My stay at this hotel was simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I loved the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the view from the window was stunning. But what really impressed me was the service. The employees were always willing to help and were very friendly and professional. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone made sure that I had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was also delicious and varied, with options for every taste. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect for me. It was close to everything I wanted to do, but far enough away to offer peace and relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay with exceptional service

This modern, lovely hotel with amazing terrace with museum view is steps from the Guggenheim AND has an external elevator to bring you back up to their terrace. Even better pay extra for a view of the museum, we had #103. Extra shout out to the staff, all of whom were incredible, starting with the women at the front desk who went out to the car to make sure my husband had all the information for parking in their garage located right under the hotel. Extra kudos to Joseba went out of his way to make us feel at home.

The staff was very friendly helpful (thanks Tania!). The rooms are clean and quiet, the restaurant is awesome and the location at the river next to the Guggenheim is amazing! We'll be back (again)!

Hotel has wonderful location, very clean inside and an AMAZING restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfy stay. The only let downs were the rooms sizes, which are not as big as you would except for such a price, and the hotel’s underground parking was full so book ahead.

Loved this hotel! The staff is friendly, the room is spacious and new with a great view to the river, the breakfast buffet (15€ per person) has a good choice of local food and tasty Nespresso coffee. There is an amazing terrace with a view to the Guggenheim museum and the location in general is great! Minibar has a nice choice of local snacks and we've received a delicious compliment when we arrived.

Very well run hotel, clean, stylish and well kept rooms with comfortable beds. One thing that stood out was a pillow "menu" where you can select between 4 levels of firmness, including an orthopaedic one (which I loved!). This was a really nice touch and guaranteed a good night sleep. The only thing I really didn't like was they made you download an app to use as a room key. The app continuously spams you with messages to order your dinner, complete a survey etc and often logs you out, when all you want to do is get to your room 🙁 What about those who don't want to be on their phone on holiday also? That said, this was overall a pleasant stay.

Nice place ! Only rooms are compact !!! Very close to city centre. Breakfast is also fantastic with live kitchen ; cook is very nice and u can customise your dish as u wish ..

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here in a quiet room with a comfy bed, great shower, and a river view. The location, opposite the Guggenheim, is ideal for anyone who’s in Bilbao for the first time and wants to visit the main touristy sites. It was my birthday during our stay and we were surprised to find sparkling wine and cake waiting for us in the room after a day out in the city… a super nice touch! We’d happily stay with this hotel chain again.

Nice place right opposite to Guggenheim - excellent location! Rooms are clean, cozy, and quiet. Outstanding service from one and all starting with reception to room service and in-room dining (I must add that I had this egg sandwich - outstanding!). Next time I am in Bilbao - this is where I am staying!

Just next to the Guggenheim museum. Very quiet, and close to the bus stop to the airport. The rooms are clean, with a nice river view. Too bad the breakfast was a bit expensive and long waiting lines for the only place to get eggs and sausages. Service was good, friendly staff behind the counters.

WOW! Vincci is the ONLY hotel to stay in while visiting Bilbao!!! The location, immaculately clean rooms, design of the hotel and AWESOME staff provide a seamless, delicious experience. Jon, Alfredo & Imanol work with such synergy that every restaurant visit was perfect! See you soon! 😘

The standard rooms are small and nor really well designed. The bathroom door opens to the inside so you need to walk into the shower to go close the door. Sofa in the room blocks the flow around the bed. Service is friendly yet on the brink of fawlty towers...busy awkward and not really efficient. We had a compensation after we had to change rooms in the middle of the night when we had a flooding in the room coming from the ceiling...but we had to insist as no one of the front desk seemed to be aware of the issues we had. This hotel should have been much much better

I really liked this hotel. The staff is very friendly. We had a problem with the parking at the arrival and Tania solved it quickly and professionally (if you book the parking, make sure you get a confirmation from the hotel that you have a place, they have a few spots). The breakfast is very good. Our room faced the "ria" and it was very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, the standard room is rather small so if you like spacious rooms you might want to get an upgrade. Totally recommended hotel

Völlig absurde Parkgarage. Auto kommt in einen engen Fahrstuhl, fährt über eine Minute in die Tiefe. Dort alles sehr eng. Aber in den Fahrstuhl passen ohnedies nur kleine Autos. Wie gesagt: sehr speziell bzw. Das Erlebnis möchte man nicht für 20 Euro!

Ein wirklich Mega schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß geräumig gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist super gut, hier fehlt es an wirklich nichts. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Wirklich top👍🏻

My family stayed 3 nights in 2 Interconnected rooms. Our rooms were comfortable and clean and looked out to the Nervion River. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This hotel is a stone's throw from the Guggenheim museum and many eateries

The hotel is beautiful! The location is amazing. So quiet, close to the Guggenheim Museum, and within walking distance to the old town. The personnel in a restaurant is a bit unattentive. One evening we were waiting for food 40 minutes, then it came cold. Kids asked for water, they got it by the end of the dinner. The breakfast is one of the best that we tried so far in Spain, but the quality of special breakfast order items wasn’t consistent. It was highly dependent on chef. One chef brought special order to the table, and the other chef (another day) did not. So my kid was waiting for 30 min to get her breakfast, at it was cold again.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the breakfast is 5* alone. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is excellent and the Rooms are nice tho a bit small, price quality was okay. The mojitos at the bar were below average and had a very high price (compared to the rest of Bilbao ). The breakfast was also very average. The only service at breakfast is to take your name.

Everything was great, friendly and helpful arrival, beautiful and modern room, slept super well, good breakfast. If I come back to Bilbao I definitely want to stay there!

Great location feels new , clean , comfy beds, parking is a bit weird you have to use a car elevator that takes you to -5 it costs 18 euros per day, overall it’s a good place nothing special but definitely recommend if your in the area

Amazing place in a vicinity of all the museums, restaurants and shopping area of the city. Amazing view of Guggenheim Museum and on the banks of Nervion River. Fantastic service and staff as well as hotel amenities and rooms are comfortable and spacious. Higly recommended!

Hotel Vincci is such a great hotel. It’s located directly next to the Guggenheim Museum at the river. The rooms are super. Spacious enough, well furnished and stylish. The food in the restaurant is awesome!! As are the waiters. They’re all so friendly. But the best for us were the people at the reception. So so friendly and helpful. Always friendly and patient. A charm. We can highly recommend a stay at this hotel. You’ll not be disappointed, for sure.

We reserved a double bed and we got 2 single beds. Which it would it been fine if When we asked at reception to change to the room that we booked The staff wasn’t extremely Rude and passing the phone to several services including the restaurant, so we didn’t get an answer. The sheets where ripped in several places, which for a 4 start hotel (or any other) is unacceptable. After all of this they didn’t let us cancel. We will pursuit the manner with agencies and to the higher levels. Overall experience - Terrible Do not recommend

Perfect when you need to relax from a hectic work life. The personnel is just amazing, funny, helpful, they make you feel like royalty. The hotel is very cosy and has beautiful views and a great terrace. You can walk everywhere. Just perfect! We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent location and a modern aesthetic. Friendly staff (Pablo was especially helpful) and small special touches such as the goodwill cleaning of your car windscreen on the day of your departure make a stay particularly delightful

The hotel is at a great location . The hotel is very modern and clean, a great place to stay when exploring Bilbao. The breakfast has a lot of choices, and weather permitting the terrace is an amazing place to have it.
