Amazing quality, variety and dietary options (vegan, lactose and gluten free etc.)

Simply the best breakfast for a days skiing. The food is excellent and the coffee superb. Really great healthy choices too. We came every day we stayed in Bourg Saint Martin.

Really nice little cafe which served specialty coffee and chimney cakes. We visited twice (one for lunch and one for breakfast). The thai noodles at lunch is not bad.

Visited here twice whilst in Bourg visiting family. Service is very good and friedly! There is seating inside and out - just watch out for the Huse Sparrows, they like sampling your food...lol. They'll take it from out of your hand if offered. Expect to pay in the region of 12 Euros for a coffee, Coke and a Cake. A Burger will set you back 22 Euros. But they are nice! Definitely worth a visit! But can get busy!

We couldn't rave more highly on our favourite little spot down the Vally in Bourg. As an Australian I am an absolute coffee snob, I was over the moon to discover that the coffee at Pause is absolutely top notch, with gorgeous coffee art and the full spread of selection from Mocha's to Machiato's ... so if you have been craving being able to ask for a coffee with milk and not have to explain what that is in France... this is the place for you!! The food is excellent but what I love most of all is the Service, everyone is so friendly, attentive and it almost feels like being at home ... which is a big thing to say for an Aussie in France. If you have been craving awesome friendly service, gorgeous food and primo coffee... dont miss out on Pause! See you there :)

Really high quality latte with coconut milk, freshly baked savory Kürtös, and a refreshing lunch bowl. Great stop before jumping on the next train after a long hike in the alps!

Great coffee and breakfast. I suggest a visit before catching the Fernicular! I had the toast, good quality French bread, unique and delicious topping recipes.

We stayed in Bourg Saint Maurice because we drive la route des grandes alpes. We chose this place for la petit dejeuner and it was delicious. Very nice coffee and a surprising menu. Very friendly staff and such a lovely atmosphere. We were very happy to have found this place!

The coffee is reaaaaally good here, the staff is very friendly and quite funny ;)
