*** not a good staff *** I was buying product from last three year from here .. but now there staff making fun comments and action behind lady customers and their boyes continues stand and watching customers to buy lingeries on second floor ethnic wear . Totally unprofessional staff ..

Fine place to shop, although they have very limited variety for men's formal and Sarees. Good staff and the space you get is decent to avoid overcrowding ;)

Pantaloons is always good for quick dressing needs. Good mid range selection for women men and kids. Staff is helpful. Very higher range top brands are not available here. Some cheaper price brands although the products look ok but these do not last your expectations. Overall a good place to shop your casuals or office daily wear. Well maintained too.Lovely collection of tshirts for kids and women's wear. I like their brand Hey and Agile for women's wear. It's renovated so the trial rooms are also amazing. The attendant staff can be more friendly and welcoming. They seem to be least interested and half of the times they are just gossiping.The sale is on for this month, the collections are great, good for cheap thrills too, the offers are irresistable, check all sections before zeroing down on one apparel as the apparel too have various discounting schemes and offers to club from multiple brands, overall a great shopping spree, the month end offers are the ones to look out for, the sections are great for all age groups, whether kids or adults, you'll find something for everyone in pantaloons. The quality of clothes are average but the sales executive are very unprofessional. They talk as if I am goona buy without paying. It's actually too much. There should be proper ethics class for these sales people. I am actually disappointed with u guys. Won't purchase anything from this branch

Exclusive Variety of clothes.. It's located borivali west exactly opposite borivali railway station.within 2-3 min walkable distance from station. Fancy, fashnable, stylish ,casual ,festival related etc.. Variety of clothes are available for male and female.. But clothes are little expensive but it's worth it. Qualites of clothes are very good. They also have variety of shoes, jewellery, bag, wallet, under garments, night wear for both men and women.Seasonal discount schemes are also there but it will depends ..pay and park facilities. Lift and excilatar for customers. Changing or trial rooms are there.they accepted cash and card both for payment. So must visit guys.

Nice clothes shop, variety of other stuff available from shoes to bags to jewelleries etc. For every rs 6000 spent you get a chance to draw yourself a free gift. But the before you draw your gift you have to pay another rs 1000 apart from your shopping. When you finally get your gift they will give you rs 1000 shopping voucher and you can use it only if you spend another rs 1000 there, but you cant buy clothes. Seriously I'm thinking what's the whole point behind this🤔????

Worst experience n Borivali Pantaloons. Went n d morning since was n hurry. Quickly did the shopping. But staff made to wait for more than 30 mins just to prepare bill. Computers were not working and support staff was not coming inspite of repeated reminders. Money got debited from my card but they were not ready to give delivery of product. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD N PANTALOONS. STAFF NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. DURING BUYING AND DURING BILLING ALSO. PREFER NOT TO DO ANY FURTHER SHOPPING IN BORIVALI PANTALOONS

Shopping experience was good but u guys need to work on way of talking to ur customers specially borivali DM MIRZA SAMIR u have to learn to talk to ur client politely and instead of argument try and solve the issue is what a customer service u should provide pantaloons as a brand deserve 5star but the way department manager behaved 1 star goes to u for pathetic customer service.

Collection used to be good before covid. First, the brands here have no good or new pattern, very basic collection. Second it's overpriced.

You can find everything here from mens clothes to women's clothes... Bags to shoes and children clothes. Some clothes are out of fashion but the best ones are expensive ones...sometimes. You can shop here below ₹700, Quality is fine. Staff is good. It's near borivali jail at end of the skywalk

Wide choice of dress materials in latest fashion are available for selection. However, what I find strange is none of the new gen shopping arenas offer Men's T-shirts with pocket. Is it cost cutting to increase their profitability?

Recently renovated this shop, there are plenty of clothing brand for kids to adult available here and good collection too.

Its a old store with good merchandise but price for most of the articles are very high as compared to other stores

This place never disappoints,to say the least ❤️. Right now ,all new collection has arrived & no heavy discounts . The super efficient staff guides when asked for help. I love the vibe of this multi storey store . The decor is minimalistic, elegant. Colour palette is soothing,fashion related trivia is at strategic spots & is interesting very much. The common words we use ,how good to know the origin of terms 👌 There's plenty of space to move around comfortably, very pleasant experience indeed. Highly recommended ✨✨

The place is good, but the billing counters and the shop layout and stalls of brands in the shop can be properly marked. The staff is very helpful though, but experience wise it can be definitely improved. They do have a good collection of clothing though, so that's nice. If you are not a stickler for a particular brand, then you'll probably wont exit the store empty handed

I went to 2nd floor and service for terrible. There were bunch of foolish workers who were busy talking among themselves and no one attended me despite of several approaches. I have been to many Pantaloons across India but never expiernced pathetic service like this anywhere. These staffs will definitely destroy the goodwill if no action is taken against them.

These people at the store will put so many clothes in one rack which becomes a task to remove one piece of cloth to check. One piece of cloth you try to get your hands on and other clothes fall off. No courtesy shown by the staff to help pick up the clothes fallen. I picked up the fallen clothes at least 7-8 times today. The alteration service was quick.

Nice collection of clothes. We bought ethnic dress for our daughter. Only problem is that they do not have facility of alternation. The staff is very nice. Ther service is great.
