Great Staff They are always friendly and welcoming to Me and My dog's and give My pet's treat's and say hello even if we're just popping in on our walks. Great nutritional food and supplements to. Highly recommended establishment :)

Staff are really lovely people . Very helpful . But this shop is very very expensive . Id rather go to kingsheath as it's alot cheaper for the same things .

This pet shop is amazing. Staff are always friendly and helpful never try to rush advice to get on with other jobs They give you as long as you need. Bit sad the nature's menu is so expensive but can't be helped. I have took out a loyalty card as I'm in their that much wouldn't go any were else. Would like to see a more varied range of reptiles in their however. As I really want to buy a chameleon from people I trust

Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Store is nicely laid out and they have a good variety. However recently there has been a sudden lack of stock when it comes to the small animal products and certain brands being unavailable. I can go one week and then the next time I need to go it'll be out of stock or a total different brand in place.

Little expensive but guys are very knowledgeable thanks guys

Really impressed with the service you get in the store the staff are very friendly and always ready to help, but a big thank you must go to Leah & Chelsea who are a credit to the organisation, every visit to the store is welcomed with big smiles and friendly professional manner. This is the nicest pet shop I have been to. It has a massive choice for dogs and it’s really really tidy and clean. There is all so a deli for the dogs with a wide verity of dog treats and chews. I was so impressed. The staff are so lovely and kind.

The store was very clean & tidy, the lady that helped me was called Jackie I think, she was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable she gave me lots of tips and advice. I would definitely recommend getting your pet supplies from here. A lovely store with friendly, helpful people.

Sadly we wont be going back there anymore as they have decided to stop selling livestock all of a sudden, its a shame really, as me and my partner used to buy birds such as finches and canaries for our Avery from this store at one time, god I miss the good old days when they sold actual pets in every pet shop you went to and pet shops really were pet shops, but sadly its becoming a thing of the past these days due to other people's do gooder opinions on so called cruelty and so on , despite the fact that this store used to get their livestock from responsible and reputable breeders, now I know it seems like I've written a bit of an essay with this review but I just had to express my frustration on this, as less and less pet stores are selling pets with every year that goes by, its just became rubbish in my opinion, just saying.
