Really bad experience with this hotel. Me along with my 10 other friends stayed here for 4 days. There are couple of issues (highlighted below) 1) Hotel won't provide complimentary water bottles, room cleanings, bed sheet change, washroom cleaning unless you repeatedly call them (FYI- We had to chase them 5-6 times over the calls) 2) Doesn't provide normal water unless you force them to. (FYI- We had to call them repeatedly to send someone with normal water which was not entertained on timely basis) 3) Hotel is not at all worth it for 1800/- they're charging 4) Lacks professionalism (Room cleaning guy literally told us " Ek baar me ek kaam bolo"). You don't have to call us several times. Very rude hotel staff 5) Never faced such a problem with hotels in any small town 6) Hand shower leakage (Reminded them about this but nothing was done to fix this) 7) Washroom was not clean. Mark my words you would only regret paying 1800/- (Worst service+ No food+ Rude hotel staff especially room cleaning guys)

Good hotel and services in it with the maintained cleanliness and it is very good place with the bus stand near it which makes it so valuable .. It is near the airport you could see the airoplane nearly every minute ... It is really osm at and it has a great view of the whole area from the top floor

Poor service, unorganized room , No restaurant but at makemytrip inhouse roof top restaurant is indicated ...local food that too very cold purchased & served in breakfast for which hotel charges Rs.350+GST

The rooms were clean and decent! The location is also appropriate. You can consider booking it if you tend to visit old Bhopal or the outskirts of the city.

It was a nice stay with family, clean room, only thing is in bathroom no water pressure was there may be because of 8th floor.

Very poor room hygiene, not at all worth the money they are charging for these rooms.

It is a nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and services are also excellent .

Very poor service in terms of controlling noise and disturbances from surrounding rooms, even after repeated information at reception. The disturbance happened through out the night till 4.30pm.

Some IK Sood is there who is so arrogant that he booked a room but didn’t let my guest check-in and that’s not all, he blocked my mobile number. He kept my guest waiting for more than 30 minutes.

Very well located hotel. Accessible to railway, airport and bus routes. Excellent cooperation cooperation from employees and quick response to any kind of service requested for. Rooms are nice. As per price very much reasonable rates even in pick season. Very much satisfied staying in this hotel.

Clean Rooms. Nice spacious washrooms.

No parking, difficult to reach, needs long u tern, no kitchen

Hotel room was spacious and clean. It's a budget friendly hotel. Toilets needs more cleaning as I've observed stains on it. Hotel doesn't have its own restaurant though they have menu cards in which limited items are mentioned which they supply from out source. Food quality was good which they arranged. My overall experience was good.

Well maintained rooms with good service.

Need to upgrade their services and amenities. It's been a 6year ago I was visited , and as it is same untill.

Some of Front office staffs behaviour is really bad

Worst experience ever specially service is very poor you have to call and ask for every basic thing everytime also the staff will commit for everything like bill related modification and food when you check in and will deny when you check out just because staff shift is changed.

The room is good, nothing luxurious but value of money, good option in the affordable decent range. The service is not very great but is satisfactory.

It was pretty good, there were towels, a cupboard to put our clothes one. There was an air conditioner, TV, washroom with a obscured glass wall in the tub and also a full length mirror and half one. It is a bit conjusted for 4 people to live in but it's quite comfortable

Good location and clean rooms. However the manager was cold. Initially he denied rooms and we were overcharged. Demanded full upfront payment. It was late night and my mkther was not well, so was forced to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The stay was comfortable. But the location is quite far from the city centre. The rooms were small but clean. The washrooms were well maintained. You even get a complimentary breakfast but it is always poha. There was no parking facility. The receptionist was friendly
