Great location for the pleasure Beach etc as only a 10 minute walk. Comes with parking which is a bonus. Staff are friendly however 3 stars because of the room. There's a thick quilt on the bed with no sheet, so it's either boiling hot or nothing as too warm in mid May for thick quilt. No air con in room and the room is boiling! Was like that on arrival and we can't get it cooled down. Also sounds like there's a heard of elephants in the room above us so not getting much sleep as sounds like they are coming through the ceiling.

Great service here. For the first time, I stayed over 1 night so a little confusion with housekeeping. However, reception moved me within 2 minutes. Great teamwork!

The room was really nice and the staff were very helpful. The main downside was the heat in the room. Just far far too warm and couldn't sleep for the 3 nights I was there. We had a fan but all it did was circulate the warm air in the room. No temperature control at all and the window only opens a little which does not help. Also have to ask for towels, sachets of coffee/sugar and clean cups at desk instead of them automatically being replaced. I probably will stay here again but will be looking at different hotels with air conditioning and daily room service first.

3 Night stay in room 43. Double room type. Checking in to this premier inn, we was greeted by the amazing Tracy who made us feel comfortable and welcomed, everything you would expect and more from a premier inn, she is such a nice person and deserves a thank you from whoever is above her position as she really is an over achieving worker. She went above and beyond, booked us diner and breakfast as we arrived late. At first glance the room was clean and tidy. After a thorough check of the room I'm more than happy to say that the room was squeaky clean. To the housekeeper who had cleaned that room a big thank you for your hard work, you made our stay great. You can tell the rooms are brand new from the quality and the hard work that has been done. You would not expect the inside to be that nice compared to the outside of the hotel. The restaurant 'brewers fraye' connecting to the hotel was perfect. The food quality and staff deserves some praise for their hard work. Thanks for the amazing stay.

We arrived to a very hot room which 3 days later we had not managed to cool down still. All you are provided with is a fan which doesn't really do anything. We unfortunately also had what sounded like an elephant walking around in the room above late at night so didn't get much sleep due to this and the heat. Will be looking to stay elsewhere in the future so we can get a good night sleep

Room was clean and tidy but the heat in the room/hotel was horrific. Totally ruined our holiday and had my children crying the entire time we were there and no one slept for 2 days. We had a fan which made no difference and the window opens a few inches which again done nothing. None of us could breathe for the heat and were dripping in sweat constantly. Wouldn’t stay again.

Not much to fault really, clean and tidy rooms. Only issue, could do with a small fridge in rooms to keep drinks, milk cool in hot weather. Also probably just us/ my partner had worst sleep ever due to bed being too soft.

Booked accessible room as partner has bad knees. Room on ground floor. Lovely room but so hot no way of getting it cooler as window only opens a bit. Air con definitely needed in rooms as its unbearable. The bath was supposed to be accessible you had to sit on bit at the end swing legs over and slide down. I'm really unsure how you get out. The bed was low I expected it to be higher for people in wheelchairs.

Just what you expect from an premier inn. Rooms clean and tidy. Was a nice quiet hotel. Location not to bad a good 30+ minutes walk into Blackpool. Breakfast was OK a lot of items missing from the continental breakfast, I have had better cooked breakfasts at other sites.

Four of us stayed in 2 rooms here for the young farmers AGM weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola and another lady, who were both really friendly and gave us some suggestions of things to do. I later returned to reception as I needed a safety pin for my outfit, and Nicola and the other lady were both really helpful! The rooms were nice, and we went into the restaurant next door for 2 for 1 cocktails before heading out, would highly recommend.

A little far out, but does what it says on the tin. A cheap and cheerful stay in Blackpool. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and there is plenty of car parking space, should this be required. The hotel is basic, but, this is what you pay for and what you are probably expecting if you are looking at this budget.

I would highly recommend staying at The Premier Inn, Beach Hotel. We are all having a lovely time, the room is spotlessly clean, with king sized bed. We’ve been to the restaurant several times and had some lovely evening meals. The breakfast is fantastic value, I always feel like I’ve overeaten after as there’s so much too choose from, not that I’m complaining. We’ve not wanted to go home so decided to stay another night. I’m on holiday with my parents who are treating me…. My dad went to book for another night at reception but Ali who went out her way to help my dad, told him that if he books on line, and not flexi at reception that he could get a discount. Despite him trying several times, even with me helping him it wouldn’t go through, due too a technical issue, so he gave up and went back too Ali to pay full price at reception, reluctantly. She told us she was more than willing to do that, for my dad, but that Liam the manager starts at 2:30pm and she would leave him a note about the situation and that he would hopefully be able too help with the situation. Later that evening after we returned we Spoke to Liam who was very welcoming, bubbly, and helpful. He worked to resolve the issue for us meaning that my dad was able too pay the discounted rate for our room and gave us a little treat as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Liam, I hope you get that bottle of Rum 🍹 and thank you Ali I hope you get a bottle of something too, you both helped my dad a lot, without your help we might have missed out on a extra days holiday, which has been lovely. Thanks guys

Standard premier Inn Hotel, big roomy clean room, bed was OK a little soft for me. Staff friendly no issues, long walk to seafront if you have toddlers, hence cheaper than the more central hotels, breakfast at Brewers fare, £9,95 , buffet style, plenty of choice, plates cold though on first morning, had to wait for eggs on second day. Staff very helpful and friendly, would go back again

The bed was really comfy, as they pretty much always are at Premier Inns. The room we had was fine and nice and quiet. Whilst there were no major problems, the room we had looked like an older room in that it perhaps hadn't been updated for a while e.g. there was no fancy purple light behind the headboard!! Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly at both the Prem inn and the Brewers Fayre where breakfast was served. Free parking was a major plus and the reason we chose to stay here. Places closer in had parking issues. We would stay here again.

