I've been here 3 times. 1st time, it was exceptional. This was 2 years ago. Now, it is not good. The carpets are extremely dirty, and having a baby, I know the importance of cleaning around (the home / hotel). Now, onto the rooftop bar. Once again, when I came here, the prices were competitive to the market of 2021. Now, 2023, they are United States prices for 1 star service. They wanted to charge me $124 per person just to sit at the table where I would have easily spent this on food. Since that wasn't the case me and my party of 5 left only ordering 5 soft drinks. 😤 One night stay is also USA prices, this is Bishkek, even in dubai. I get a room with a view for this price. I can continue, but then I'll just become the hotel manager.

Good hotel with all amenities connected to Bishkek Park mall. Although swimming pool was closed in October which was not good. Spa served was good. Breakfast was OK. Surprisingly there was no shower cap in the room

one of worst stay ever. Hotel is great location. front office team are great and polite some of F&B are good. rest of the team poor and lack of training and education of meaning base hospitality. will start with my nightmare. Housekeeping , i put DND and i found the HK team entering my room and asking if i need to clean the room now. however, she did it twice during the same day within an hour and half. that is for first day. seconday i put please make up my room from 11 am till 7 pm none has came to clean and when i found by chance one of the HK team and asked why my room was not cleaned. she said we can clean it now.,so i put DND again for rest. and after an hour i found there is a paper tag that they came at 7:12 pm to clean the room but was DND as it's we done our job. beeing Hotlier for almost 15 years there is no describtion of whats going on. also the iron in room should be inspected before the room get released from HK to FO to hand it over to client. the iron was completely black and has leftover burned on it's suface which will damage any material. Breakfast, is in general is good. but, if any dish has finished take ages to be refilled even when you ask about it from the supervisor gentleman. maybe you would finish your breakfast and still refill did not happen. in general its weird stay and will never come back to this hotel and will never recommend it. by the way staff of the coffee shop are great. being hotlier, i recommend for managment to do more training and educate their own teams about customer service which match the brand and stars. as of it now maximum 3 stars service.

5 star hotel at the heart of Bishkek. A shopping mall attached to it adds to the comfort of eating good food and buying stuff including groceries. The staff is super friendly and speaks English. Mountain view rooms on top floors are better. Wash rooms have in built bidets for Muslim customers.... Will return to the same hotel if I come back to Bishkek.....

We attended the terrace restaurant for evening drinks and nibbles. The prices were unexpectedly affordable - far less expensive than many lesser establishments. The staff were as professional as one would expect - a very good standard indeed, and there was of course, live lounge-Jazz and outdoor-rooftop seating. We will return.

Enjoyed a two night stay here in January. I hadn’t been in Bishkek for 19 years so it was nice to see how the city and hotel scene had changed. The hotel offers good value for money in a central location, and while I have never been a fan of Sheraton as a brand I thought the hotel was very good. The spa was excellent and I availed of a massage which was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the temperature was very high inside. I like the hotel is connected directly to the Bishkek Park Mall which is very convenient. My only complaint was the service in the lobby lounge. Despite the amount of staff they were diligent or proactive enough in service much of the time. The Christmas model railway in the lobby lounge didn’t work because the “batteries were finished” I was informed, and asked if they could be replaced (I am a model railway enthusiast myself), but they never were over my stay which shows a lack of initiative/detail in the approach. Would probably stay again but then there is not a huge amount of choice in Bishkek if you want western 5*.

Large clean room. I like that when you enter, the TV welcomes you with your name! Bed is large and comfy. Internet is fast for Bishkek standards. The toilet has a bidet. There are two restaurants in the hotel. The one on the top floor serves both Kyrgyz and western food. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff are friendly and speak English well. The hotel is right in central Bishkek and is connected to a large modern mall. You can also walk to Ala Too Square. The only downside of this hotel is the elevators. sometimes the buttons are unresponsive, or the elevator takes you in the wrong direction

For my 7 days stay, the cleaning crew only remembered to replace the shampoo/body wash once! Some days trash was not even taken out. I called guest service to deliver shampoo/body wash and water they said they already did. So I had to go down to the lobby to explain in person for 20min at the font desk in order to get them delivered. This is ridiculous! Really need more staff training and become more professional. Service doesn’t live up to the price/stars. 3 star at most. Having said that, the location is great. If you don’t shower everyday and are happy with no bottle water some days, this could be the place for you.

