Nice 4 star hotel in the middle of Bilbao. Rooms were comfortable, reasonable amount of space, and very clean bathrooms. Loud during the day/morning as our room 425 (don’t get this room) was next to the janitor/maid work room.WiFI was poor in our room with what appears to be low speeds and I had to ask the front desk to reset the router as WiFi dropped at multiple times. Front desk was efficient but did not go out of their way to help customers, and I was always the first to say hi or try to make a greeting. If they can’t figure out how to provide hi quality WiFi I don’t recommend this for either business or holiday travelers as you need WiFi for work and your kids need it for their games so it an essential hotel service now.

Rooms are €160 per night and don't have heating or air-conditioning you can change. So it's just permanently on "you'll be sweating a little for your entire stay". All you can do is change the speed that the slightly hot air enters your room. In winter you might be able to open the window to cool down tough. It's August and I'm sweating as I type this in my room. Avoid.

Extremely good value for money; excellent location only a few steps from Abando subway station, restaurants, shops etc. Clean, up-to-date room with a nice bathroom. Great indoor air quality with more than sufficient aircon. during 36°C/~100F weather. Perfect, large size beds. Helpful staff. Would recommend for anyone who's looking for high quality accommodation with a budget. Within the Price range, this is very near perfection.

Modern hotel where everything is fine. Parking was easy. Clean rooms with nice modern touch. Very good breakfast. We were not impressed with the young lady at the bar, but all other staff was friendly and helpful. We might come back here.

A well-placed hotel offering comfortable well-planned rooms and an underground car park which involved serious driving to negotiate. We walked easily to both the Old Town of Bilbao and the Guggenheim during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful but we avoided the restaurant which seemed overpriced and a little pretentious. Since one of the main eating districts was a stroll away this was not a problem.

Perfect location. Near many Tapas bars. Walking distance to the river. Can use hotel parking or public parking 300m away from hotel. The room was lovely but you could hear when the room used the bathroom or walked in shoes..

Rooms were very hot, no AC or fans... and we had a leak dripping down into the entry of our room that was caught by multiple towels. Breakfasts were ok, staff pleasant, good gym but unaccessible until 10AM. Location is terrific... we walked in every direction with many accessible restaurants within walking distance. Many mini markets, and one place that sold cooked chickens. PLAN AHEAD, EVERYTHING CLOSES ON SUNDAY!

Excellent service by extremely pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive and quite delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only "complaints" are that the location did not have a pool, and the air conditioner did not cool the rooms down sufficiently, in my opinion. Hence the 4 star rating.

A very good city centre hotel. Comfortable and close to the main areas of interest. A twenty minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim museum for example. Bilbao is a great place to visit.

Very dissapointed in the room for this hotel. The room was absolutely not cleaned previous to our arrival with an open water bottel, no soap, towels of the previous guests and used tea amenities in the room. The service was for the rest very good and the Abando hotel is situaded near all the attractions of Bilbao. We stayed from 01/08-03/08 and the hotel had a problem during some hours with the water what was solved as soon as possible. So only the next time a better and cleaner room.

Hotel is ok! The location is fantastic, staff not very friendly or welcoming. Rooms were good, not great.

Bilbao is still learning the hospitality game. We had a tough time with one grumpy old guy at the front desk, and we had no coffee only tea in our room...Wife likes tea, cafe right outside the door ok. Apparently, the three tea bags for our 3 day stay were all we were going to get. Location is easy walk to the Guggenheim, 7 calles and along the river.

Very nice hotel opposite a beautiful green park close to the old town and river. Ideal for business and vacation. Good facilities food and of course comfortable clean rooms. We also used their conference room which was very convenient. It also has a gym. Normal prices and good breakfast and service. I would visit it again if I go to Bilbao.

Great location. Really odd set up - kettles in the room but only given tea and no coffee. We asked for coffee and were told to go the the cafe. Very strange.

Great hotel in the central part of Bilbao. They have a buffet breakfast. In addition, a small breakfast with coffee, juice and all sorts of bread.

We didn't stay in the hotel, however, the restaurant I'd give a 3 star review as it's wasn't up to par with the prices we paid.

Great service with nicely equipped rooms. Wifi6 and rich breakfast. Centrally located. Very easy to reach by bus from the airport (15 min ride and 3€ ticket)

Perfect location. renovated rooms. Cold reception staff. Never book the single room..smallest rooms you can imagine in a 4 stars property. On the other hand, double for single use is nice.

Good location, rooms are nothing special and the bathroom is not well maintained. Dont go looking for luxury but go for the convenient location. More like a 3 star hotel and fine for staying a few nights.
