Worse customer service ever . I arrived today to Petra hookah . When I entered the main door . A worker stopped me and ask what can I do for you ?I said I want get tea and hookah . He said you have to pay before you sit. When I paid he brought me the tea without the small cartoon icon on the cup . I will never back again . They should educate themselves more and treat the customer with respect

Went here last night with my hubby and we were impressed. We are not expert hookah smokers so the young girl helped is pick out the right flavors to blend. Everyone on the team was nice, they all checked on us. The manager or maybe the owner even walked over to us. Beers were cold, music was nice and the couch was comfy. We will return in the near future.

Never on time. Change your hours if you aren’t going to open at 4 like it says!

The worst place ever , the waiter is very rude , I came from Ohio state to do some business here ,and just wanna hang out with my friends, came here and will never come back ,my friend was asking for hookah and he is the only one smoking hookah ,the waiter want to force all of us to order a hookah even if we don't smoke, we said we just want to hang out together, and will order some drinks, but he literally ignore us and say rule is rule you have to order a hookah , this is a hookah place , you can't share one hookah , we told him we are not even smoking, he said if you don't like the rules you can leave the store, he really disappointed us when he said that , thanks God I'm not living in North Carolina to see him again

I'm always in Greensboro for work. Thus is definitely my top spot when I'm in town to wind down. 10/10

One of the best hookah bar in town. Great service and the guys over there are really helpful and know what to do. What surprise me the most was the clean hookahs the have. Thanks guys and I’ll definitely visit a gain.

This place is amazing! I've been going here for years now and the people are welcoming I feel safe and there's never any fighting or drama. The hookah is great this literally is the best place to smoke in Greensboro and you should definitely bring your friends for a good time.
