Good place to stay, in budget as well. And they have their own restaurant too which serves delicious food. So a recommended place for sure.

I often book rooms to stay but this one was my bad stay experience at HOTEL ANAND. I had a regret to book this hotel for one night stay which was literally a no sleep night 😡 I would rather give 0 stars Dear Team, I wish to report a very poor service at hotel ANAND Bilaspur. Below are the points for your reference 1- Worst washrooms in planet. you can see poop floating and coming out of the commode. Better can be seen in slums. 2- Torn Bedsheets and blankets with no cleanliness. Better are used by beggars on street. 3- Nil hygiene, full of mosquito menace 4- non branded bottle charge@30 rs 5. Bed bugs and cockroaches in the room and bathroom.

Services not Clean at all.(dishes,glasses) Moderate food quality, not that good Serving time is good No proper Parking Available

Good food though it got pricey with the inflation bit i use to visit this hotel with my parents in my childhood also it feels nostalgic and the food was really good.

It's a good hotel. I am regular here for last 10 years. Neat & clean rooms, value for money tarriff & convenient location are few of its plus points. Staff is very cooperative & polite. The breakfast has limited items but its still good. Overall a good place to stay.

Its bad experience. Hotel staff is not helpful. Bed condition is very poor. Ac is not working properly. Washroom is not clean and not proper water 😞😞.

Well clean room,staff & location...... You don't get the facilities like here even in any 5 star hotel.

Don't even think of going to this hotel. The sardar sitting at the reception denied me entry stating that they don't allow couples although in websites like mmt goibibo policies state that couple entry with local Id allowed . When called from customer care they were paying only half the refund. When I checked in the rooms are pathetic not cleaned at all. The rooms are very small compared to what is shown in pics . I am giving one star because that is the least otherwise I would have given minus stars. Anybody seeing this message pls don't book and give rating 1 star so that they don't get fake rating and others are not misguided.

My experience and also suggestion are as- 1. Bedroom size is well but BED is so damaged he had given like free of cost to us. 2. Room floors was not cleaned lot of hairs arr fallen there. 3. Bathroom is good but washbasins are very dirty and we can't get hot water in this winter tim 4. Most imp point our dinner plates are so dirty we washed by self realy , and we orders vegetarian foods but the parcel traywas totally contained the unnecessary gravy it was so bad Plz get improve this all for better experience for someone because had visited there with believe.

UPON OPENING THE ROOM, IT WAS FULL OF STINKS, THE COUCH, TELEPHONE, BEDSHEET, THERE WERE VERY DIRTY STAINS ON THEM, UPON ASKING TO CHANGE THE BEDSHEET THE A/C OF THAT ROOM BECAME FAULTY AND IT GOT BURNED RIGHT 5 MINS AFTER TURN ON, THE 2ND ROOM WHICH THEY PROVIDED HAD VERY THIN MATTRESS, WE COULD'T GET PROPER SLEEP ON IT, THERE WAS NO SOAP EVEN FOR WASHING HANDS AND THE STOOL IN BATHROOM WAS MISSING TOO. DIDN'T KNEW THE HOTEL DIDN'T HAD LIFT/ELEVATORS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY AND ELDERS.

Worst hotel ever seen I can provide the details as stated below 1. If you order something they will not provide the things before 40 mins 2. They don't know how to talk on phone if you are ordering something 3. You order something else and you will get something else

Very Crampy, no space, ordinary food, expensive and unhygienic. The hotel is in the midst of the city and is surrounded by crowded traffic. The hotel doesn't offer any parking lot. You have to park your vehicle on road. The service is very poor. Food items are substandard.

The rooms are good and the bathroom was ok. I mean just okay. The staff over there was good and are having a helpful nature. But i was very disappointed by the manager because at the time of doing check out he asked for extra money by giving excuse of GST and more the simple thing is if you want to charge the GST you should tell the customer at the time of doing Check in not at the time of Check out. And when i asked for the bill themanager denied to give. Over all the hotel is good. but you must be aware of being getting extra charged by the hotel manager

Taste of food is good , but their service is little bit delay and also size of hall is too small.
