+ Seem recent new build or reno rooms and building + Seem new for some accessories + Breakfast is sufficient and well service + ample parking lot + Free wifi and space are good + 2 bottles of water drink and coffee provided + Bed and bed sheet is good and clean + TV and lighting are working well - remote place and about 1 hr drive from the city - certain bathroom accessories not will maintain and supply - bed frame not will maintain, with sharp plate - luggage area cannot fit well into the cabinet, especially for large luggage - room flooring not clean in certain areas - WC without hanger. Guess it is standard through out the Europe, not just this hotel.

Only had one nights stay, but I was really impressed. Beautiful and spacious room, clean, good quality coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Nice and clean otel to stay. Beds are so comfortable, rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast is satisfying.

Nice hotel but nothing to do around it, double bed is two single beds and the pillows weren’t great. 1 memory foam and one feather per side. Head was either too high or too low. Beds weren’t Particularly comfy. Breakfast existed but that’s the only way I’d define it.

+ The rooms are brand new, well-maintained and clean. Everything works properly and check in was very smooth. The rooms are also quite spaceous and well-isolated. Ample parking is available for free at the hotel. Overall, the location is convenient near the highway, and some nice restaurants are available by car (<5 minutes). - The service at breakfast was simply outrageous!! I have never encountered anything like this. When we entered at 9.10, there was literally no bread at all: no large breads, no croissants, no pain au chocolat, nothing! Half of the jars of marmelade were completely empty, no ham, no salmon, no pancakes, etc. People were literally waiting until food left the kitchen and were behaving like vultures waiting for a prey. The 2 people in the kitchen were arguing to each other instead of actually filling up the breakfast. When something came out of the kitchen it was limited to 6-8 croissants at a time, while 20 people were waiting for food ... We stayed for an hour and then decided to leave anyway. When mentioning this to the manager upon checkout, he simply laughed in our faces and said there had just been a group before we arrived and that everybody was complaining about it but that they couldn't do anything to avoid that. I can understand that bread needs to be baked, but all the rest is just refilling ... Severely disappointed!

nice rooms and comfortable stay the small things let it down, like no soap to wash your hands, only 2 milk caps for the tea and coffee. parking good but location for restaurants not very good

Very nice place, clean and efficient. Good breakfast too. I felt comfortable, good reasons to come back

Great hotel and well located on RN12

Very spacious, comfortable room with good beds and pillows (even on the good sized sofa bed). Curtains worked well against the early morning sun! Plenty of parking. Coffee machine was spotless. Enough storage space for hanging clothes etc. Appreciated plugs next to the bed on both sides! Shower needs something to stop water going all over the floor, and the air conditioning made very loud noises in the night that woke us up. The toilet being separate from the bathroom is not ideal as you cannot wash your hands if someone else is in the bathroom.

Excellent budget hotel near Versailles.

The hotel is just perfect, comfortable, great bedding, large room, coffee in the room. The building is new, opened in 2022, modern finishing, great colour choice and everything in one word - just amazing!
