A lovely 3-star hotel strategically located to serve Amuwo, Festsac and environs. De Santiago Milan hotel provides great value for money. This hotel is relatively affordable and friendly to the pocket. Easily accessible and sufficient parking space for cars. The hotel provides a very homely feel. A lovely ambience, comfortable furniture and beautiful interior decorations. The staff are polite, friendly and ready to help. However, the management should consider more trainings to ensure the staff deliver world class level of service delivery.

I had an amazing experience here, I hosted a surprise birthday party. The barbecue fish was well grilled and spiced, chicken was properly done, tasty meals. We had fun with the life band which is usually available on Sundays, they sang a special birthday song for the celebrant. There are different parts, the hotel section, an event hall, a roof top (with a different service structure, more expensive menu than the pool side section), the pool side also lovely. In general, it was a fun night for everyone.

A Very cool and good hospitality establishment. It has a very clean and serene environment, has good security protocols. I enjoyed their life band.

This is a very massive hotel located along festac link bridge road in the Amuwo Odofin axis. It is a beautiful and massive structure with big compound for parking, comfortable and luxurious rooms, numerous halls (for weddings & meetings) bar, swimming pool. It is a good stop for family and personal or business relaxation.

Walking in there as a returning guest, I realized they had a new set of staff. Some of them were very unprofessional but I let it slide. Now after my stay, we lodged my nephew and niece and 2 days before the expiration of their stay they were plagued with calls asking if they wanted to retain the rooms. Moving forward to the day of their check-out, they were held from leaving on charges of drinking a big stout. These are kids who have never tasted alcohol in their entire lives. And after realizing their mistake they let them go. My question is, is this how unprofessional Satiago has become, that they now harass their customers due to their silly mistakes? Without even checking or confirming. I for one would never step foot there again as they have lost a genuine customer. Be wary of them. They are living in lost glory. Sad to say but true. Even their services have dwindled. It's just sad to watch. Their management ought to do something before they run down that place.

It is a good place for relaxation and hanging out with friends. But that Amuwo road is so bad anytime it rains. But all the same, the hotel is very very good.

Very beautiful hotel... Big spacious well furnished up to date facility that is designed and established in an area of affluence that is readily accessible and available. This is pure class! A 7star hotel. Their services are top... Their staff are professionals who knows their onions.

Very nice place with hospitable workers. The food here is terrible, after taking forever to bring it, it’ll end up tasting unpleasant and very expensive. If you are making your food expensive, it should be worth it. You sell it very expensive and the food will be like a local canteen food. So what’s the difference?Most importantly!!!!!! Their workers begs a lot. I mean I lot!!! And it’s terrible. You can’t just walk downstairs without one or two guys asking you for money. Especially those room service guys. Just this morning, one of them came to disturb my sleep cause he wanted to ask for something. You want to go to the bar, they’ll stop to greet and ask for something. They can’t greet without asking for favors at the end. It’s very very bad. Not sure we’ll be coming back next time cause of this. Everything here is okay except this begging habits from the workers and the food. Been here for over a week and I know how much we’ve given to these guys. Now I can’t sleep again cause of the early morning Knock on the door. Please talk to your workers to stop it. It’s not nice

Lovely place, beautiful outlook and interior. Quite big. Has a gym, a pool, complementary breakfast, lots of outdoor relaxation spots Including a nice cozy rooftop bar.. I enjoy the live band/karaoke too. Food is nice, rooms neat and well kept. Saw the Duvet torn though, obviously from constant wash. They need to discard it. Prompt service and respectful staff... Lots of fun places around it too incase you wanto explore while lodged. I recommend

Love the mirrors that happens to be everywhere. Love that there's a functional spa and saloon around. Rooms are kind of small but the setting is really nice.

Loved it! Spacious with ample parking space for cars. The poll side bar is cool. Simple decor, great music. The grilled catfish is quite bland and could be tastier. Staff is well trained and courteous. An overall cool experience. Worth checking out.

Well though the location is good and the structure even better, I was not totally pleased with my visit there and the environment was not very appealing to the sight as I stay close a part that had water drainage some parts smelled. However the grilled fish n goat meat I had with my friends was good and they have good environment for snapping pictures.

If you are in festac and you have not been here, that simply means you've been nowhere.. I celebrate my birthday there and it was woow... The first time and place I ever tasted catfish grills in my whole life. I don't eat fish but I was pressure to taste it that day and my life never remained the same. Smart and polite bar attendants. One of them is Blessing... Her smiles and courtesy are wooow. The snail Asun is something else. There conveniences are very neat and we'll kept. Thumbs up to the management. They are doing a great job.

Very unhealthy business incline environment. The staff are never costumer centric. They are so outdated that u can get arrested for transfers done but hasn't reflected on account. It's never a place recommended for business meetings or training. Let the wise be ware. Cheers.

