Customer Support and Billing counter staff unable to support customers with their bad behaviour. They mentions 30 days return policy which is completely fake. No more purchase.. they didn't worth it

Prices are reasonable but somehow the stocks looked old.. latest stock yet to come probably.. overall good.

On 8 August i visited second time in trends growell moll 101 kandivali east mumbai For shoping and use voucher of clothing which was given by trends of rs 8000 on my big shopping 1 month ago Every coupon was rs 500 On purchase 1500 i have to pay only 1000 Rs 500 discount There in store i done selection of clothing Then There is 2 ,3 persons say sorry sir you can not use coupon There is network problem But they are ignoring me i losses my coupon benefit that is bad experience 1st time i had seen in trends

I had shopped at this joint yesterday in growels mall. Nice joint for clothes for Men , women n kids as well. Rates are reasonable. You will get decent stuff.

Collection of the store is good but the behavior of the staff and the persons on the counter is really bad ...and also my coupons were expired and so i replaced it from the other branch of trends and they gave me a valid coupons in exchange and even applied offer in the bill..but over here they gave me invalid coupons for the shopping ..and when we told the above story ..without even asking his manager he told that such things are not possible and can't be done by us even though when asked by customer care they told that it can be exchanged.... but they didn't agree on it and didn't even applied any offer for my shopping with the bill of around 13k ... so as my personal experience. it's a waste of time if u don't have valid coupons and have done shopping for above 10k..I wasted my 3hrs over here ..overall very disappointed
