Really wanted to try food from here. Went at 7.30pm ordered food and went back at 8. 45pm only to find the same people standing there waiting for the food and we got told there's another 3 peoples order before ours. Had to cancel order. Why does it take so long?

I tried BurgerShaq for the first time today, and was asked to leave a review by the guy who served me, so here goes... Burger: 10/10 - Seriously impressed with the quality of the Original Gourmet burger ... I've actually been putting off coming here as the prices looked pretty cheap, and i was thinking "How good can a low-cost burger be?" but its clear that the lower overheads of not having a shop are being realised in providing exceptional customer value here. Burger was tasty, juicy and the salad/cheese/sauce were spot on in both taste and portion. Chips: 8/10 - Very good chips, well cooked and crispy; but would liked to have seen Gourmet chips with the gourmet burger (perhaps skin-on fries?) Drinks: 10/10 - Great selection of the usual stuff. Pleased to see original Coca Cola being stocked here.... many places seem to stock only Pepsi which is just annoying! Service: 7/10 - Super helpful and friendly, food was cooked bang on time. Would be awesome if the menu was easier to find online, and if they were listed on Just Eat/Uber Eats. Also, i couldn't find a phone number and didn't see an option pay by card (although i didn't ask about this). It felt like the only option to order was to physically go down, view the menu, order in-person and pay in cash; which is a bit inconvenient when compared to the competition. All things considered it was an excellent meal and I'll definitely be back - I've paid £20+ for Burgers that are not as good as this! - but lads, please make it easier for us to order from you :-)

Incredible, Couldn't recommend more. amazing team with a great personality and the burger is the best I have ever tasted in the UK. My only recommendation is to order double whatever you want because you'll want more before you're finished with the first one. MUST TRY right here. I'll post some pictures when I next go.

This guy is a tosser. Attitude stinks. Tells you its gna be 15-20 minutes and takes 1 hour and 5 minutes. Absolute shambles. When you ask why its not ready after 40 minutes starts getting aggitated. No wonder its closed most of the time.

Here always taste amazing. Lots of options to choose from and a variety of flavours, but myself and other acquaintances have witnessed multiple times that the cooks use their bare hands to handle the food instead of gloves or kitchen utensils, which is a massive put off. Hygiene in the kitchen is very important. Parking is available within walking distance as the food truck is located in a car park. The cooks are very friendly, respectful. Overall, a nice place to grab some sick street food

Really nice burgers I got a double peri burger and my mate got a peri and beef stack Both burgers tasted great However I’m give it a 4* cuz they take ages to get the food ready

Service was good. We were surprised how good the quality of the food was from this trailer. Would give many of the burger places a run for its money!

Burgers were okay with the Brioche bun, which I like very much. They were going to upgrade their menu, and I'm looking forward to that. Ample car park space so you can sit and wait. Hope they have a fiery burger on the new menu.

Had high expectations of this place really let down. Food average, prices extortionate

The one thing that is consistent is that the workers really look after you. Not only were they helpful in aiding our choice but also gave us extras. The quality may have gone down from their initial opening or maybe it's just a temporary thing my last experience left me just a little disappointed. That could be me comparing to prior visits which shows the level they have and can reach.

Went back after a long time. The food was still amazing, but I felt the prices have gone up. I guess that's the case everywhere.

Absolutely amazing customer service…. I can honestly say hands down the best burgers in blackburn and the beat burger ive had in a long time…. Once you try this place you’ll defo be making it your go to burger place. Keep up the good work 😊

Ordered 2 gourmet Burgers at £7.50 a meal each and a normal cheeseburger at £2.50 there was no difference between the burgers bog standard frozen cheeseburger over priced quality of food standard.

Nice burgers but stingy on portion of chips. Definitely worth trying.

Five guy standard burger from this van. They make their own cheese sauce that they add to the burgers as well. Half and half you get a burger, and chips topped with steak and if you ask they will put the cheese sauce on top of that too