I was here to hang out and the experience was really cool. The rooftop lounge could get really cold atimes, be prepared for that. Fair pricing, good service, easy to spot location.. 8/10 for me.

Not bad! It was first time visiting Lagos and we stayed here. The hotel isn't new but it's well kept. The room was nice, but the suite was just a little small. There was a small living room area in the front and the bedroom in the back, the room came with two TV's. They also have security 24 hours at the front gate. It's located on one of the busy streets in Festac, so be ready for that and there is a club literally right next door. The view from the roof top is nice, the louge area on the roof is as well. The pool area and fitness center is nice also. I didn't like that you have to call them to warm up your food, they don't have microwaves in the rooms. But they do have room service to clean the rooms. Make sure you lock up everything valuable you have or take it with you.

Made a reservation and paid for the room yet my room was given to someone else. Not nice at all. But apart from that the hotel is a good one.

So it was one of our partners' birthday and the family and us were treated by Chef John. The chicken, fish, chips and set of buffets were well prepared. You can feel the condiments well mixed into the dishes. Tasty, delicious and perfect. The chef was humble enough to honour us with his presence. De Santiago Milan Hotel, is really nothing without the mighty weight of its Chef dishes.

Decent place. However during my stay here i requested for a TV channel change but unfortunately my request wasn't attended to. Then again the Friday night noise was deafening!!!

Took the cheapest room of 20k, though small but very comfortable. Nice ambience, neat environment, good facilities; definitely amongst the best hotels around Festac. Although the staff aren't amiable, I enjoyed my stay overall. I'll surely visit again.

Is a nice place, cool staffs, the food was okay, accurate service and all. Please add robes, & slippers to the room. Kindly work on the take in food aspect. Cos I ordered a meal outside and they didn't allow the dispatch rider to bring it in, and was asked to leave it by the gate like how on earth, food I wanna take in my system! I have never experience that as a traveler and that was a huge turn off for me and my partner. Please work on that. Every other thing is superb and I love my stay there❤❤❤

The inside bar at the hotel reception is really cool. The pool bar used to be cool but I think it's fast fading away. The speakers are terrible If the sound is addressed and a good DJ,I think that Will be the best outdoor chill point in the metropolis.

It's an amazing place to lodge. Provided top quality services and pricing is okay. Minimum per night is N30,000. The manager is very calm and a nice guy. The bar is located in the pool area. The buffet breakfast is okay too.

The rooftop bar is my kinda bar,the natural breeze and a different vibe to it. the waitress are attentive and helpful.don’t be shy when you plan to go to the rooftop bar for the first time ask the waitress to direct you to the elevator,they are pleased to be of assistance to you.

Santiago Milano Hotels and suites is located in Amuwo. Has a standard pool and an array of good comfortable hotel rooms & suites. If you like good music on a Sunday evening then their outdoor pool side tables is what you need and they make one the best barbecue fish in Amuwo odofin👌🏼

The hotel is new,clean and it's staff are very efficient. Room service is 100 percent. Shower pressure in the bathrooms is something I definitely will miss. Down sides are that the hotel is not the best if you're a light sleeper. There's a lot of noise from the rooftop bar until about 12 on certain days, regardless of what room you're in. And the Acs have a glow showing the temperature, so two rooms I stayed in don't go completely dark at night, so it's not possible to sleep comfortably in darkness.

The Hotel is beautiful, but I wasn't completely impressed with their services. Hopefully they will take the advise given.

Every time we come here the staff is so welcoming and hotel is very nice and clean. This area is very "live", there is a party going on daily! The rooftop restaurant adjacent to the hotel is a must go to spot. They have great food, atmosphere lovely and nice music

Poor service. I waited for a grill turkey for an hour at the pool side laudge. You have to wait for every little request even at breakfast. I was meant to check in st 2pm and even getting here at 4:27pm, I was kept waiting for over an hour to check in. Not even a class of water was offered. Is a waiting game here. The staff are pleasant and with a smile but customer service is 0.5%.

Poor customer service, we were lodged there for a friend’s wedding and they were just not helpful with questions, the staff there were rude and disrespectful, they just don’t know how to talk. Hotel is nice, setting and finishing is top notch Cleaning and bedsheets are done daily so I’ll complement them on that one.

Very decent hotel, well trained and professional staff, I would lodge here again without question. The only ish is the price of the rooms and food in comparison with "another" hotel not too far from it...

The rooms are good and peaceful but the service is just not it. I can’t remember how much the hotel owes me from spare change that the staff keep forgetting to give me and it’s not like I can start looking for each and everyone of them to give me my change. Some of the staff mostly the cleaners and the guards on the top floor have the mind to ginger you up to collect a lil sumn sumn from you which to be honest is very uncomfortable to me. Reception staff on the other hand is 10/10 nothing else to say except the fact that they point out a fault in their system saying that you owe them money when you don’t adding unnecessary mysterious bills into your bill only to later find out it was a mistake.
