A beautiful clinic with a lovely team! After living in Berlin for four years and constantly searching for a great gyno, I visited this clinic after seeing a recommendation on Facebook. I was so happy after my visit because it really was the best praxis that I have been to in Berlin. Dr. Sabrina Stempin is absolutely amazing. She is so compassionate, empathic and patient. She really took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions and was so gentle and friendly which made the visit very easy and comfortable. She also speaks English fluently. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and easily switched to English with me as well which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this wonderful praxis :)

Frau Willis ist völlig inkompetent und inadäquat. Damals hatte ich einen unerfüllten Kinderwunsch und sie fragte mich, was nun daran wirklich so schlimm sei, sollte es wirklich nicht klappen und das in einem sehr harschen Ton. Nach dem Motto „ Aber bricht dann wirklich die Welt zusammen? Nu reiß dich doch mal zusammen“ Ich hatte keine Gesprächstherapie gesucht, sondern medizinischen Rat bzw weiterführende Diagnostik. Mir dabei die Brüste abzutasten und die Vorsorge durchzukloppen war nicht mein Anlass! Heute fühle ich mich dazu in der Lage, eine Bewertung für diese Frau abzugeben. Sie ist absolut abstoßend gewesen.

Die Ärzt*innen Hilfen sind unprofessional. Bisher immer schlecht gelaunt und fast respektlos. Ich habe vorher angerufen, um abzuklären ob ich eine AU bekomme, weil ich Übelkeit aufgrund der Menstruation habe. Ich komme rein und das erste was mir gesagt wird: „sind sie schwanger?“ , „nein nur starke Übelkeit & Schmerzen aufgrund der Periode“ „na, wegen Übelkeit bekommen sie doch nicht beim Frauenarzt eine AU“ „wir stellen keine AUs aus!“ erstmal total mein Befinden negiert. Es stimmt einfach nicht, dass Gynäkolog*innen keine AUs ausstellen. Wenn ich Probleme wegen meiner Menstruation habe, gehe ich doch nicht als erstes zu meinem Hausarzt, sondern dort hin. Dieses respektlose Entgegenkommen ist mir bisher jedes Mal von Seiten der Ärzt*innen-Helfer*innen dort passiert. Beim letzten Mal wurde meine Menstruation als „Zellschrott“ bezeichnet. Ich frage mich: was für ein Bild von der Frau* haben Sie? Was für ein Bild von der (eigenen) Menstruation & deren Symptome, die wir jeden Monat ausgesetzt sind? Ich wünsche mir Respekt, Verständnis und auf Augenhöhe sprechen und nicht mit passiv aggressiven Kommentaren behandelt zu werden. Frau Stempin ist dagegen sehr nett & offen, jedoch schickt sie einen auch relativ schnell wieder weg. Bitte nehmen Sie sich das Feedback, was sie hier bekommen zu Herzen und sprechen Sie gemeinsam darüber, welches Bild sie von einer Frau* oder Patient*innen haben! Und woher der Unmut kommt. Nach diesem Besuch wechsel ich die Praxis entgültig.

Eine gut organisierte Praxis mit einem freundlichen Praxisteam. Der Kontakt und die Betreuung durch Fr. Dr. Willis war einfühlsam und fachkompetent. I have an IUD That needs to be replaced and the doctor really took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. They also spoke perfect English which is a blessing in Berlin. Insgesamt ist die Praxis modern eingerichtet und man bekommt immer Wasser im Wartezimmer. Ich kann die Flora Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.

Unfassbar gruselig. Ich war als Neupatientin bei Frau Stempin in Behandlung. Bei einer ganz profanen und kurzen Frage wird man direkt als Hypochonder abgestempelt; obendrein als „Kontroletti“ bezeichnet und tatsächlich nachgeäfft (ja, das ist wirklich passiert…). Ganz offensichtlich eine Person, die sich in ihrem Selbstverständnis als Ärztin maßlos überhöht und sich vor allem gegenüber jüngeren PatientInnen (26 J.) extrem überheblich verhält. Ich arbeite beruflich selbst mit PatientInnen - sicherlich kann man nicht immer alles richtig machen und hat auch mal einen schlechten Tag, aber das muss nicht sein. Obendrein war sie die erste Gynäkologin, die bei der Untersuchung so unvorsichtig vorging, dass ich währenddessen tatsächlich Schmerzen hatte. Als ich sie darauf hinwies, kam nur ein genervtes „Was ist los?“. Absolute Vollkatastrophe.

Ich finde die Praxis sehr freundlich eingerichtet, es steht immer die Möglichkeit sich mit Wasser zu erfrischen zur Verfügung. Die Krankenschwestern sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frau Willis hab ich noch nicht kennengelernt. Ich bin bei Frau Stempin. In meinem durchaus schon erlebnisreichen Leben war ich bei 6 Gynökologen in Behandlung. Oft musste ich bis zu mindestens 1,5 Stunden warten trotz Termin. Das ist mir bei Frau Stempin noch nie passiert. Hier habe ich längstens 30 Minuten gewartet. Frau Stempin ist sehr freundlich, kompetent, einfühlsam. Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit und berät ausführlich. Ich bin froh, dass ich diese Praxis gefunden habe. * ich benutze keine gendergerechte Sprache und hoffe sehr, dass sich Frau Stempin und Frau Willis nicht daran stören ;-)

I'm really happy with the Praxis. I feel comfortable, everyone is nice and they take time to listen to me. I never wait more than 15min in the waiting room and they answer the phone if you call.
