Excellent location so close to Guggenheim and Old Town. Friendly reception team. Breakfast was ok with gluten free options. The room was spatious and in really good condition with modern fixtures and fittings. I wouldn't recommend the car parking space if it's -2 unless you are experienced driver. Otherwise yes it's easy to get to Hotel by car and is great having a space there. The Hotel overall is good value for money.

One night for 100€, it is just absurd. The first thing that you notice is that the hotel overall is filthy, the floors are not clean (especially you can see in the staircase), besides the reception the walls are tattered and stained. Come in your room and you see the same dirty walls and dirty floors, room is full of black hair laying around, and that is quite gross, the bed sheets are torn. All that adds up to an unpleasant stay for one night that cost us 100€ and a parking spot for one night for an additional 18€. Prices here are too high and the staff can't maintain the hotel’s quality for that. We being clean is one swipe away, why don't you do it? Disappointed.

Good location, at a short walk to the Guggenheim and the old town (Casco viejo). Staff is really friendly and helpful. Large and clean room. We had a room in the back which faced a wall as the hill behind the hotel is very steep. They did not offer us the possibility to park at the hotel, but at a nearby public parking (Parking Arenal located at 6 min walk) that offered a discount based on the agreement they have with the hotel. You can park directly there instead of looking for a parking lot near the hotel which can be more expensive.

First evening, I arrived late and talked the reception about food delivery. She said when a delivery comes in she calls the room to confirm the order and let's the delivery person in. Working through the night, I ordered food and the super clever FBI receptionist said 'its not allowed', although 15 minutes back I went down to ask if the hotel has food. I told him the information I had and said he needs to check this because it isn't smooth for the customer. I have tried to explain that this is a common practice. At the end of the conversation, he left his desk, walked to the elevator (where I was waiting) and wanted to hit me. He thought that I was drunk but I don't drink, I just have a sleepy eye from the birth. Not professional, not customer oriented, silly. If I saw my employee doing such a thing, I'd fire immediately. There is not even a single excuse for this behavior. I usually come to Bilbao, it was the first time at this hotel but never staying here again until the management confirms that they cleaned out low IQ, high confidence receptionist.

Location is great. Right in between the old town and the 'new town'. Everyone was super friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Coffee at the bar was really good!

Nice tiny hotel with a great position! The hotel position is near to most touristic sites in Bilbao. The staff is so kind and available if compared to the treatment you'll get from people in Bilbao. The room has average size and was quite clean, but there is some small maintenance work to be done here and there. Nevertheless it overlooks the avenue, it was quiet and well soundproofed! Good complete Spanish breakfast. We didn't appreciate that there was no strict control about the use of the mask when hanging around food at the buffet. The internal parking has limited spots, but the hotel has a convention with the nearby underground parking where you can leave the car and get 10% discount. Great quality/price rate!

I don’t recommend staying here for any budget. The rooms are small, bed is extremely small and uncomfortable, and they wouldn’t let me change my room.

Very clean hotel room with an excellent location. We were able to park a car we brought in with very little hassle. The location of this hotel could not be better, as you're walking distance to everything downtown in Bilbao. It's along the beautiful river with a great view. The only real weird thing we found was that the shower is pretty much open to the room, so it's a bit weird for 2 friends traveling together.

Simple, tidy, clean and very cozy room! Comfortable bed and very nice shower! No room fridge but equipped with a closet and a small table/office, big windows, air conditioning system and a big LCD! The location is also great since it is in the city center and in walking distance from all the attractions (Guggenheim Museum Bilbao - 10 minutes by walk) and the market.. very good value for money!!!

Super friendly staff and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Five mins from tram which leads you to many places including the main indoor market, the Guggenheim and the bus station.

The Hotel is very good, clean rooms. Good beds. The only problem is that the personal is not motivated to stand up and sell a beverage. This happened me today. Then a member of out travelling party of 61 people was robbed in the lobby. There is only one staff member to serve the check in, the bar and keep the guests safe in the hotel. We had to go into the city for a beverage.

Rooms are sparse but nice, clean. Car park is expensive but secure. Breakfast is a continental buffet but because of covid you can’t serve yourself, so you have to wait to be served. This is annoying because they’re under staffed and not managed well.

Well located, clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to all attractions. Only issue is that the other rooms where quiet noisy, specially with the opening and closing of the doors. Despite that it’s a great choice for your staying in Bilbao and i would certainly recommend it to anyone.

An okay place to stay for a night. The rooms in the back are dark and face a wall as the hill behind the hotel is extremely steep. The river view rooms cost a bit more. The breakfast is disappointing so I’d recommend against including it with your room. The luggage storage isn’t really secure.

New and very well located hotel in the core of the city. Pleasant staff and quite rooms. Good choice for a very reasonable budget. Walking distant to mayor attractions.
