i
went
there
personally

ask
if
it
would
be
possible
what
i
wanted
(and
assured
of
that)
at
the
appointment/on
the
chair
i've
got
a
total
refuse
for
what
with
2
weeks
prior
it
was
possible..at
the
end,
after
a
lot
of
"discussions"
i
asked
for
balayage,
not
more
grey
hair
and
a
hairstyle
with
volume...now
i
don't
have
any
more
grey
hair
(is
actually
a
beautiful
dark
base)
but
volume
is...from
burned
hair
(i
also
cut
a
few
cm
so
is
clear
from
"balayage").
As
for
balayage
there
it
was
a
lot
of
toner
and
looked
ok(ish)
but
after
washing
is
a
brownish/cupper
colour,
not
even
as
light
as
my
previous
one...so,
i
paid
almost
200euros
for
a
cut
(not
the
best
but
not
the
worst
one
either),
some
highlights
(not
even
close
what
i
asked
or
like)
and
a
nice
dark
base.
One
star
is
for
apprentice
that
even
though
it
was
clear
he
is
without
experience,
had
a
light
hand
at
washing
hair
and
was
wery
attentive.
