Not expected this result from such a renowned bakery. Definitely, Not a good place for Cake. We ordered a Pineapple cake of 2.5 pounds ( 1 KG ). We asked the guy at the counter for making it less creamy he instantly denied 🚫 and said they don't accept any special requests. Then we asked him if it's going to have real pineapple pieces. They said there will be pineapple pieces on the cake. That's why we ordered the cake but the cake was full of icing and with NO pineapple. Disappointed.

I am from Bhilai and was there in bilaspur for my friends birthday. We ordered a special pineapple cake of 1 KG and requested to make it with less icing and more pieces of real pineapple. They instantly denied my request but still I trusted them because they are so well known in Bilaspur. But the result was horrible. There was NO real pineapple in the cake plus it was majority packed with icing. Also, we bought sparkle from the their ship but it didn't worked. Overall experience was very disappointing. I am confused why it's so famous in the city. PS: They didn't even provided us carry bag for the cake.

You will get good quality sweets here but the prices of the products are little bit high.

Amazing variety of sweets and desserts. The Sarkanda store however doesn't have a lot to offer compared to the SVM outlet. Still, you'll probably find your perfect sweet for the day
