The rooms were good and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was available 24 hours and always ready to assist us. One particular highlight of our stay was for the reception we had booked at the hotel's spacious lawn area to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The hotel provided a varied range of food items during the reception, and the quality of the food was simply amazing. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel, but I think the hotel certainly has rooms that can be improved. Here are my findings: advantage: Polite and humble staff. Reasonably priced for the comfort you get. Clean hotel and room service was very considerate. Room service takes care of your taste and health according to your wishes. The hotel is in a great location with a view. Zomato delivery is allowed at reception. They can host parties and arrange transportation at reasonable prices. Regular water is free. Cons: Bathroom is small. Toiletries are cheap quality. You may notice that the towels weren't very clean, but when I asked for clean towels, they shared fresh ones. You may hear some party noise and bass, which is typical of our hotel, but it's nothing to worry about. Room service is a bit slow during the afternoon and evening hours so be aware of the wait. Eating in the room is a little more expensive.

Guys overall a good experience during a brief stay of few hours at this hotel. Nice rooms Nice friendly staff and room service. Tasty tea,I didn't have breakfast because of paucity of time.Overall a good experience at reasonable prices. Hope hotel is going to maintain its services and hygiene.

This is one of the best 3 star level hotels in bilaspur - Chattisgarh. It has large parking space in front of main hotel entrance. I have attended an anniversary party with my family. Quality, variety and taste of food is very good. Starters are also unique and awesome. It has a very large banquet hall for marriage, receptions and parties. The rooms are also large and very clean. The costing is little on higher side. Overall it's a very good hotel to stay or party if you have a good budget.

Place is good ,good ambience and tasty food and affordable. Parking a big problem here. parking area is small in size its not good for 4 star hotel. But Overall wonderful experience at the hotel. Hotel is closed to bilaspur railway station. Its a good stay with family and friends. The hotel has a large banquet hall its great for any parties.

Food is good with with cordial room service . Location is another plus point as its near to station. Cab facility is available on pre booking basis. Rooms could be much better. Exterior is far better than interiors.

Hotel is good .. service time could be improved. Valet parking is a good feature. Food taste is good ..some more hygiene efforts could be made. Over all good.

If you wish to have a cozy place for dinner, tasty food, courteous staff, a soothing bar, easily approachable, ample parking, great ambiance in BILASPUR ...then this is the place. I have visited more than once at different timings and they never disappointed me. Rates are reasonable for what they provide you, Staff is always eager to listen to your needs. In my opinion, this is a very very nice place to visit with the least chances of your disappointment.

Hotel is very Good Rooms are large and good, every appliances working well, Hotel staff is supportive..... Breakfast quality is best and service is very good and it's complimentary. But the Food comes under manue for lunch and dinner is so expensive and taste also not good.

It's been an amazing experience with hotel Intercity international. When ever I visit Bilaspur I prefer to come hear only. Breakup buffet is outstanding they provide variety of options and dishes. Need to improve few dishes like veg biryani, mint mojito. Also go for cold coffee it was amazing.🥰 Rooms are big and spacious. Staffs are very humble and polite. My overall experience is Excellent will always choose this hotel whenever I visit Bilaspur. Thankyou!

This hotel is located in Bilaspur city of Chhattisgarh. The specialty of this hotel is that even the food here is very good. The service here is also very good. Renovation work is also started in the hotel, the doors of the hotel rooms are of very old style. They should do much better and upgrade. And yes, there is a dire need to improve the WiFi service in this hotel. The internet speed here is very slow and very poor. Overall Best 4star out of 5 star

One of the best hotel experience I had in my life. Clean rooms, decent environment, reasonable rates, just loved it. Never expected such an incredible experience. Hats off to their hospitality, well mannered & polite staff. Food was great. Complimentary breakfast & railway station drop by the hotel was unexpected. And all this at a very reasonable cost. It really is a 3 star (average) property in terms of quality of rooms and cleanliness. Food options were good. Serving staff needs a training. I saw them simply refill a used glass of cola and giggle.

They repeat the same cooked food in different ways, taste wasn't great but good. Towel and bedsheets pls check before use. Charge too much for room service. Staff is good

Decent behaviour only by the reception staff, but 2 gentleman sitting for party booking are very rude. As I went to book the hall for the party they were not even ready to talk properly and was ignoring my query. Not expected such things from Hotel like this.
