We
went
to
eat
in
Bilbao
on
Saturday,
to
get
out
of
these
routines
of
municipal
restrictions
that
we
have
today,
with
access
only
to
neighboring
municipalities
and
we
practically
chose
the
restaurant
at
random.
The
truth
is
that
although
initially
it
seemed
like
a
cold
place,
the
good
manners
and
excellent
attention
with
which
the
staff
treated
us
quickly
made
us
feel
the
warmth
of
the
place.
Initially
and
as
a
starter,
2
toasts
with
crushed
tomato,
avocado,
garlic
and
something
else,
I
think
I
remember
that
it
melts
in
the
mouth...
The
first
course,
a
tiny
salad
that
made
me
think
that
from
there
I
would
end
up
having
a
sandwich
somewhere
else,
that
although
tiny
I
was
able
to
taste
a
good
combination
of
flavors
from
the
land
and
the
sea
well
combined.
For
the
second,
a
juicy
rice
bathed
in
seafood
with
an
incredible
flavor...
Third,
a
baked
sea
bass
with
a
garnish
of
peppers
that
had
a
sublime
flavor.
For
the
fourth,
an
entrecôte
with
garnish
and
a
sauce
that
was
delicious
with
the
same
meat.
And
for
dessert,
a
belly
with
cream
and
cream.
We
were
delighted
and
highly
recommend
it,
both
for
the
attention
and
warmth
of
the
team
that
makes
up
this
beautiful
place,
for
the
quality
and
good
culinary
work
of
the
kitchen,
and
why
not
say
it;
for
its
affordable
price,
because
after
everything
we
ate
we
didn't
pay
more
than
€15
per
person.
In
a
place
located
in
the
center
of
Bilbaina
where
you
will
not
be
left
hungry
at
all
and
you
will
enjoy
a
good
culinary
experience
that
you
will
surely
recommend
to
your
best
friends.
