The stay with my boyfriend at this hotel was amazing. We felt great in this hotel where we had everything we wanted. An excellent view, a very good breakfast food, a professional staff who were with us and took care of us with absolutely everything we asked for, the cleaning team was very good, our rooms were tidy and clean. As a location it is close to the center (15-20min) especially since you have public transport 1 minute walk from the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you want to take your next vacation in London.

Google asks me why my experience with this hotel was excellent. I'll tell you why, the stay I had at this hotel was a dream, just like the view I had, the services I got from the employees, the food I ate at breakfast and restaurant and the room I stayed in was very nice, clean and gave me a feeling of comfort as I would be at home. Briefly a cozy and beautiful room. You have DLR transport a minute's walk away and many grocery stores near the hotel. I recommend this hotel, they have very good prices for all the services they offer. 5 star experience, no doubt. :)

Conveniently located along the DLR(2min walk) and Elizabeth line(10min walk) this hotel is perfect for short and long stays. The breakfast buffet seats across from the water with a nice view to enjoy pastries, traditional english breakfast and coffee/tea. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay. The rooms were quaint and efficient and the staff tended to any issues right away. Daily cleaning and replenished with linen and water was provided. The black out curtains are always a win. The pool area is quite busy but included all the amenities for relaxation. I was able to use the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room with no issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again anytime. There was parking behind the hotel with additional parking options when the lot was full. Thank you for a warm stay with extra comfort. I witnessed the staff being friendly with all the guests and it was truly enjoyable.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights for my parents for their anniversary. Thanks to the hotel's general manager, Stephen Brown for the room upgrade to the suite even though there was a large event at the Excel and the hotel was sold out. My parents love the hotel a lot. Also, thanks for the complimentary champagne for the occasion. They stayed at the Intercontinental O2 before and they told me that this hotel far better than Intercontinental O2 in term of the service and the room. The breakfast was phenomenal and they really recommend to stay here while visiting London. The room was clean.

We had a great experience here. It was a 10 minute walk away from the Excel and the Cust House Tube Station was a little further on, but still really convenient. The staff were all very helpful and really nice, with great service. Our room was clean and spacious. We ate here one night as I wasn't very well and the service and food was great too, so all in all I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nice views over the docks. Easy public transport access from London City airport via the DLR or taxi. Hotel clean, room of a good size. Breakfast hot and tasty. Reason room rates... As a business traveller, these are important to me and ticks all the boxes. Oh and the reception staff very warm. Only drawback was the swimming pool/sauna being out of service temporarily, but hey i bet when back, they will be improved!!!

Good hotel with spacious rooms, good sized swimming pool with times for adults and kids, steam room, sauna. Breakfast was also better than most other hotels. Parking is very expensive and should really be discounted. Lifts were slow and creaky. Needs servicing or upgrading.

Hotel was light and airy and staff were really accommodating at the reception desk and during breakfast in the restaurant area of the hotel . We had a great view over the dock area and the O2, right on the London City Airport flight path. Easy to walk to the Excel, the docks and the airport should you need to. Breakfast was buffet style with selection of breads, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, cold cuts, pastries and hot food. Room was well appointed and had plenty of sockets which was ideal for charging items and working within the room. The only small issue at the moment is parking-it is limited due to building work taking place at the back of the hotel. We didn't have time unfortunately to use the leisure facilities.

Considering what you pay for this hotel is very good value for money. I very much enjoyed the pool. The changing rooms are quite small but they never seem to be busy so that's completely fine. You are meant to book a slot for the pool / Leisure Centre facilities but I turned up in the morning after waking up early just to chance it and they were completely fine with it which I thought was very nice of them.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay for a few days. Room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a slight issue with the walk-in shower water wasn't draining properly and left a pool of water after we had a shower. Apart from that everything was great. Breakfast was fine too. Bathroom amenities was fabulous 🥰

Really lovely hotel with excellent spa facilities. Due to it being Christmas day we couldn't enjoy the spa for long. There were delays with our dinner - I put that down to the staff working long shifts and being exhausted (we hope they have quality breaks). Breakfast was a treat and our rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Ideal situation for the Excel. Couple minute walk. Greeted really well. Lovely room, only downside for me is the lighting. Was really impressed with breakfast. Great choice and plenty of food available. Dinner is good but pricey. Overall a great stay

Perfect! The staff are super! Accommodating, friendly and I'm so pleased with our stay here. Its in an excellent location for easy access across town. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent, pool and spa are great. I've just arranged a late check out with zero fuss and it's perfect for our journey home. Excellent and will 100% return.

