I stayed here for business and everything went smoothly. We booked a room for a meeting and it was well catered and a perfect quiet place for discussions. Breakfast includes a range of choices and there is plenty of room. The room was great, a good size, and very quiet. I particularly like the foyer where there are ample chairs and seating arrangements, with a mini-market, and an area for tea and coffee.

Super expensive and definetely not worth the price. The rooms and bathrooms are spacey and good, but water supply is an issue. Taking a shower is an issue, as water temperature keeps dropping and increasing. Lobby area is good and working station is comfy. Staff is super friendly and nice. The area is nice too with a huge park next door and shopping center close by.

It's a better university in Kyrgyzstan.

I thoroughly enjoyed 2 excellent meals at the hotel's Crostini restaurant during my stay in Bishkek. The service was superb and Elzar was truly excellent in his professional and friendly approach. His focus on excellence was truly unique and the reason I returned to the restaurant for a second meal. Well done and thank you, Elzar and your team, for a great experience in a truly wonderful city.

The service is great but the hotel feels a bit dated. The spa and gym seriously needs a renovation - it feels like one’s entering a 1980s basement veterinary clinic … The restaurant is also not very good - food is incredibly oily. That said, the staff is very kind and the rooms are overall clean and decent.

Our flight arrived early in the morning 530am. We only needed to be at the Hotel until 2pm. Then we transferred to our apartment. Luna, her nick name, was fantastic in helping secure a short stay. She deserves all the praise. Great Hotel, awesome pool, excellent, world class buffett breakfast. I would go again.

Good choice to stay in the central location and green area within a short/walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are a bit outdated but still acceptable quality. Breakfast was good, so as room service and cleanliness. Friendly and professional staff. The air conditioner was a little loud. TV channels practically did not work, with the exception of some local broadcasting. Overall, acceptable conditions.

Nice weekend get-away. They sell daily admission to their pool, so it was extremely crowded with day customers on the weekend. They limit the number of people in the pool area, but by the time afternoon check-in came, there were so many people there we had to stand and wait for people to leave before we could enter the pool area. Weekdays would probably be better, but day guests would still create a crowd.

This is my second visit to Bishkek. Very nice location, clean rooms, nice food, friendly service.

The location is Wonderful. All attractions and restaurants as well as supermarkets are within walking distance

the most protected hotel and restaurant in all of Bishkek. to approach with a car, you will be checked by a guard with a mine detector. this is probably the main uniqueness of the restaurant compared to similar ones. the food is tasty, but I can't distinguish anything special. another note if a man is working it is dangerous!

This is out second stay at the Hyatt Bishkek and I am disappointed. Last time it was great. This time the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful however there were a number of issues letting the hotel down. Rooms are renovated are well designed however our fridge doesn’t work. Have told reception twice (we are currently still here and still not fixed). We chose this hotel because of the beautiful pool area, however the pool was closed to hotel guests on Friday and Sunday because of weddings. No notice was given at booking or prior to our arrival. This is a big let down. Lastly is the food. Staff are amazing but every meal we have had has been cold or lukewarm at best. This includes the breakfast buffets, restaurant and especially room service (cold). Also the drinks are mildly chill, but hardly ever cold.

Very good place for a meeting. The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean and with the right technology for an excellent rest and stay. The breakfast is great, good products and excellent service. Some people in the bar and breakfast service showed interest even in practicing their Spanish! very nice people, they were all very friendly. I take them one star because they woke me up around midnight to charge 3 dollars of consumption at the bar (for a sandwich) that they could not charge to the room (as if I were going somewhere in the middle of the night!) In short, some misunderstanding at the reception regarding the credit card, which I paid in cash and they let me go back to sleep.

This hotel does not disappoint. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good can't wait for the brunch buffet to come back

My family and I stayed in Hyatt Regency Bishkek for 4 days on our visit to Bishkek. The hotel is the best in Bishkek with good facilities and world-class service. Our room was spacious with great amenities. We had a wonderful experience and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Christian, Mr. Baikazi, Ms. Elena and each and every member of the hotel who made our stay fabulous.

The best place to live in KG while you are on a trip. Everything is perfect, I liked service, and the place is beautiful. You can see mountains right from your windows! And people that come there to stay are all interesting successful persons, you can make really good friends.
