Horrible place to eat or try, make note this is not a restaurant its just some place between buildings that has like 2-3 tables outside. Waitress extremely offensive and rude towards the clients even when we did not seen each other before so she had this rude behavior for no reason. also she took our cutlery from table and said that the food we ordered is not eaten with cutlery, even after we asked her nicely to give us back the cutlery to eat since we are not going to dip our fingers in sauces and stuff she started screaming like a crazy person right in front of her clients and us saying her food is some sacred food that should not be eaten with cutlery. There is nowhere written that this is the case in this restaurant and we would have reconsidered if that was the case. Avoid this "restaurant". Please note that the Georgian food is not bad its just this "restaurant" that is horrible.

Es war wirklich sehr lecker im Restaurant Khomli !! Quasi genau so gut wie bei unserer Reise in Georgien. Ein-Zwei Tipps, am besten Plätze reservieren um dort essen zu gehen. Und Zeit einplanen, da man durchschnittlich länger wartet, aber das Essen ist sehr frisch zubereitet.

Place that does not respect you and your time. We waited 30 minutes for the menu to be brought. Then we waited an hour and fifty minutes for food to be brought. It was a matter of principle. The staff did not warn how long the cooking and service would take! Whatever the food, it's not worth it.

Authentic Georgian food with attention to detail ...a great dining experience

Great service and delicious food, but a bit pricey. White wine and khinkali were very good!

We had dinner at Khomli yesterday and it was a full experience. The food was amazing, their Georgian wine was awesome and we laughed a lot with Nino - the owner. I'll definitely repeat!

2.5 stars. Owners are very friendly and they are trying do their best. I‘ve been there many times and will go again. Having said that, -Service always takes too long, at least 1 hour -Expensive -Food is good, except Khachapuri, which is the signature food of Georgia, and they cannot do it properly. The cheese is different, the dough is always raw and wet due to the wrong cheese. Just google the name and you will see how it should supposed to be. Kharcho soup was bad too. So, hire people in the kitchen and service, try to stick with genuine recipees, then the price wouldn‘t even be a problem. But under these circumstances, it is unfortunately a problem.

I was underwhelmed to be honest. The khachapuri with ground meat was pretty flavourless and lacked salt. In contrast, the chkmeruli was overly salty - and it was a tiny portion relative to the price. The restaurant was not heated despite chilly autumn temperatures.
