    I ordered a BBQ double quarter pounder with cheese. My first burger came with only 1 burger, I also thought the rest of the burger didn't look right. I told a member of staff who apologised and 5 minutes later brought my replacement. This time there were 2 burgers but I realised why it didn't look right the first time. The buns were too small and there was barely any filling, let alone any barbeque sauce. I guess if they run out of stock they just serve any old carp.

    Last visit I witness a Uber driver asked a glass of water . A manger who is bold in appreace in terms of hair style. Denied , it was so unpleasant as water is universal solvent and it shouldn't have been denied .

    I tried the new McDonalds burger, crispy McFillet and it was the best burger i have eaten from McDonald’s. It’s only exclusive to Birmingham, coventry and other parts of West Midlands but i sure hope they keep it on the menu. It was so good, full of flavour and the chicken was super crispy

    I finished work and decided to get some Macy D before heading home. I was at the kiosk buying takeaway and an Indian lady came to me and said in a really bad manner "my dear, no scooter allowed here. You need to leave now." I'm not one of those yobs or youngsters riding their e-scooters frantically. So I politely asked, "sorry I didn't know. Can I fold it down, sit down and eat? Otherwise may I just finish my take away order and go?" I swear to god I was very polite. However, I didn't know why they just keep talking to me in a really bad attitude. (Please don't tell me it's because I'm Asian) they then just simply told me to leave and didn't want me to order. I know some places do not like scooters, but I live in city centre and work in city centre so it's a good way of transportation for me. Overall, I understand their policy and I'm okay to park my scooter outside. It's just their "descriminating" attitude that I have problems with.

    Well I never, another Macdonalds in Birmingham smashing it with a 5 star review. Food was well cooked, form was decent (though it collapsed in my hand a little due to the weight of the patties) and Debbie was very helpful and friendly. Made us all enjoy our experience muchly.

    Hilarious place for service, it was that bad it was funny, in a rush so used the drive through where I placed our order of two big mac meals and a cheeseburger for the lovely lady who was holding a cardboard sign at entrance when we arrived. The employee who took my order then went silent whilst we waited for about a minute and then she came back and asked in a very questioning voice " what did you order ? " I checked the menu in front of me and yes it was definitely a McDonalds drive through and therefore a big mac meal would be available. I continued and paid at a window and then continued to the next window where an employee handed the drinks whilst saying nothing and didn't even bother looking in our direction : / , the next window for food was the wrong one so continued to the next one where a polite lady took our payment by card and handed us the food. I took the cheeseburger to the lady with the cardboard sign who was very friendly. I wasn't given a receipt so couldn't complete the feedback request. Food was fair, my burger wasn't great but ok, however good fries !!

    Don‘t advertise midnight to midnight dine-in service if you don’t offer dine-in or at least can’t order by foot. Laminated hours on the front door are clearly wrong. Don’t waste peoples time.

    Absolute poor service. Considering you have been open a week I’m shocked at how poor mc Donald’s have become! For sure I won’t be returning! To top it off you have staff starring in your face like you’re a ghost! Mate take my order so I can go along my day…but no they too busy chatting amongst themselves, just a little note that big yellow wall doesn’t stop us customers hearing and watching what you staff do. Also if there was only 2 customers in the shop how you so busy? Good luck when you do have a major rush mc Donald’s Selly wont survive!

    i cant rate the food or atmosphere as i didnt stay , a member of staff were just serving a customer in front of me then wandered off leaving me waiting. i caught the attention of the manager but he just looked and walked on by , he was working out the back , i called a few times but no one came , finally when someone did come she didn't know how to put the order in the till , i was told by the manager that its policy to put the order into the screens then if paying cash then go to the till and pay , i explained that i had already been waiting a good while and the manager wouldn't take the order so i left , and will not return.

    Literally a ghost town. No people in eating. No staff except one who came and delivered my breakfast without even a word. It wasn't early on a Sunday but I did expect there to be maybe someone on till or be able to see a glimmer of a person. Food tasted fizzy, almost like someone had squirted fairy liquid. No person to comment to so I just ate what I could and left. Not tempted to go back.

    Was helped by the lovely manager Haleema regarding an enquiry, she was extremely supportive and friendly and made my experience here so much better. I will definitely continue to come here just because of how she made me feel!

    The drive through is really hit and miss, sometimes quick other times slow, multiple occasions when we have ordered porridge we end up waiting a long time. Multiple times we have ended up without items. We now check everything before leaving and suggest that other do so.

    If I could I would give 0 stars. The first time I order there’s was a wrap missing. The second time I asked for a Big tasty they sent me a Big Mac. I called 20x to discuss about the mistake nobody picked up. The worst service ever.

