We bought 3 watches in this warm and helpful sellers. They helped us in selecting the most fit to us and my teenage son. We enjoyed the time communicating with Lars about the current trend and style of these nice and beautiful swatch. Great customer service.

I might be visited this store for around 3 or 4 times during my stay in Bern for a boxing fight. Never have chance to get the phenomenal Omega Moonswatch Series. But all the staffs, I've been met are very friendly and helpful. The store is located in the very strategic area, in centre of Bern's City.

I went to change the battery of my watch In less than a couple minutes I had my watch back and the time had been already set to the actual time and date! Very friendly staff. You may change your Swatch battery for free (in case you did not know it)

It’s a small Swatch shop located near the train station of Bern. The employees of the shop are very helpful and also very international due to the fact that they speak many languages. We felt very welcome. They recommended us a lot of watches and explained us the philosophy of swatch. I strongly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice shop to buy swatch items.

Location is good & easy to find! But the new collection is limited, and have bad experience with one of the employs their: He took the initiative to serve two clients who came after me. When I explained the idea to him, he said that he wanted to serve them first! If I had another branch, I would go to it, but I had to buy from them, but it will be the last. Respect for the customer, regardless of his origin, is more important than the sales proceeds.
