The employees at this dental practice are very nice. I actually always felt comfortable there. But I have lost my trust in the practice and those treating me. DANGER! MY SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE: I cannot diagnose or treat myself and I am also grateful that trained and trained doctors do this. Personally, I would get a second opinion from time to time. As an anxious patient, I actually felt very comfortable with Dr. Schmidt. I have planned some treatments there, which are also somewhat more expensive. But I canceled all of them today because the young lady on the phone is totally unsympathetic and doesn't really have the ability to listen. This was already unpleasant for me at the last appointment. I have severe pain after a filling; Chewing and biting on the treated area is not possible. She suggests an appointment in 2 weeks and gets rude when you don't want to wait that long because of the pain and asks for alternative appointments. Totally unpleasant because a visit to the dentist is always associated with fear and stress for me.

The only doctor's office I know where everyone (!) is always (!) friendly, attentive and helpful. The treatments take place in a relaxed, calm and professional atmosphere. The practice is bright, friendly and also has state-of-the-art equipment. I am very satisfied and look forward to every visit.

She is innovative and competent in the various specialist areas. There are very good parking options under the Kesselbrink. The rooms are spacious and friendly. There is a very good and dedicated prophylactic department, as well as a Affiliated laboratory that does excellent quality work. The doctors work professionally and are always friendly and solution-oriented. Anxious patients are in good hands here. The entire team is always friendly and strives to do everything to the greatest possible satisfaction. The entire team has conveyed a very positive and satisfied atmosphere over the years. A lot of emphasis is placed on professionalism and further training. I can't understand the few negative reviews and they are probably due to the fact that the rating is very subjective and doesn't reflect much on one's own behavior.

Starting with the ladies at reception, friendly, helpful and great practice management, overall a friendly and attentive team and an excellent dentist. I had an emergency as a new customer and was helped as quickly and competently as possible. The broken veneer in the front was temporarily repaired and within 7 days I had a new one. Which visually adapts exactly. Clear 5/5 stars.