It was unpleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there The bathroom was smelly nothing could remove the smell they tried a lots of things the safe was not opening Electricity board is open in the corridor so if you have kids its not safe at all The spa was floating with water till the gym No shower gel or soap nothing Thats explained why all the rooms and toilets are smelly I arrived at 6:00 am approximately ,they made me wait till 7 as the check in time is from 12 to 2 pm I got a room with twin beds and the receptionist said i will ask my manager if we will charge you full day amount or half day but then they decided to charge me full day for the extra 5 hours although i am a bonvoy member ,,for some people their is special treatment but if you are local or if you work in bishkek gov you will get extra benefits or privilege Its not up to the standards of 3 star hotels I hope they change this attitude And fix the building issues

It doesn’t deserve a “5-Star Hotel” rating. During our visit to Kyrgyzstan we checked in and out three times, so we have some experience. Front Office Rarely enough staff. No records in the system or staff forgot to make a record. (Ex: Days before checkout we requested a late checkout. The staff confirmed it. On the day of checkout we were told to leave by noon.) I also don’t appreciate it when staff responds with an attitude. Housecleaning Each day the bathroom was stocked differently. Each day the bathroom was cleaned differently. Each day the bed was made differently. Rooms AirCon not working. Curtains don’t close properly (rails/hangers broken). Laundry service: Surprisingly expensive. (For example: 200 Som for a tshirt is a lot. I started washing my underwear and socks and hung them up to dry in the bathroom and bedroom.) No English spoken. And sometimes it took hours to pick up the laundry bag, to the point where I had to call the Front Desk and ask if Laundy Service forgot. But i have to say thank you that the money we forgot in a pair of pants was returned promptly. Breakfast The waiters were all very friendly and helpful. They deserve to be acknowledged. The buffet was OK. I just wish there were some traditional Kyrgyz bread. The made-to-order eggs were so bad we stopped ordering them after two days. Foyer It stinks of cigarette smoke. The smoking room needs to be sealed properly.

We booked a Junior Suite as we needed a spacious room. The hotel is okay, it was very busy during check in and check out timings. We requested for more complimentary drinking water in bottles and it took them 1 hour to get it to the room and with me calling 4 times. The cleaning was poor and they didn't change our sheets even though I told them to do so. We were there for 4 nights and with a baby the bed sheet was hard to stay clean. The breakfast buffet was fair - not many options compared to other five star hotels around the world. We are in a Suite so we have buffet breakfast included as well as lounge access (after 11am onwards) however after our 2nd day breakfast a staff from the restaurant came over and told us that our breakfast is not included in our stay and that we have to pay. This was immediately resolved though since I went straight to the reception to let them inform the restaurant about our breakfast being included. The manner through which we were told that we have to pay for the breakfast was not very professional and also the staff said it to us while eating.. we lost our appetite after.. even though we are certain that breakfast is included in our stay. The view of our room was not so great either.. I think one positive thing abiut this stay is the Hotel's location being connected to Boshkek Park Mall.

Very bad in services response. They act they are helping but they don't help. I have ordered a food for my children dinner two and half hour back and till now I did not get it!! I was shocked that they didn't even start cooking it!! We feel unhappy here 👎🏼 The higher management should take our review seriously if they really want to improve their quality of service. BTW I have booked suite room for 3 nights which means I should get at least (good service). I feel sorry for 5 star hotel with such staff!

Great hotel, nice and clean with nice rooms. We got a room on the 19th floor and the views are fantastic. If you’ve spent any time in Bishkek, you know things are a little uhh… “run down” at times, so this hotel being in great condition was a welcome departure from that. Would stay here again

We had the best time in Bishkek! I want to thank the entire team at Sheraton Bishkek for their amazing hospitality. Zhannat, our guest service agent, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Stayed here two times and I liked the hotel quite a lot. Very good status recognition, excellent facilities, good breakfast, and nice rooms so I will definitely come back next year. The staff was very professional and helpful; I wanna thank especially Ildar who went above and beyond to help me with a problem.

The Sheraton Bishkek is well appointed and the service was as expected. It doesn't get five stars due to a reservation issue that was never fully explained.

Big compliments to the employees. Very very nice people. We had a argument with taxi driver and the entire staff helped us out and we're extremely kind and soft hearted people! Special compliment to the conceige girl "Japorva" (I think that's her name) for checking in on us every morning.

Great hotel in the heart of Bishkek. Very close walk to main square Ala Too, as well as the Zhogurku Kenesh and State Museum of National History, and to Osh Bazaar in the other direction. Staff are very kind and professional. Special shout-out to Mrs. Sagida Sovhozbek Kizi who went above and beyond to help fix a COVID-19 testing issue with the local testing authorities and who always stayed smiling and helpful! What a great set of staff!

The building and facilities are new and comfortable. There are several restaurants with many options and goid client service. They are performing advertising (you see wherever you are in the hotel) about security measures of COVID. But, they were not doing. Considering that at this time (Jun-Jul 2021) the cases were raising in Bishkek, was not a responsible attitude. I had to claim many times about this issue until after several days and claims implemented.

Kudos to greatest chef of all times, Mustafa Yildirim. Best steak you can find in Bishkek comes from the kitchen of Chef Mustafa in Hotel Sheraton’s Legend Steakhouse
