This place is serving vast extensive menu with so many new items. Staff was so humble helps in ordering your meal. They have in-store digital self order kiosks where you can select and place your order directly. Nice outlet, the revamped one based on new theme of McDonald's. Seating capacity is good. They have separate section for Birthday Party celebrations. Located inside Omaxe mall- there are two entries one is direct and another one through entering inside the mall

If you're looking for a quiet place to eat, McDonald's is the restaurant for you. However, the food is incredible, and the staff does their best with the limited number of employees. I was surprised to see on my receipt from McDonald's that they are rewarding customers ONLY if they leave a "Highly Satisfied" rating on their reviews (BOGO). This is akin to paying someone for their vote. Seems illegal or at least a highly unethical practice. The result is their reviews will be inaccurately slanted to positive just so people can get rewarded even if the experience was negative. Unfortunate, this website doesn't have a place to attach a picture. Otherwise I would have attached one. Food is good .. only problem not working hand wash place ..

This is one of our favourite place to visit since our childhood. The happy meals made everyone happy either it's us with the happy meal toy or our parents who loved eating the food items included in it. Their french fries are super delicious. Their mcpuff and burgers are too delicious. The quality and quantity as per the money is totally worth. The ice creams served are of good quality as well.

They have upgraded the place. My last visit to this outlet was many years back and when I visited there today, it was totally different. Seating arrangement was different, ordering system has been improved, machines have been installed where we can order ourselves without waiting in the counter line. Staff was also very nice. It was a good experience after a long time.

From last 6-12 months staff behaviour is totally different. 👎🏻 No staff is with smilling face. All are in angry looking face & not listen properly what you want or not even properly help you. Only the staff members that serve food on the table are soft spoken & well behaved. Some they gave even the burnt 🍟 fries. Some time you order a normal meal you have to wait for 15/20mins. People coming after you even with big orders they received there order in 5/10mins. Only reason to go there is for our kids.

Hygiene level is toxic. No one in the staff cares about it. Some times there is no one at counter to take your order. Irresponsible whole staff. Everyone is busy in their so important conversations. They clean the table with smelly yuck cloth. They don't even deserve single star.

Worst service ever. The time we received food got cold. Manger is busy on mobile phones in front of customers. No greeting and zero curtsy. Drink were spilled on try. Franchise need work on staff. Thanks

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes while at least five customers who ordered after me were served first. No explanation, no apology just ignored. The only difference? I’m clearly not from this country. It felt like they assumed I wouldn’t speak up, so they took advantage of that. Funny how the food was magically ready within 2 minutes once my father confronted them. So it clearly wasn’t a kitchen issue, it was a respect issue. This location needs serious staff training. Discrimination, intentional delays, and selective service are not okay. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management reviews how customers are treated here.

I ordered a happy meal but I'm not happy after I got the parcel. There's no pineapple slices just like before and also the coffee which I ordered is not coffee at all it's just ice :((

I don't want to give even a single star but I had to. It was such a poor experience. I had received non vegetarian order instead of vegetarian. It is such a huge sensitive blunder. Mc Donald's really need to work on staff.

After reviewing prior complaints, it is evident that others like me have reported the same experience, indicating a repeated and systemic issue at this outlet. This is no longer a customer service failure but a potential compliance and discrimination concern. If this matter is not formally investigated and addressed, I am prepared to escalate it beyond store management. This location reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and should be reviewed immediately.
