Nicola is wonderful and very professional at her job. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, explained the procedure thoroughly to me at every step. The procedure itself was pain free and I could hear much more clearly as soon as the wax was removed from my ears. The clinic itself is very clean and in a good location. I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else but here going forwards. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and provided with clear communication of the process, along with relevant paperwork. The centre at Bexley was very clean and tidy, as should be for such procedures. I first used Nicola ( the ear nurse) about 2 years ago, she came to do my elderly mums ears. I had no hesitation in using her again recently for my mum again. Nicola is kind, gentle and efficient. She was very caring and patient with my mum who has alzheimer's. Mum thinks she's a very nice lady too 🙂

Fantasic service from Nicola my husband had a bit of difficulty with his ears as he hadn't had them done for over 16 yrs and they were full of brick dust etc. he was a bit worried as they didn't clear on his first visit but Nicola put him at ease and second time round after following advice with ear drops & olive oil she cleared both ears. I Would highly recommend her she is friendly, professional & knows her stuff.

I work in the construction industry so my ears are very prone to collecting dust and other particles so the build up of ear wax can be very uncomfortable, sometimes with a loss of hearing.
