I am account Holder since 4 years now in this branch. Staff are all sleeping,Extreme poor service I ever found in any Public Sector Bank. Regional Head should monitor day to day activity and individual work style on daily basis. Very Very Very Poor service I ever saw. Maximum old age staff. They behave as in they are in a club or in a picnic spot every day, they just come to back for the sake of coming, no one out there wants to work on a serious note

My Bank! Nationalised Bank branch. Oldest bank at saltlake. Good service provides. Cheque clearing, cash deposit machine, ATM..... facility available. Staff are cooperative and well behaved. Good position. Branch is situated on the main road. Nowadays most of the banking jobs like neft, fund transfer, tax payment, statement generation etc. are done online or through apps developed by banks still some customer come to bank for cash deposit/withdrawal, statement of account ATM card etc. they don't have to face any problem. 💐💐💐
