchase. I can definitely recommend Lucas, he is very profesional and patient while explaining all the details in English. I really appreciate the time he has spent with me. No doubt he is a very good point of contact for any expat willing to buy a car in Berlin.

    This was the best experience in my life of dealing with Audi. We were looking for a family car and Mr. Gregor Nestler assisted from the very beginning till the moment we drove out the office on a car! He is super friendly, has good English skills, very open for questions and extremely helpful. The car we took was a used one, but he with a back-office managed to fix all defects we found in way we even didn’t expect, and Mr. Nestler was in touch with us all the time with no delays in response at all. I love Audi, but after this experience my love became significantly deeper!

    It was a really great experience buying our first car! Sale's person Herr. Jan Neumann was very helpful. He provided all information and explained all minor details precisely. He spoke good English so it made the process easier. The documentation process was very smooth. Audi-Zentrum Berlin-Charlottenburg much recommended dealer, if you are looking for hassle-free car buying experience in Berlin!

    I have been here twice and both times I've had fantastic service. I don't speak fluent German and was helped by Daniel Karas who doesn't speak fluent English. He spoke slowly and basic in German and helped me understand everything that was happening. I changed my winter tires to summer a month back and today booked my car in for its first service and inspection. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Audi! One thing I have to investigate, is what possibilities I have upgrading the in car system to an android auto one!

    Had a great experience initially leasing and then consequently purchasing my car when the lease was up 3 years later. Constantino Bacas, who was my main point of contact on both occasions, was super personable and knowledgeable and made the experience a delight. Give this guy a raise! Thanks Audi.

    Had an amazing experience with Mr. Benjamin Noack while buying a new car! He helped us through out the process and was extremely patient and helpful. He speaks English fluently. His attention to detail and our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!

    I visited this Audi center this week and wanted to buy a car. I saw a salesman is free so I went to talk to him and I asked him if he had time and I want to get information about cars, he said "NO" very rudely. Certainly I understand this guy may not have time at that moment, but he need to LEARN how to say no to customer in a polite way like "I am sorry, I have no time, but my colleague can help you" instead of a single word. Because of such a bad attitude, I decide to buy my car in other auto house. Audi Zentrum Charlottenburg needs to train their employees how to speak business language!
