I’m very happy with the end result of my sofa. Looks good in my living room and a few people have liked it also. I think choosing the right fabric and style makes a huge difference. There was an error during the making of my sofa, but was fixed with a good result. When you have a sofa custom made, make sure you tell them exactly what you want and measurements to avoid mistakes along the way.

Australian Made, custom designed and delivered within 6 weeks from order! Amazing to think that you walk into some of the high end name brand names and they tell you 6 months from Italy. We just replaced our high end brand name couch with a custom from Craig. These guys make great quality, custom well priced furniture. Couldn't be happier. thanks

Got a leather lounge + recliner from the Caringbah Store a few months ago. The process was smooth and the family is very happy. Seems a very solid product. PS: I was told that Sofas by Ross Q is run by Ross the original owner of Proud Furniture. The Silverwater Proud store was taken over by a different owner 4 years ago so there is a difference between the two.

Extremely happy with my sofa bed. Smooth and easy to operate mechanism, very comfortable and thick mattress. I was able to choose arm widths and sofa width so my sofa could suit my space, cushioning to suit and cushion sizes, and many fabrics/leather to chose from meant I got exactly what I wanted. No long wait time even during Covid, and was delivered at the nominated time. A great experience with this local business.

Great Quality Furniture at a Great Price. It's Aussie made and the wait time is minimal. Do yourself a favour avoid the big boys and go to Ross Q instead! And ask for Michael who's their Gun salesman.

We purchased our lounge from the Proud Furniture Taren Point store 3 years ago. After a few weeks of having the lounge, we contacted Proud to let them know that the material was pilling and already showing signs of wear. We were told to shave the lounge every 6 weeks which we have been doing religiously, however, the material looks like it is 10 years old. Pretty disappointing as Proud was recommended to us by a few people and even they cannot believe how the lounge looks.

I brought a 2 seater sofa and 2 single recliners in white leather from Ross Q and was not happy with the product. They have taken them away once to fix the gathering in the leather, they also changed the fabric from under the leather sofa which was visible, but every time you sit on the sofa the cushions pop up from the back as they just sit on top, very badly made for a $6,000 lounge suite. t would not recommend them.

Purchased 2 piece lounge with sofa bed and ottoman in late Oct/early Nov. Excellent friendly service from Richard in Caringbah who patiently helped with design and decision making with the many choices of materials etc available. Pricing very reasonable given customer made and Australian made. Delivered well before estimated due date. Quality and comfort excellent. Sofa bed very comfortable!! Highly recommend Proud Furniture Caringbah.
