Great dog park. A lot of open space for them in a fenced in area. Not a big park and not much room for anything else other than a basketball court, some playground equipment and a shelter house. Big Walnut Creek runs alongside the road that goes to the back of the park. I guess that road is what's used if you want to walk.

I really love this park. When you pull in you drive a little to get down to the dog park. They have a HUGE dog park one of the largest dog parks I have ever been to. There is plenty of room and grass for all dogs to run around and play. There is a space for the trained show dogs to do the competitions, a little area for small dogs and then a big area that can be split into two areas but is always open. There is one big sidewalk down the middle of the park for people to walk and plenty of seats and tables. I went around 5 o clock and there were a good amount of people. There are plenty of water stations and lots of parking. They also have 2 porter potties if you have to use the restroom. They also have a park for kids to play on and a full size outside basketball court. The only problems I have with this park is that not many people go to it which is sad for such a giant park. Also when it rains it can get really muddy. Definitely would reccomend.

Very nicely maintained. There were no other dogs there when we went. It was a blast. The fencing was in great condition and the double gates in and out made me feel like my dog would be secure and not easily get away.

This is one of my favorite parks in the area. I love that there are multiple sections to the park. And agility equipment. Keeps the pups well entertained!

If you have an energetic puppy do not go here. This is more of a senior dog park than an all inclusive dog park. And the people are not friendly. My puppy was isolated and treated like trash for wanting to play with other dogs at the park.

My dog loves this park. It's not always exactly split into big dogs and small dogs, but from my experiences the dogs and owners are usually nice! Usually lots of dogs to play with, lots of variety in sizes and breeds. No aggresive dogs that I've seen.

Amazing dog park. Very friendly dogs and owners! Multiple enclosed areas, including a park specifically for smaller dogs and an agility course. I recommend taking an over powered laser pointer (visible in daylight) to the agility course. Our puppy had sooo much fun!

So glad we came to this park! I took my puppy Moose he is 5 months old and he loved it! There were a lot of other dogs there and they were friendly! So many different types. The park is fenced off and there are multiple areas and plenty of room for the doggies to run free! My daughters had fun as well they enjoyed meeting all the new doggies we saw they we all so cute! There's even a small park area with swings and slides. We will definitely be visiting this park often!

Plenty of room for the dogs to stretch it out and run! There's a big dog part which is most of the park, and there's a little dog park which is a good size for three or four little dogs to run around. Super nice people there all the time.

I’ve been here a few times now and am so happy with how kind all the pups and their owners are. There are multiple entrances and multiple way to get from the big fenced in area to the smaller/puppy are to the agility course practice area. HUGE space to for all dogs to run and play and socialize. Love it and will be going again and again!

It's a nice place to bring my dog. People need to realize that not all dogs react the same or behave appropriately at all times. They are dogs! If you can't handle that, then don't come to a dog park.

This was the FIRST time I'd ever been, but I absolutely loved it!!! They have about 5 enclosures with different activities for the pups. Each part is FULLY gated so you can move from space to space without worrying about your 🐕 getting/running away. The people I spoke with were VERY friendly and courteous. ALL the dogs my pup encountered were playful, respectful and overall great dogs! DEFINITELY going back!!!

This was my first time at Pizurro although I’ve passed it many times. I love that our small yorkie had the whole fenced in area to himself!!! He loved it and loved being off leash! We’ll definitely be back! We went early evening 3-4 pm.

awesome dog park. thanks to all the owners that follow the rules and keep the dog park nice. for those of you who don't pick up your dogs mess, or leash your aggressive dog - stay home or go elsewhere please.

Love the new permanent shade canopy in the center area. Cons: water source is at shelter entrance only and relies on Samaritans to fill and carry gallon jugs. (I prefer to bring my own water and bowl to avoid communal drinking.)

Huge dog park. Area for small dogs too. Has area for dog training. Take your own poop bags and water /bowl

Such a great space! The divisions for different sized dogs, the time out spot and the gate locations are all so thoughtful. The only thing I am not crazy about is the multitude of water jugs littering the yards and there not being running water. Quite a few mud spots that need filled in too. But, really, it's a nice open expanse for a full on run for dogs of all sizes. The structures, which my dog used the first time we were there as a safe spot for a breather from a much bigger overwhelming playmate, are great!! As is the obstacle course equipment. No blind spots for shady folk either.

This park is perfect! A great group of dogs come here regularly. I look forward to coming here almost as much as my pup does!

We love this park because it is so big!!! There is one giant fenced-in area (2 sides, with an open gate in the middle) for all dogs, plus 2 smaller fenced in areas, one for small dogs (<25lb) and one with equipment for agility training (ground in this area is pebbles, not grass). The biggest downside is that it floods sometimes if it rains too much and there are a lot of muddy areas (especially in the winter and spring) but that's the only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5... but frankly, if we are going to the dog park we expect our dog to get a little dirty!

Love this dog park! Always a great time even though my dog is kind of antisocial, like me. They have 3 areas- small, large, and an agility course.

We use the big Walnut Creek to kayak and Canoe. The Pizarro dog park has a Nice area to put kayaks in, or take them out. And there is a restroom conveniently located right near the take out spot!

Out of towner there for the Ohio Basset Rescue Basset Palooza - huge dog park with 3 separate areas. There was 200+ at the fest and didn't seem cramped. Great dog park...very woodsy. However I did step in a pile on the way to my car.

Great dog park with a walking path through a large fenced in area. There is some obstacle training fenced within that, and another area for smaller dogs. My dog really enjoys it. A bonus is that there is a hose where I can rinse him off afterwards.

I take my dog here every chance I can!! A place for big dogs, and a separate spot for smaller dogs! Well maintained!!

A nice little area to take your dog and meet other dog owners. The agility course is a lot of fun for our Australian Shepherd.

This is a very large dog park. It has a training area and a small kid's park attached. Please do NOT bring young children into the dog park area, some of the dogs are extremely large and this is a place for them to play and small children are at risk of getting hurt.
