I wanted to buy computer parts via financing from the bank and the "smart guys" said to me that i cannot buy because i don't know german language and if i want to buy by financing i must learn german first.. I call this discrimination level 9000+ and they said this without shame. I have to say SHAME ON YOU! I'm never going back to this hole of a store where ridiculous people are working and selling their BS.

The worst store ever with the worst attitude. Came there to buy the phone and everything that I wanted is to get a phone in the box and pay for it. Nobody, nobody in the store could give me a new phone! Everyone has referred me to one guy who was sort of busy with other customers filling in some data at his pc. Completely ignoring me and not even looking. I have spent 15 minutes there, asked to show me a new phone, but no, not possible, the guy was busy and everyone else just sat there saying how sorry they were. No manager and no one responsible for this mess!

Went with my husband to search for a CD at around 18:45pm today, but the media section disappeared? Then we left and at the exit the alarms sounded when a guy went in while me and my husband went out. The guard TOOK my bag from my hands and made me go to the alarm in a very rude way. None of the guys (the one entering or my husband) was even addressed, only me, the brown woman in the group. Do better.

Produkt "philip hairclipper" was already 17% cheaper on the Philip websitewithout discount, while they wrote on the product it's discounted, and on top of that they try to sell us for 8 or 9 more euros a battery Guarantee And didn't have all the manuals that should be included in the box from Philips (only safety and guarantee) EDIT*: I add that The price was already 20% more than the Philips website price even without the Saturn-Garantie (exact same model). It would be 40% more with the guarantee, I just say this for criticism, I'd feel more comfortable when I get out from the store with a product not and still be satisfied even after checking on the internet, that'd be a good experience.

Good place to get iPhones or Samsung's but can run out of stock sometimes if it's like black Friday. And has great customer services and well rounded prices for phones. Also can get value sim plans for the item you are buying.
