Pleasant and friendly staff. Food excellent had the fried fish and the shrimps. Only negative is waiting for the food to be prepare but it worth the wait because the food was delicious

Servers need to be more assertive, engaging and hospitable. Customers should feel welcomed and appreciated and just want to return. The food is food but people will go elsewhere is the communication here does not improve. My conch was perfect! Just like I wanted.

The food was amazing!!!! Little quaint restaurant off the beach I had the conch in garlic sauce with mashed potatoes and a white cranberry juice! Something about the sweetener overseas just makes the drinks sooooo good. Just make sure you have mosquito repellent or ask for destroyer because those things are crazy at night

My visit to Cloggy's was an awesome experience. I was greeted by an effervescent Da-Jay who inquired of me what I wanted to eat. I requested a steam fish and received a delicious steam snapper with crackers. The staffs were courteous, polite and professional. There is a nice spacious bar overlooking the Caribbean sea with a beautiful bartender to serve you while having a few drinks of choice. Cloggy's is a must visit on your road trip in/through St. Elizabeth. Great location to hang out with a few friends as it is open and natural air setting. Big up #teamCloggy's for a excellent product and service.

Service experience was poor the female behave like I was sleeping with their partner but the food n the atmosphere was 🔥 🔥 🔥 chef was polite to the T.

The person who took the order was very friendly. Server, however was not wearing a hair net and hair was too long. Other customer representatives and servers were not polite.The food was not good at all, chicken was not seasoned and the only okay dish was the steamed fish.

Love the atmosphere, great location Food was OK maybe because I got chicken and they didn't have much choice. Staff was great customer service on point.

Had a stopover driving from Manchester to Negril. The food is delicious and good vibes just had a weird experience with the waitress. I would suggest you pay attention to what you’re doing and acknowledge your mistake and don’t try to pass it into the customer sorry but that is a definite NO. Otherwise thank you for the experience

Great beach shack. Amazing food. We had the most incredible garlic shrimp with the best mash potato we have ever eaten (with coconut and spices in it). You can drink and eat and watch crocodiles swimming in the sea in front of you. Staff super helpful, even advised us on route taxi routes around the island, super helpful for us backpackers

Extremely poorly prepared food, my family and I ordered lobster, we were very disappointed, the lobster was over cooked and rubbery, I am new to Jamaica,I travel extensively and never seen such a mess on a plate, the so called chef looked he was pulled off the street corner, he had no clue what he was doing. Now that I live in Jamaica I have many visitors from the USA and England, I would NEVER take anyone there. The beach location is nice to have drinks but forget the food.

Cloggy's On The Beach have improved over the years and has widened its menu although fish is its speciality. I went there to celebrate my birthday with family members. I had Jack Fish and Festivals for my meal. It was enjoyable and filling. The food took roughly an hour before it was ready. I would say that this is an improvement on waiting times, but then again this could be due to how large your party is. The only gripe was that my daughter's Chicken was partly cold. However this was rectified and sorted out. I found the staff to be friendly.

I have been here in the past and decided to come again for my Birthday. It took less than an hour to receive our meals - mine consisted of Jack Fish and 3 Festivals. I found the meal to be delicious. Prior to receiving our meals, we were able to stroll on the beach. Towards dusk, the Sand Flies and Mosquitoes can be active. However, Cloggys have taken steps to reduce this problem with the use of Mosquito Coils. The upper deck eating area has netting which I guess they can unfurl if the Mosquitoes becomes too much of a problem. Sunday nights are designated as "Karaoke Sundays", however this did not take place whilst we were there - we left at 8.00pm.

Food and service was on point. Highly recommend their brown Stew fish

The ordering area for the fish was a long wait over 20 minutes.severly understaffed and unorganized. Mosquitoes are all around and the lighting was horrendous. There were 2 different music clashing with each other. Wait time for the food was horrible. Seating needs to be upgraded

Going to Cloggys today lacjs the service that I am used to, you are in the area choosing fish to be prepared and staff pounced upon you, not even a good afternoon. The food was served without vegetables, the eating areas not appealing, worn tables and chairs and scattered thatched roofs. Not sure if I will ever go back since there is another place just down the road.
