I have to say that I was disappointed. The seating area inside the Mall wasn't busy so was able to sit down. The area hadn't been cleaned, serviettes and rubbish hadn't been swept up. My friend ordered food, that was only lukewarm and came with a tiny amount of fries. There was one particular member of staff, who was working flat out, trying to take orders and clean up, who made the experience a bit more pleasant. Other than that.. pretty poor really.

Had to go back and ask for napkins as they are behind the counter. Surely napkins should come part of the meal. Bins were piling quite high and attracting pigeons. This was 2pm today.

Place did not look clean. Btables and floor not clean. I watched the young girl clean and she was rubbushnat it. Vouldnt care less all the food all over the floor.

I've been kfc and the food is disgusting the burger was uncooked and it made me feel sick and the customer service is terrible

Staff are incredibly rude and disgusting. One of them was swiping their nose on their hands whilst making other food. It was very unorganised as they kept messing up orders. I could go on all day lol but 0/5

1 star at a push this time I ordered a zinger tower box meal with a side of gravy then was charged extra for the gravy. Finally got my "meal" -the hot wings had to asked for them. Charged to eat in and not one seat to sit on. Burger was already cold and when i finally sat down to eat realised my order had no fries either 3 stars for the staff member that looked like she was running the shop singlehandedly 4 other complaints in the 5-10 minutes I was there

Todd is always so friendly and helpful. And the food is so much more tastier than the other branch. Thanks for the brilliant service every time x

Second visit to Blackburn Mall KFC. Very friendly nice staff (who I have to say I've seen deal with some awful customers with very well). Its only a small restaurant and I think that's why the food is good and so fresh. Everything red hot. I asked if I could have a wipe to wipe the self service screens and the assistant came out and cleaned them throughly for me and was very polite. It's the most I've enjoyed a KFC in a long time.

Awful service. Ordered a single snack wrap, waiting nearly 20 minutes for it. Staff quite literally throwing food from the back of the kitchen into the serving trays towards the front. Will be raising a formal complaint.

While there may not be ample seating KFC The Mall Blackburn is another great addition to the long list of Halal lunchtime snacks available in Blackburn Town Centre. I highly reccommend popping in for a quick Wrap of the Day as its a light; yet succulent and filling meal. Swift service and lovely staff.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lady at the till. She was very polite and accommodated my request. The food was amazing.

Terrible customer service Ordered off just eat and never received my order I rang up to tell then we haven’t received it they then go on to tell us that the food is still at the shop and nobody came to collect it so we then spend 10 for some chilli bites and rang them to tell them to give the driver the bag off food we haven’t received they then ignored us and didn’t give the driver the food bare in mind it was same name same address and we rang up 2 mins before to say we didn’t receive are order then we received are Order of chilli bites but not the 20 pound order !!! Definitely will not be ordering from here again

A really bad decision, poor service and food, dripping in grease. Seating not available, to use as they hadn't been cleaned. Taste wise, a big disappointment to be fair. The chicken coating, was the cause of the problem. When owners use sunflower seed the oi it doesn't reach the temperature it should be inorder to reach that higher temperature, to crisp up the batter. As a result the chicken steams mostly and batter retains moisture, which is not a good result. It saves money but the product is inferior hence oli soaked chicken

Terrible service. Obviously a busy branch but really harassed staff . Coleslaw on last day of out of date and both had separated ..staff not bothered said all like that . Really rude about it . Tables filthy. Hate to see kitchen ;(

Not the best KFC I have been to. The food is lackluster from here and service has a lot to be desired. One issue I had was the cleanliness of the tables for eating in, they were an absolute mess. I can understand why customers would make a huge mess when orders are served all on one tray, people struggle eating in a dignified manner due to the awkwardness of four people sharing from one tray. Having to get up to get missing items is no good and when your app discounts don't work, no one really helps.

Although the food is good, but the restaurant is very dirty, food cramps are all over the place, no one to clean the tables, food is falling all over the floor.. As always everywhere in UK no staff are available wherever you go..... I hope at least there is someone to clean and clear the table, and I hope some people will clean their table after eating....

The order and service was quick! But everything in the boneless box seemed rush, food all over inside. Witness staff member during their shift eating a piece of chicken and they got my drink orders wrong, ordered a cherry max instead got a Pepsi diet. End of though food tasted good.

Hot wings were popcorn in disguise, Pepsi was like water, even though asked for NO ice, burger had been crushed, they changed it, but still, gravy was cold too, awful!!!

Worst experience ever Ordered a meal and wings for kids Noticed lots of chicken hairs all over one of the wing not sure about the other one as my toddler had already ate it Went to till to tell em she agreed threw them away and they just went in and bought me 2 more wings with out any apologies I refuse to had it and they said ok will refund u and then manager came with big face on and gave me £1 saying it's for the wing I was extremely frustrated buy the behaviour without apology and £1 in my hand extreamly disgusted ..better no one eat here chicken full of hairs

The ordering machine wouldn't scan the rewards app, it then didnt print a receipt in order to add the rewards afterwards. It also dodnt show an order number so that was a guess as well. Dont think any of the staff know how to smile or just be generally welcoming. Asked for a receipt at the counter and one of the people working sauntered off to the back to get a manager who also seemed lackadaisical. Went to find a seat and found that every single table was filthy and i wasn't the only one who thought this as i saw a number of customers asking for tables to be cleaned or just cleaning them their selves. Then sat down with the food to see that the order had parts of it missing. Again, a half arsed response from the girl behind the counter who just handed me a bag of fries and didn't say a word. The ice cream for the kids was also like water... love KFC but will never return to this particular one. What an absolute joke!

Well I have used different kfc all over the country and I have never seen a protest against the company before and I was shocked to see it a sole pigeon stood out side wanting to save his fellow cousins but as time went on he was later found having a feast of his own and with such horror of cannibalism I couldn't stay any longer food was amazing though
