    The service is awful. They never seem to have milkshakes, Fanta or McFlurry' - not sure who does the ordering but they should be sacked (Fanta has a long shelf life). Drive through queues are too long and the staff too slow. Items of food missing repeatedly whereby I now have to check my order every time they hand it to me. Would be nice, for once, to get a full box of fries. They never give you your receipt unless you ask... wonder why.

    This has to be one of the worst Md`s we have visited it was dirty the service was slow and when it orders arrived the dips, we had ordered for the 20 chicken nuggets were missing but we weren't told so I went and tried to find some only to be told 5 mins maybe long that there were none available the portions were small and the burgers cold. Defiantly we wouldn't return.

    Really poor service. Always manage to mess up my order. The staff are polite but haven't got a clue. How hard is it to get an order correct? It seems like they don't know how to read receipts. I can only imagine that it is poorly managed. For fast food it is extremely slow. Sometimes the wait for the food is unbelievable. I won't be going back here again. You are just asking for trouble with your orders. They can't even get an online order correct. One of the employees requirements here must be that you must not think or use your brain when serving customers. I hate to slate a business but I need to be honest. The food is pretty decent but a shame about the wait time and messed up orders. I won't be going here again.

    Parsons Hill branch is the worse McDonald's I've ever known, it's staffed by incompetent fool's who can't read orders, they forget items with every delivery and food is just thrown in the bag with no care. They take forever to prepare the food and drivers are often left waiting to pick up, the food is usually cold by the time it arrives. They can't even make sure a happy meal is put together properly, my daughters meal showed up with nothing but a bag of nuggets and ripped book inside! They don't care that people are paying good money for bad service. I highly recommend avoiding this branch as you won't be happy with the service they provide, monkey's could do a better job!

    Never known a McDonald’s like this! Every time I go to the drive through, I have to always wait a minimum of 10 minutes in the car park. It’s not even busy compared to other McDonald’s. Something really needs to be done about the service here.

    One of the worst McDonald’s completely avoid if you can at all. Every time you go through the drive-through, doesn’t matter how small your order is They will make you wait about 10 minutes for your food and park up in the car park to wait for it. I thought this was supposed to be a fast food restaurant absolute joke.

    Many missed items before how ever this time we orderd alot for a Halloween night in as a family and got two plain happy meals and a triple cheese burger, phoned up and just got told claim it back and we are busy so it's gonna happen. All that needed to be done was check what bag your putting food into and that's it. The last time I'm using that branch for anything!

    Always too busy! Poor service ..poor food. wouldnt use if there were another mcdonalds closer. Orders are 9 times out of 10 wrong. You Never get a full portion of fries and they are cold and never crispy. Milkshakes are like drinking foam. You always have to park up when going through drive though ..waiting times 10 to 25 minutes. When you get the food its cold and orders always wrong but you've waited so long you don't have the time to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring the right order out. Mcdelivery always long delivery times and food always cold! They should not allow mcdelivery orders during busy periods.

    Food luke warm, no "small" burgers, never given sauce even when included as part of order, fries bland. Always having to park up and wait for food even on a basic order. Just overall not a great branch. Kept hoping it would get better but this is my last visit here I'm afraid.

    Went there this morning to order a coffee and had to wait 20-30 minutes because they lost my order. When I asked how long for my order the girl managing the orders said she cannot see it even though i had a recepit and i could see my order on the big screen. Despite waiting 20-30 minutes for an iced coffee she couldn't care less about her job and kept yawning and standing there doing nothing until another girl gave me the iced coffee that been on the table for ages.

    Okay so I ordered some meals and everything is good except for the milkshake. Basically it’s made up of foam and it tastes… gross. I drank it halfway through and I cannot stand the taste anymore so I just chucked it into the bin. I should’ve ordered a soft drink tbh. It would’ve been a 5-star if I didn’t order a milkshake 🙃 Edit: last time I ordered coke and, ugh… it has a weird aftertaste. Well, I guess it’s exposed to the air for at least 24 hours…

    Ordered to eat in with two young children. Food took best part of half an hour to be served. They were obviously overwhelmed with delivery collections and drive through orders. Orders seemed to be sitting around in bags. At least our food was hot when it did come. Some of the other customers were kids without adult supervision. Their behaviour was poor but there weren't any staff on the restaurant floor apart from a cleaner, who they were being very disrespectful to. All in all, not a great experience.

    This 'restaurant' driver waiting room is the worst ever. Orders consistently wrong. Today's fries thrown into the bag. 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger. Missing drink. Avoid this place go elsewhere.

    Appalling organisation at this branch. So many very young staff but led by very poor managers, who do not have a clue. Today I waited half an hour in the parking bay. Three times they brought me the wrong food . In the end I had to go and demand my food and then they’d forgot what my order was!!!! Customers were getting out of their cars to go and get their own orders, as the wait was an absolute joke. A urgent inspection is needed at this branch by the owners. This happens every time , it’s not a one off incident. Judging by the comments on this site, I’m amazed this branch is still open. Something has to be done because it has a terrible reputation. It was only 11.30 when I visited but I eventually got my food at 12 o’clock. The management seriously need lots of training. It’s about time the top bosses and owners started listening to the customers.