I didn’t haven’t the opportunity to fully use this hotel. On checking in, I found the bed to be incredibly soft which wouldn’t give me a peaceful sleep and would also result in a bad back! The room was okay, if a bit dated and looked nothing like the pictures. I was also facing a car park area and so a water view is not guaranteed. Location is great with restaurants and shops nearby, about a 8 min walk from custom house station. Luqman, who works at the hotel was excellent. Great customer service, quickly came to assess the issue, showed me another room and allowed me to check-out at nil charge. He is a credit to the hotel. Avoid if you can’t stand super soft beds!

My stay was absolutely pleasant, was greeted with lovely staff when I checked in and as always lovely room to go with it. Breakfast is definitely my favourite part as well as the facilities too. Was checked out by Bash by far my favourite receptionist. He was friendly and very helpful during my stay. Overall very happy :)

We had a clean and comfortable family break here just prior to Xmas 2021. Omicron was spreading, but the hotel had measures in place, like 'one household per lift', etc. Breakfast was excellent, though better espresso would be great - I switched to Americano. WiFi was good and very easy to access. Views are probably much better from south facing rooms; worth asking on arrival. The pool is downstairs from the changing rooms, with only a part-frosted window to the street, which might be issues for some. If using the DLR, it's about 8 stops to Tower Hill. The car park, like all in London, is a bit tight, and (while not in the hotel's gift) we discovered it is £12.50 a day inside the North circular for many diesels, now. On the day we checked out, it took 12 minutes to get to that road, so more than a pound a minute! Eek! But these are just things to be aware of; the hotel itself seemed excellent.

The service and rooms are good. It's send higher stars but breakfast is run off the mill and it would be better to go out to eat something. They are attentive and have a pool and spa. The jacuzzi is a bit cooler than it should be because of how close it sits to the pool. Everything room wise was fine just one small issue if the floor mat in the bathroom having a strain.

At check-in the two young ladies were so polite and never stopped smiling. The one who dealt with my wife and I (think her name was Nurun or something like that) was very helpful and her colleague whose name I didn't catch and dealt with my daughter was just as good. Room was clean and comfortable and food was excellent both in the evening and for breakfast. We will be back soon and would really recommend it.

Myself and my boyfriend stopped here recently, the staff were very friendly. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, so clean and the view of the Docklands was superb! We really enjoyed the pool and fitness centre which was a lovely added bonus. We also had breakfast which was very tasty and a great selection was offered! With the transport stations close by this is an ideal location! We will definitely be visiting again

Stayed at the for a night and it was superb but the £50 hold on your credit card is really unnecessary after paying so much for a stay. The hotel will debit their money from your card instantly but won’t refund or release the funds back into your account. Other than that…good hotel and rooms are super clean.

The hotel was great, stayed as I had a Business event over the weekend. Bedroom was clean, lovely sheets. Breakfast was a excellent variety. Look forward to seating again soon. The only thing was that there's not many options to eat outside of the hotel.

Spent the weekend here with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Very small and limited breakfast options; they had renovations to the main restaurant so the breakfast was served in a conference room instead. Did not feel nice. Rooms were decent, beds not so comfy.

Just checked in. Very friendly staff, speedy and efficient service. Good quality room for a very reasonable price. Close to local shops, bars and restaurants so very quick and easy to grab a bite. Would recommend. Just a short walk from the Royal Victoria DLR station for a short journey back into Canary Wharf.
