Went in with family on Thursday 13th July, around 11:30. There was quite a-lot of us so we were very understanding about the time it took to prepare everything. However, to have our masala chips undercooked and when we sent them back only for them to come back and not have any sort of masala on them and just about cooked. Ordered mini donuts off their new menu with oreo toppings and asked if they could be sugared, there was no sugar, and no oreo toppings just some shavings and when asked if we could have more toppings as it was next to nothing, he had said okay with an attitude and came back with nothing added just some more shavings but again next to nothing. In the picture is literally the amount that we started with, was nothing at all. Okay we accepted and thought never mind just carry on. I had also ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade, was absolutely disgusting and was so disappointed, was not full at all, and when asked if it could be more full we were told no as it is automatically dispensed, however the ice was separated from the juice of it? And the taste was absolutely awful, gave it to the children with us and even they wouldn’t drink it and they eat/drink anything. Keep in mind we were 14 to 16 people as we had family over from abroad, so we understood that things will take time and maybe even the food would be rushed as they had other customers but this was unacceptable as paying customers and to bring our family from abroad to this place to at-least get good food that we pay for, even if the service isn’t the best. Was not happy at all.

We went as a family and there was adequate seating for me, my wife and my two little ones. I ordered 3 desi breakfasts with 1 dish each but due to the server mumbling the breakfast options and a misunderstanding, I inadvertently ordered 3 dish breakfast! But I can't complain about the food because the food was very tasty, the tea as always was banging. Just wish the server spoke a little louder. We ended up taking extra food home and I paid slightly more than I would have, had I been given the normal breakfast. Overall would definitely recommend.

Good but…. So this place was nice. Staff are friendly place is clean they have toilets and they do NHS discount but The music is so loud you have to shout to the person sitting next to you and they have to go cups even though we requested to drink in. Now that being said I will go here again their pink chia (Kashmiri tea) is proper nice but leave the last bit other wise will get end all the bits as the bottom and feels a bit gritty. I do recommend going here and I look forward to seeing how other branches do. FOLLOW ME FOR MORE REVIEWS THANKS.

I come here every week. Food is lovely and delicious. Staff is very friendly, we were served by Tayyeb who was really friendly and made us feel welcome . Food was lovely and tea was 👌. I would highly recommend this place,

Nice chaiwala very clean compared to other ones I've visited, especially compared to the one on soho road. Also this one serves some meat dishes which is great.

Lovely friendly service from Aisha, amazing karak chai, desi breakfast and omelette wrap, with baklava donuts for the drive home. Thank you ❤️

The menu items are reasonably priced. However, all the dishes we ordered were below our expectations. We ordered Pav Bhaji, butter chicken roll, aloo tikki burger, regular chips, sponge cake, lemonade. The butter chicken roll seemed to be prepared much before we ordered (or was bought from supermarket). The pav bhaji was dry and tasteless. Same with the burger. The restaurant was pretty packed with customers drinking tea on this Saturday after Eid. The staff was nice.