    Orders food. Food came incomplete. Missing items. I approached the collections counter and was ignored. After a minute or two I started to say excuse me... finally a head looked up and I informed of my missing item.. I got a mumble back which I couldn't hear and then the member of staff continued what she was doing..... AFTER A FEW MORE minutes of her ignoring me I had to call over another member of staff by calling excuse me as I was being completely ignored. I finally got my fries 🍟 and when returning to my seat... all food was freezing cold. Very poor service

    Always the same I would definitely say this is the worst macdonalds in Birmingham and I've been to most. Always slow and the same mistakes over and over again if they actually bother to put condiments in you can guarantee the order is wrong or vice versa and doesn't matter what you order you will be in a waiting bay I dint think food actually comes out of that second window. Warstock is slightly further for me but service is slightly better and food does come through that window most times

    Mum ordered delivery and they completely missed out an entire meal from the order when it was only 2 meals they needed to pack. Then expected my mum to go and pick up the missing meal??? Make it make sense if she was able to collect it she wouldn’t have ordered to begin with. Service is shocking, get your staff to check what they’re doing it’s not hard to check you’ve packed everything. Food was also freezing cold.

    Ordered my breakfast at 10:30. Because of Road work I am late for one minute. Arrived this McDonald’s at 11:01 the lady at the drive through is rude. She said I can’t serve your food because we stop serving breakfast at 11:00.

    The second worse McDonald's in my review portfolio, but it's close, just behind Blackpole Retail Park in Worcester (just don't). Food order took ages. When it was finally ready and collected, I took it to the table (no table service here!), and the fries (cold) were all wrong. Took them back up, got ignored while delivery drivers were being sorted out, and had to shout to get some service. Chips sorted. Got back, other food now even colder, then also missed a chicken wrap, back I go, wait again, guy looks at me in disdain like I'm some kind of idiot, and then go grabs a wrap, my wrap with my order number on it. Not that bothered an order is wrong, it happens, but come on, sort it out with some customer service. Luckily, we only visited as had been to Rush, and it's my daughters birthday, so won't have the displeasure of a revisit (hopefully🤞)

    Lovely Halloween decorations up, looked great. Good food. Served quick when ordering on the app and had table service. they just need the iPads fixed for the kids to play on. Also there’s no contactless mobile charging available here, would be good if they introduced this.

    Had to wait nearly 40min for 2 happy meals and a chicken mayo Went in to see where our food was to see it getting cold on the side and asked for a refund as we did get offered the meal again or to take thr one we had aswell as refund Really going down the pan for service ans food. Bring back the food rails so you could just pick up the order and bag it ASAP

    I pulled in and went straight to the drive-thru as I only wanted a coffee and an orange juice 🥤; however, the queue was not moving and I was unable to get out of it, so had to wait for 15/20 mins approximately, just to get a drink ... Drive-thru should be quick but don't think they got the memo

    Good hot food and fast service, but the manager was not at all friendly to her staff. She was shouting at them for being too slow. Personally I thought her attitude towards her colleagues sucked and the time people were waiting was completely acceptable.

    Genuinely wow. Table service was really good, server very very polite and couldn’t do enough to help. Food hot, there’s low expectations for fast food but honestly it was about as good as I’ve ever had at McDonald’s (and I travel a lot for work so visit lots). Genuinely such nice service I was shocked and compelled to drop a review.

    Little slow on the touch screens to place our order but once input the food was ready quickly. Clean and tidy seating and nice and cool in there on a hot day. Kids enjoyed their food so no complaints there lol!

    AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST BELIVE ME ITS BETTER TO STARVE. Iv never left a review before but iv just set up an account specifically for this, iv never had a good experience with this restaurant but this time was by far the worst and I’m absolutely disgusted and honestly if I could leave a no star review I would. So I ordered via the app for click and serve my order consisted of a happy meal, two large double quarter pounder meals and three apple pies After waiting in there car park quite literally counting the rats scurrying between cars for over half an hour it eventually came out with the server more or less throwing it through the window at me being extremely rude I then headed home too eat upon arrival I opened the food to find; both the burgers like card being badly burned on one side and still moist on the other (I’m pretty sure they were only cooked on one side), the buns stale and freezing cold Keep in mind they were large meals the fries were both less than a third full , soggy , all discoloured and covered in lots of little black dots (so I’m guessing the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time) The chicken nuggets with the happy meal were rock hard to the extent I struggled to break them in half The drinks were meant to be Coca Cola original but we’re just brown water (no carbonation and no flavour) we’re under half way full and had no ice The apple pies were all soggy and one had ice still in the middle My son is a toddler with disabilities and this is his weekly treat after his longest physio session and he couldn’t even have it today because I was that worried it would make him ill, he has to adhere to a strict routine otherwise he can’t sleep at night so it wasn’t possible for me to go back there today Iv tried to call the restaurant multiple times but as always the phone just gets ignored I also contacted someone via the live chat on the app but the guy just ended the conversation while I was mid sentence. Honestly I don’t understand how this place is still open I dread to think what the hygiene rating is, I’m scared to look , first thing in the morning I will be contacting the local council to report the place and will be posting pictures of social media of my experience.

    I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but I think this would be the first 3 stars rating I'll be leaving because my order is never correct!. One thing is always missing and it's annoying. But great food. I always have to check very well before leaving so I don't go home and start getting angry.

    Went through the drive by, got upsold an apple pie, which is fine as I fancied one. But then when I picked up my food there wasn't one, there was also no sauce with the mozzarella dippers so ended up eating them dry. I've not got time to go back so I guess I'll never see the apple pie now....

    Food was hot but the service was slow, used the drive through and was told to wait in the car park. Every so often a person would come out looking for the correct registration assigned to each order. It was quite an exhausting process for the employee and quite frustrating for myself.