    Sorry guys but the more optimised you become with automation with ordering now waiting 13 minutes for 2 white coffees the delays caused over drive through priority its not good as no contact 1 guy bringing out orders every 3 to 4 minutes plus the fact the coffees where fairly cool no need for the caution content is hot! This is not just this restaurant its in general enough either shut the restaurant and collection or staff them with customer service orientated people if not there are plenty of competitors to choose from!

    Staff were visible and efficient with clearing up, tables were very clean Toilets are OK too - an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Food was hot and the fries tasted fresh (not hot in some locations!) Overall 8 out of 10 - I would recommend this McDonald's compared to 6 others in Birmingham. Lots if parking available & felt safe with children in here.

    Absolutely disgusted at the member of staff who thought it appropriate to shout at me at the top of his voice, in front of lots of customers, that scooters are not allowed in there, I had wheeled it in to place an order, unaware of there rule. Never before have I felt belittle by any member of staff there, clearly customer service is not part of there training. I will NEVER go there again. Which is a shame as I'm a local within the area! I will be using Burger King in future!!

    Visited this Mcdonalds whilst in Birmingham for the day. It was well laid out and spacious with plenty of seating for our group of 7. Ordered via a screen for table service which was super efficient and helpful. Staff on site were lovely. Plenty of parking at the site and you really could forget you were in a city.

    24X7 open, with both dine in & drive options, with good place to park & sit. Its location is also very suitable for both : Going OUT or Coming In to Birmingham. Food is as per standard of MCD.

    We went to the drive-through. It was quiet with two cars in font of us. It still took about 15 mins to get to the order counter. Once the food had been ordered, we had paid my so to park the car in waiting bay and collect the food on food from the food counter. This was incomprehensible , as the cars in front of us were served at the counter.

    We used the drive through of which there are 2 lanes. The attendant asked us to wait while she did something else. In the time we had to wait at least 4 other cars had their order taken in the second lane. We could hear the attendant chatting and preparing other orders the whole time.

    I ordered 2 drinks as a very hit day one was strawberry lemonade with was pink my friend ordered same it was red so inconsistent, I then got the new strawberry smoothie was taste good. My chips were cold, so I couldn't eat them. Staff needed to be more friendly or at least pretend. I won't be going back here.

    The worse experience I have had, went to the drive through bristol road after meeting quick bite before I head to work, I had reward on my app before making the transaction I asked the lady if she could honour, the fillet o fish instead of deluxe or cheese burger which she kindly said yes i continued and made my payment. Off i went to the next window to collect my food, the women from second window was confused with the order due to the lady saying she will let the team know, I was told by the second lady at the desk move down to the third window, a manager appearer with refusing to honour me what his staff agreed to do. At this point I was annoyed waited in the queue for over 15 minutes, I was just not hungry anymore I asked for a refund the manager first brought me the incorrect change, clearly didn't check the receipt I had to correct him, so he went off brought back the correct change this time not only brought back the right change he bought back old and mould coins, this is not right any notes or coins that arent accepted nor should they be given to out to the customer they should be banked or given to G4S. I didnt check i just drove off i was mortified This manager who thought he was being funny and clever give the dirty change. Disgusting behaviour who ever has made him manager needs to relook in to this behaviour it’s unacceptable.

    This is by far the best McDonald's restaurant that I have been to in the UK. It was super clean and staffed by friendly attentive staff who were so keen to help. By far my best experience in this chain anywhere in the UK. Thank you for making our visit so special 💗

    Quick service, warm food. Fries were on the cold side however. Order taker was very polite and knowledgeable. Dip was missed from the order.

    Had a great meal after visiting cadburys world. My son, his girlfriend, and her 2 sons and myself, enjoyed eating here. The food was really good, hot and good portions. Would recommend this mcdonalds 👌

    Nice and clean McDonald's I must say the staff here are lovely and very helpful. However the system in place to order is disastrous, the queue and waiting time was quite long. I blame it on too many self serve machines and not enough staff on tills.

    I loved getting McDonald's and my kids absolutely loved it. The service was great and the toilets were cleaned and lovely. Even the service was great. And the queue was quite long. I'm very impressed.

    Wasn't too busy on arrival, 5 cars in front. Was served quite quickly. The staff was polite. Quick service. The food was hot. Not too greasy either. Cheap and cheerful breakfast to start the day. As good as a Maccies breakfast can be.

    What has happened to this place? Drive thru agent asked me 3 times for my first item on order and then still got the order wrong. Corrected it at the till ( Or thought I had) then they still gave me the wrong drinks. I told the girl at the serving hatch about the drinks and she just gave me the receipt and would not swap. Sausage Egg muffin was burnt. ( I have photo) Bacon under cooked. Is it new management? There seems to be an attitude problem.

    Had an egg mcmuffin and a hot chocolate. Muffin was slightly warm even though I visited early. Seemed like it had been made ages so I didn't really enjoy it. Was hungry so I ate it otherwise I would have left it.... I expected the standard of food to be good here but It didn't meet my expectations.
