Great cozy place at the heart of Kraków's old town. Their distributor is Habanos SA so they have a good mix of Cuban cigars.The service is also very good. I'd like to mention the high quality of service provided by Mr Konrad. Highly recommended.

One of the best places for Cuban cigars I've ever been to! The atmosphere is 10 out of 10! Great selection of cigars! Customer service is on a very high level! Don't understand some of 1 star reviews. Don't be fooled by 1 star reviews, come and check it yourself! Definitely a place to come back!

Disappointed when we were turned away but booked for 8pm the following night. Really disappointed to be turned away after our reservation was declined when we turned up. However, we were given 4 very good cigars and they had booked us into the Bonerowski Hotels cigar lounge who were waiting for us. Had a fantastic evening, great drinks and atmosphere. We didnt get to spend the evening where we expected but the customer service and the way we were treated both at the Le Casa del Habano and the Bonerowski Hotel was exceptional. We will be back and can highly recommend both.

This place is a truly joy, they have great selection of the top cigars at a fair price and the two guys of staff working in the evening are amazing friendly and cigar experts.The lounge is small but very enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. I live in Dublin and unfortunately I couldn't find a place like this so far, so I highly recommend La Casa Del Habano for all cigar aficionados visiting Krakow.

Place was lovely inside. Was my first cigar lounge experience and was thoroughly enjoyable. Other patrons there at the time said it is one of the best across europe! Staff on site was very knowledgeable about what they sold. All in all very impressed.

overpriced and disrespectful staff, I felt one of the employees kept judging me, I wanted to have a normal conversation but it was evident he didn't want to engage or answer any questions, it was simple cigar talk and questions such as oh nice place how long have you guys been open for.. Pretty disappointed and on top of that the prices are absolutely insane compared to other European countries that I have visited. What an utter disappointment.

Nice place and offers a great selection. Service was good and seems very knowledgeable, he checked piece by piece that my husband picked. He speaks the best English in my experience around Krakow today 👍 Haven't been in the lounge but seems very cozy and elegant too.

Visiting krakow and landed at the lcdh krakow. It was a beautifull store with a beautifull selection of cigars. Many cigars wich you can't see anymore in benelux. First day i got the service of a king. Very helpfull and advice. Great suggestion on my cigars wich i greatly enjoyed in the city on a terras. They where perfect prepared an cut for me and even got 2 boxes of matches. I went back the second day because i wanted a cohiba genios maduro 5. Never seen one and never had the privilige....the service was not nice that day. There was another staffmember and he was "disappointed" in some way that i only bought 1 cigar that costs about 75 euro/369zlty. In and out took not less than 2 min. It gave me a mixed feeling. Still i would recommend visiting this lcdh. The store complements the old town of krakow.

Great Selection of cigars , very friendly and helpful staff , and the cigar lounge was very relaxing and chilled . This was my first cigar lounge and the staff made me feel at ease and relaxed . Highly recommend dropping in to pick up some cigars and smoke some in there lounge . 👌
