I had the worst customer experience at Vittoria pharmacy just now. The pharmacy assistant had no empathy and when she saw that I was distressed and crying she was even less interested in why I needed my medication. I put my repeat prescription for antidepressants in on Wednesday knowing that it takes 48h to process it and that I would run out of the medicine on Sunday just gone. Went to the pharmacy today Monday and was told it's not there. I went to my gp and the receptionist said she will put it through as urgent. Went back to the pharmacy and the person behind the counter said to ring at midday MAYBE it's ready. The pharmacy closes at midday. I teared up and she just said Thank you! Like to say get out I don't care. These assistants should be trained in empathy, or how to deal with customers. She didn't bother to explain to me why is an urgent prescription going to take maybe until midday or longer to get ready when the gp is just next door. I left the pharmacy thinking I would be better off dead. Thank you pharmacist assistant I hope you never receive this type of treatment when you are at your weakest.

The best part about that place is the receptionists, they are a delight to talk to and are more helpful than the doctor I refuse to see anymore. There are 2 doctors, husband and wife. He is great, She on the other hand is so patronising. One time she couldn't find the medication I was on (I had been on it for 3 years and wanted my repeat) and called me a liar and was adamant I was not on it despite me telling her I had the empty box from last month's repeat.

Understandable it's busy because of COVID. Couldn't get through on the phone, tried online but then told you have to go to the centre to register. Arrived as it was my last option and then was spoken down to the whole time I was there. Like I was an inconvenience. If you don't like people, don't work with them. Seriously dissatisfied and will look for another practice.

Was good surgery until Dr Murty retired. This new Dr and his wife are common purpose graduates. I will be going to another surgery. Avoid this practise, he is absolutely useless, does not care, and is happy to hand out anti depressants willy nilly.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS! reception never answer the phone and when they do it is to cut you off. They try and ask personal questions about your condition (a bit above their expertise as they are receptionists on minimum wage) they all look like characters from hills have eyes (which is an insult to the hills have eyes) they are hardly a picture of health to promote the surgery and don't get me started on their attitude it absolutely stinks like them, they must not be getting it from home and I don't blame their partners either. They deserve a medal. Only gave them 1 star because it would not let me chose zero.

Absolute disgrace to the NHS, my partner was referred by 111 to talk to his GP or doctor within 2 hrs. Was told โ€œthereโ€™s nothing we can doโ€ before the receptionist asked for his symptoms. This is the 4th time in a month heโ€™s tried to get in to see his doctor and last Friday he was told โ€œsorry call back Monday or call 111 and was hung up onโ€ He been registered with dr Murty since his birth and then his son. He always has held the doctors in high regard but thatโ€™s only when your privileged enough to get an appointment from the receptionist. The new practice he has registered with pushed through his registration and got a doctor to call him within 15 mins to make up for the short comings of Vittoria.

They disconnect the phone rather than take calls. I have attempted to call multiple times today but I can't even wait on hold because the "line has been disconnected" according to the automated message. I was supposed to have a phone appointment on 10/03/2023 but never got a single call and no missed calls showing on my call log either despite confirming my number with the receptionist. Unfortunately I work during the centre's opening hours so I cannot follow the usual method of calling at 8am. It is ridiculous that rather than answer the phone it gets disconnected completely, yes it is busy but that is why we are able to wait on hold, now I have taken a day off of work just to speak to them and I can't even get through. If I go there in person I will be told there are no walk ins and to call first thing tomorrow which will be impossible because I will already be working.

An absolute shambolic medical center. I have a mother-inlaw who is receiving end of life care at home. She is currently on pain managment medication, which understandably is coming with a few side effects. As a result of certain side effects this medication was reduced, this was to hopefully help manage those side effects. Generally medication is reduced, and slowly increased as needed until a reasonable medium is reached. The GP was contacted as the current dosage of pain managment medication was not working and causing my mother in-law a great deal of distress and discomfort. A locum doctor took the call and they were informed of all relevant information and that we were requesting a home visit for an urgent review of the patient and medication. The locum informed us that as a locum they could not conduct home visits, but would speak to the senior GP on duty. They returned and told us that the GP (Dr Majeed) did not feel that a visit was required and she had instructed community nurses to visit and provide injections to help with breathing (despite it being made clear that breathing was not an issue). Dr Majeed told the locum Dr to inform us that if a home visit was required and review of medications, then for us to contact the emergency out of hours GP service!!! This sort of response and attitude for a patient in this condition is not only unnacceptable, but a blatant act of neglect. This decision was a suprise to the locum doctor on duty. The decison to contact the GP in the first place was not only made following are own observations of my mother-inlaws declining conditon but also following advise of community nurses and mcmillan nurses. I would add this is not the first time/incident where this particular Doctor has caused issues with members of my family. But this latest act of blatant neglect is what prompted this review. While some will argue this is an emotional review, it is still based on actual experience and the fact that 3 other health care professionals all had the same opinion aprt from Dr Majeed who as the GP on Duty WITHIN HOURS, was to contact an out of hours GP to do the job Dr Majeed themselves should of done. Also the fact other reviews highlight an ongoing issue with lack of professionalism from this GP surgery. The CQC will also be contacted following this act of neglect.

have been with this practice for 30+ years firstly with Dr murty who once I became an adult realised was no good so jumped over to Dr Edwards, Dr Grant side & have had no trouble all Drs back then & now have always been great. I will say since covid began it has become extremely difficult to get any sort of appointment. I do not contact the Dr very often only when absolutely necessary therefore will have multiple ailments to be adressed so would like to have an actual physically face to face appointment not a phone consultation but they are not forthcoming atall having to jump through burning hoops to try & get one which I find very frustrating and off putting which is such a shame as pre covid I really do rate this practice and it's staff highly.

Probably one of the worst things in life is having to deal with this centre, the staff are arogant and rude. You can never get an appointment and if Google wasn't available I don't know how the doctors would survive.

Poor attitude from reception. Exterior signs do not tally with abrupt information from reception. Some reception staff actually go out of their way to be difficult. Reception staff unable to comprehend that most patients do not have a crystal ball and therefore can only behave as per instructions.

This medical center has been my doctor's surgery for over 45 years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Even through these difficult times it has not changed patients sometimes forget the amount of work and time put into running the centre I have witnessed terrible verbal abuse against the receptionists. It seems they are not respected for what they do

Have managed well, considering the nightmare that the "market" has thrown at them: they- GPs and Nurses especially-appear to be leaving in 10's of thousands. Where does that leave the soaring need for mental health care? Otherwise, usual standards of competence; faster vaccine (SARS2 /Covid19 and flu) roll out than other Wirral CCG,s

๐Ÿ˜  Absolutely shocking GP was more interested in reading computer screen than listening to me, didn't even know what condition I had been prescribed my medication for.
