Absolutely shocking GP was more interested in reading computer screen than listening to me, didn't even know what condition I had been prescribed my medication for.

i don’t want to leave any star. this doctors are horrendous my mother is 79 and been with them for 50 years but now she’s getting old they just don’t care. they have left her without tablets a few times. if the doctors can’t be bothered they just don’t sign her repeat prescription. my mother is losing her sight and hearing and they have done nothing for her they say bring her down but how can i when she suffers agoraphobia. if this neglect carry’s on i’m going the local papers and mp about them they should be strook off. and buy the other reviews here they should close the place down and move the patients to a doctors who care

From trying to interpret the phone message when you ring, to getting to see a doctor is a farcical experience. I've only needed to use the practice in the last year and during that time appointments have been made when the surgery is closed, others have been cancelled or rearranged. More often than not I have had to explain all over again what my condition is. I'm afraid the only good thing can say about this surgery is the endeavours of the receptionists.

Absolutely rubbish! What more can I say? They don't listen they laughed at me when asking me if I felt suicidal because I look okay and was dressed well and had makeup on that I apparently didn't look depressed I have a personality disorder and they never take me seriously, my son has chronic eczema and refused to refer him to a dermatologist even though the hospital and two walk in centres and health visitor told me he needs to be referred straight away and that took a whole year and only got an appointment because the hospital referred him. Also just recently he got an allergic reaction from his MMR jabs from 10 days ago they don't ever answer their phones and I had to go walk in centre to get him seen to because of them not answering and then they had to call them up and tell them to call me for an appointment and they never did I even had to go on there and they never had anything written down for them to call me, also I had an appointment and the doctors was on his phone chatting to a family member and got me to wait another 10 minutes to be seen to and he still was on the phone when I got into the room for my eldest to be seen to! This doctors surgery is the worst and should be shut down, I'm changing doctors straight away.

Terrible service. Doctor was dismissive and rude. Gave me information I could easily have got myself from the NHS website. Totally useless and impersonal. I'm sure the doctor was proud to be putting all the years of medical training into use by advising me to go to a self help website. Won't be returning!

I know the practice has had some serious issues over the years... But credit where credit is due.. Today they found an appointmet with a doctor for my elderly mother within the hour she in turn arranged her to the nurse.. Who gave up some of her lunch time... Prescription dressing and future appointments sorted I also want to thank the reception staff... I know in the real world they would all aim to give this service everyday... But today it worked like a dream thankyou you angels xxxx

Literally most horrendous doctors to ever have years experience with. My sister had a severe ear infection that they couldn't apparently see, but walk in said it was almost gangrene it was that bad, this is only 2 hours later. Myself had glandular fever, and was told my liver is failing and ' you look from these results like you're a binge drinker of over a decade' failing to tell me it's common side effect of the virus, told me also the bloods might have got mixed up in the van. Been booked in for blood tests for nurses and doctors to tell me you can't have it done today. To be called by gps to tell me i need a next day appointment for the receptionist to tell me no when I call and make one. Dr McKay was the only reason i went as he looked after our whole family growing up shame when we couldn't get to see him and had the other pleasure of the drivvle GPs. If you enjoy fingers being clicked in your face for attention, join here.

I don’t know how they became a doctor! For every appointment should wait for two weeks and then the doctor couldn’t diagnose what is the illness, she was looking me and said I don’t know what is your illness and can’t give you medicine.( I am going there for two years for a same problem and nothing happened yet, my illness got worse and worse)

Not much confidence in this practice whatsoever where the GP's are concerned. Not prepared to see patients "face to face" when they have a duty of care towards them. There are enough sufficient protective measures available to ensure the safety of both doctor's and patients. The receptionists and nursing staff are exempt from the above comment and they alone merit the 2 stars.

Only giving 1 star as I can’t give none. I was referred to the my GP after being rushed to hospital due to collapsing on numerous occasions. It took 10 days to get a face to face and when that day came I was in and out in 3 minutes. Doctor Mehboob read out my notes from the hospital and took my blood pressure and then ended our face to face. When I began to ask questions she stated that I need to book another face to face to ask them questions which is absolutely ridiculous. She had two empty slots before me and an empty slot after me and still forced me out as quick as possible. I didn’t get to ask anything or speak about my condition and was treated very poorly. Absolutely disgusting attitude aswell like I was being an inconvience to her. Seriously you don’t want to go to this practice, they haven’t got time for you and will literally say what is said on your notes and then push you away. Disgusting.

Great receptionist called Chelsea. She goes above and beyond her job. I needed an appointment ASAP. And she was able to try her hardest and get me one the same day. Such a great help

Wouldn’t even give this doctors one star! Zero patient care, receptionist are snotty and don’t go out there way to help at all! The nurse is the most unprofessional nurse I have ever came across, says she’s too busy but stands round talking and gabbing to everyone, moans she’s tired Infront of patients and she also braught me out a swab stick infront of a whole waiting room of patients and my 4 year old son, and I felt so embarrassed! Poorly run doctors, seems like no1 can be arsed at all

They barely help with anything, and since the COVID the doctors don't want to see anyone. My brother had a shoulder pain because of the heavy physical work he is doing, he called them, the receptionist told him the doctor will call him back. When this happened my brother told the symptoms and the doctor simply asked : "What do you want me to do?" Then my mum had an allergic reaction on her eye, we went to emergency, they prescribed her tablets and eye drops and they told her if they don't help we have to see the GP. A week later the reaction happened again, we called the doctor 8:00 in the morning. They called back 16:00 in the afternoon, the doctor again asked the symptoms, we told her , she simply said " go back to the emergency" and hang up. Horrendous! The receptionists are nice though

Doctors and staff give fabulous service. Receptionists always happy to help and go the extra mile. Dr Salahuddin and Dr Alauddin always listen and provide excellent care and advice. Well done Gladstone medical Centre.

0 stars really terrible doctors everytime I went I was made to feel a inconvenience they hardly listened when I went in to ask for help with problems. Ended up struggling for a year with the same problem signed up to another doctors and they sorted it out 1st time because they actually listened to me instead of this one just telling me to stop talking and just googleing everything on the pc, I can do that from home.

😠 I had the worst customer experience at Vittoria pharmacy just now. The pharmacy assistant had no empathy and when she saw that I was distressed and crying she was even less interested in why I needed my medication. I put my repeat prescription for antidepressants in on Wednesday knowing that it take...
