Came here for a birthday meal. We were seated quickly despite being told a long wait. Orders were taken quickly and the person serving us was good but the rest if you asked them for anything it was like you was asking for the world. The service was not up to par and the younger staff members just went bothered. The lamb chops used to be really nice but was just caked in masala marinade. The prawn curry at £14 was absolutely bland even though it had 3 spice marks next to it on the menu?! The biryanis were horrible and the only thing nice was the butter chicken. I won't be coming here again for a while, there are plenty of better restaurants out there.

On route to Old Trafford we took a quick detour to Shere Khan’s Star City on 20/10/21. Amazing service!!! Great food, authentic and not watered down. Excellent customer service. The lamb chops were to die for, the mains were good. I will definitely go back when I’m back in the area. Give it try u won’t you won’t be disappointed.

Sam, Uttam & Iqbal were fantastic today! They helped me set up the table up for my friend’s birthday! They went above and beyond and their customer service was fantastic! I genuinely recommend this place if you want to have a nice celebration time! The food was truly tasty and we would definitely come back! Thank you also to the management!

Ready to tuck into my takeaway after a long, hard shift, I open the foil in which the allo paratha was in to see that the paratha looked as if it was run over by a bus as u can see in the picture. Having called the store, i was told they would refund the parath, which was of no use to me when I needed to eat my curry with something other than the paratha served. I suggested I would drive down wasting my time and fuel when asked how they would look to reimburse me for the inconvenience. I was told they would give me a few poppadoms, which I thought was an insult got to the store explaining the situation they gave me a glass of mango lassi to cool me down, and when reaching home the curry was stone cold but received a portion of chicken tikka which were very salty and the paratha good a lot better but full of whole coriander seeds which again left a sour taste in our experience. You would not see back there

We ordered samosa chat, peri peri chicken, roti, and butter chicken curry. The food and portions were good. The curries were a bit expensive and on the small side. The service was quick and courteous.

Always a safe choice of dining out for a curry. Not many cuisine left in star city ,so if you fancy an Indian if your in the vicinity then you can't go wrong . Foods always tasty with quick service. Waiting times vary for a table but it's worth it.

As it’s conveniently located near M6 STAR CITY, BIRMINGHAM.Thought I’d drop by whilst passing through as heard some great recommendations but sadly it wasn’t what I was expecting. The decor has gone downhill inside (as looks outside can be deceiving)and in need of a renovation, they sat us down after waiting to clear a table only to be told you have 30 minutes as the kitchen will be closing. Besides that fact we still thought we’d give it a go… and ordered chicken korma curry, naan and samosa chaat for a quick bite. The samosa chaat portion was good you can share it easily between 2/3 . As I have noticed different areas and restaurants prepare this differently ( some serving with hot Chana - chickpeas/ or cold ) . Me on a personal note prefer the cold version, I didn’t like the amount of chana/toppings ratio there was way to much and the samosa was hidden beneath… there was a lot that it kind of overpowered the other flavours so I wouldn’t recommend this one. The chicken curry was ok nothing special BUT it did have quite a bit of oil in…the best bit was probably the naan tbh…. Definitely won’t be popping down here again, and pretty sure there are better restaurants in range

This place used to be good and we dinned there regularly because it is local , I have no idea what has happened to it, the food has gone mediocre, they are always short staffed and most of them don't even understand what you are saying , I had to tell the waitress 3 times that I wanted 2 spoons for the dessert we ordered furthermore 1 of the desserts we orded tasted vile and to top it off there was a long human hair on it, my friend felt sick to the stomach. I have attached a pic below.

Been a long time coming, we've heard great things about this place and when we were last in the area we decided to give it a try When we arrived we stood awkwardly for a good few minutes till someone came to the front desk, understandably when it gets busy there can be a wait but it wasn't very professional and at the time it wasn't that busy When we were finally sat a table, the decor was falling apart. The cushioning on the seat behind us was falling off the back of the frame. It felt overall tacky Food wasn't correctly, the biryani had an "off" taste and smell to it so we had to sent it back to the kitchen The dessert options weren't all that impressive. Some of the food was good but it was let down by the points above

Very bright and colourful decor, super attentive and welcoming staff, authentic North Indian dishes, fast service and a number of options to choose from in starters, mains, desserts and also from kids menu. All in all a good experience specially for Feltham where there is no authentic Indian restaurant nearby (bowling, cinema, arcade games and pub nearby) Cons: No alcohol served, Can get very busy and service can be slow or delayed, limited menu to choose from and dishes are traditional recipes not not modern adaptations. Pros: free car parking, fast and cheerful staff, clean and hygienic, party halls available.

We went here on a weekday so wasn’t too busy. It’s very ideal for going with families as there’s big seating areas. We ordered peshwari naan and one curry dish - murgh tikka karahi which was actually so nice. The peshwari naan however had way too much coconut bits, we would’ve preferred less. Reason for 3 star is because i would say the service wasn’t so great. As I asked for cutlery, the waiter went to get it but in between got distracted and attended others first. The cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t up to standard. There were food bits everywhere when sitting and also on the table… and when we asked if it could be cleaned only a section where we was going to sit got cleaned and not the whole area and table. The high chairs were really dirty and it just put me off from going again. Really run down - needs Reno.

One of the few Pakistani restaurants that open for Lunch. Starters, main and drinks were really fresh and tasty. Waiting staff was courteous and helpful. Only slightly drawback was worn out furniture and a bit old decor.
