The namba delivery was very slow. Your people don't answer calls when we try to inquire. The Italian restaurant cyclone big disappointment too. People who want to eat authentic ravioli 8t is the biggest disappointment. Very expensive but no quality and quantity. Very disappointing overall

Have stopped using them as they have become useless. The highlight of the incompetence was their inability to locate five bottles of kefir in all of the 30 branches of Globus stores in Bishkek. Pathetic. Avoid using at all costs.

I have tried this service a few times. They often get the order wrong. The last time I used it, they said delivery would take more than 1 hour. They weren't wrong. More than 3 hours laters, I am still waiting. I guess that the only way they do not mess up an order is by not delivering at all. I would highly recommend just using another service. This one just is not worth it.

The worst delivery service in the world.. they just do their work just like their Diplomats and And parliamentarians. Liers and Liers. They promise you to deliver within 1 hour but no, takes more thn 90 mins. I think they can't handle more customers since they are fatty with our $$$$. It's just a Shame for Kyrgyzstan 👎👎👎👎

2 hours for an order I couldn't cancel worth less than 200 soms. Glovo is a much better delivery app in Bishkek.

very poor service skills

As a non-local citizen, I like that there is such a delivery in the city. They have all kinds of online payments and many restaurants and stores. Operators speak English. I really like their friendly attitude. If you use the English version of the site, some dishes are not called correctly. But they are few and I like them all. During the whole pandemic these guys fed me, brought me food and medicine and I really did not leave my apartment. Very fast delivery👍

The namba food has become really unprofessional. i literally waited for more than 3 hours for the food i ordered. Even i contacted with the cafe where i ordered the food, they were telling that food was ready almost in 30-40 min after the ordered was received. The funny thing is the cafe is just 3km from my home, it takes like max 15 min for the delivery. Namba took almost more than 2 hours to deliver the food. Literally the service is too awful.If there was negative marking for the service, i would have gone for that. Big Thumbsdown for Nambafood 👎👎👎
