Awful place to be avoided by all matters. The waitress at the chicken wings corner was awfully rude, spoke unicely to my son and didn't wear the mask. There are places better organized along the highway and where staff is polite. "Mit Liebe gemacht" ?!!!! Really ?!!!

It's 21.25 and you closed the door in front of me. If I needed to toilet you told me go outside. You desirve that all the driver come in front of the door and make there..... (you told me raus) although the door was already locked... On site it says that it's open 24 hours non stop like... It's a lie... We are people not animals... 😒😡🤬...I'm a lady truck driver and I wish that you were in my position to have to go to toilet and no place to go.. It's such a shame that in 2023 you still act like this... Where is your kindness lady??? I spoke with you nice and just ask for the toilet... At 21.25 pm o'clock... I'm very disappointed. I've travelled all over the European country but none in any of them I was out in such situations..... Very disappointed 😥.... Still acting with some of us like we were animals....I go every time on toilet... 1 euro. Let's count how many time I go to toilet in a day.... 🙁🙁🙁Really very disappointed 😥.. Shame 🙁

As services go its pretty good, and there is a working EV charger near the entrance.

One of the best on that route through Germany. Large parking area, outdoor seats, spacious interior, a large assortment in the store, a large selection of food, clean toilets with auto-cleaning of the toilet seat, changing table for a mother with a child, playground area inside, coffee vouchers refund for the toilet access. Highly recommended location for a longer family rest.

Showers were clean, not new but clean.
