Nice bouldering place with great views. But it's quite small, and most tracks are high difficulty. Not for everyone.

The presence of European clues and reliefs is undoubtedly a plus, but I think that you shouldn’t get hung up on them. Variety is needed, and it’s worth buying Russian forms too.

The climbing wall is very well located. Although small, it is very cozy. There is a rock climbing section for children. Very careful attitude towards children. A lot of time is devoted to their comprehensive development. The coaches are passionate about their profession. Both children and adults. The administrators are attentive, there is equipment rental.

Spacious, bright, cozy room with huge windows (!), which is not typical for Moscow climbing walls) The trails are twisted regularly, the quality of the trails is simply top-notch, festivals are not always so interesting. There is a drinking water fountain; There is interesting sports equipment - dumbbells/barbells/weights, small sandbags, elastic bands of different hardness, weighted balls, bodybar, myofascial rollers, and of course wall bars, horizontal bars, T-R-X, fingerboards. From the metro to the hall it takes 7-10 minutes to walk, using the navigator the building is easy to find: Novodmitrovskaya 5a, building 3, then we enter entrance No. 1, go up to the 3rd floor, from the elevator to the right into the iron door, go around the security guard’s desk and right along the corridor we find a climbing wall .

I love this room. High-quality cheating, always comfortable to climb and very positive staff. BUT There were times when the promotion was updated frequently (2 colors 2 times a week) You could come and climb 2 times a week, or even more often. Now, unfortunately, they spin 2-3 times less (1 color 1-2 times a week). 😢 So now, at best, it’s worth checking in once a week...