Handy location with short walk to south pier and pleasure beach. Nice and quiet at night. All you can eat breakfast is great to keep you fuelled up for a day of walking up and down the Golden Mile.

Great location only took us 10 minutes walking and we was on the sea front. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Plenty of car parking spaces they even let us park there in the morning before we could check in so we could park for free while enjoying the day in Blackpool you do have to go into reception at book your car in the system first though don't just park and leave.

Easy to find and short walk down to the seafront. Plenty of parking and we were able to park car before our check in time, so we could enjoy our day in Blackpool. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, good size TV and the shower was fab. Would definitely stay again but wouldn't bother adding the breakfast on as the Brewers Fayre was an absolute shambles, but that's another story!

We've stayed at this hotel several times now and will continue to do so. You know what you're getting with a Premier inn, quality clean rooms at a great price, and in our opinion, no comparison to a B&B of the same price. It sits a bit further back from the front, but suits us just fine, only a 10 min walk to the front and you're at the pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, South Pier and a large Wetherspoons. Always plenty of free parking and it also sits right next door to a Brewers Fayre which our family enjoy for breakfasts, evening meals, soft play area for the kids and then at the end of the evening you're right next door to your room. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming with us, both in the hotel and the Brewers Fayre, we came our latest time last week during my birthday and they even put some balloons, card and gifts in the room for our arrival. We'll definitely go back again many times and have already booked our next trip there in May for my Wife's birthday. Many thanks and see you again soon! :-)

Guy on night reception, helped us with our luggage to our room. Room was clean and tidy as expected. Had a comfortable stay, Brewers Fayre was very reasonable, good choices for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Always have a good experience with this hotel, never been disturbed or had a problem and the location is great 👍 Just updating my review, still going to give 5 stars as it's a one off time but I am really not the happiest with my experience this time round, feel like the room is no where near the standard it has been every other time I've visited, no cleaning or replacement of dirty towels has been done, even though I left the sign on the door for the room service. Also my room was not really that clean when I arrived, they usually keep a very good standard of cleaning here and it seems to have gone downhill quite bad, I hope it's just a one off but I'm really not very impressed this time round, I think I'll give it one more chance but if it's not up to standard next time I will not be coming again.

I cannot fault the hotel or room but I feel my booking should have come with a warning. The nightclub across the road made it impossible to sleep. We were not the only people to complain. I do strongly feel we should have been informed of this when we booked

  • 5/5 Julian S. 10 months ago on Google
It's name includes "beachside", but it isn't - the beach cannot be seen from the hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the seafront , and quite a long walk to the Central Pier and Tower.bThe rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet during our stay. I recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a limited budget.

Worst sleep ever was woken up at 2am due to loud noise from the car park looked out and it was 2-3 cars doing donuts and revving the engines. It was ridiculously loud and went on for over an hour and I was worried about the safety of my own car, so couldn’t get back to sleep after that. I expected that police would be called and the people removed, I didn’t report it as it was so loud I assumed others would have and it would be over soon. The cars left on their own accord. When I complained about this the next day staff basically said they don’t care about external noise. And if you don’t get a good nights sleep due to external noise it’s not their problem. Kept my 7 year old daughter awake also and we were miserable the next morning. Would never return to any premier inn, first and last time staying with this franchise. Should have stayed in the boulevard hotel like we have previously done it’s 1000 times better all around.

The quietest place we have ever stayed. Best nights sleep I've had in ages. No doors banging all night. Comfortable bed and the place was spotless. Brewers fayre next door and only 10 mins walk from town and the venue. Right off the motorway. They do a meal deal from the hotel as well.. will definitely stay there again.

  • 3/5 Steven A. 6 months ago on Google
Family room was spotlessly clean albeit a little small but more than acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door was decent with a good selection. Service at the hotel was good enough. The lower rating for service was due to the attitude of the evening staff in the Brewers Fayre as I felt they were snippy and uninterested in serving us when we arrived at 9.45pm after our evening out.

Absolutely loved are stay the room was very clean! Beds very comfortable the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the location is perfect only 10min walk to the beach Only down fall shower head not working properly and as we had family room I don't think the child's bed should be next to window. Apart from that would definitely stay again

This is great value for visiting Blackpool , includes breakfast which a lot of hotels don't . Good full English breakfast , fruit croissants, muffins , toast. All self service , & hot and cold drinks . Very nice friendly staff. Based at pleasure beach end , and not too far to walk to the front. A bonus is pub with food on site Hotel is a little tired looking inside but very clean , pure white clean sheets , really comfy beds , tea & coffee in rooms . Also very nice & quiet for a good night's sleep , and a bonus free parking . Note !! A lot of hotels do not do parking . Would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here several times, & all have been fine; not this time. When checking out, I was presented with a bill for a "booking fee" - never had this before. I was told it might be because I used my AMEX card - I usually do use AMEX on Premier Inn bookings, & I've never had a "booking fee". It won't happen again, because we won't stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights, no issues using the check in machine. The hotel was quiet and we had a good night's sleep both nights. Plenty of parking if you have a car, this hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the seafront.

  • 1/5 James M. 6 months ago on Google
Don't stay if you think you're guaranteed a good night's sleep... your not! The reason I booked with Premier Inn is because I wanted peace and quiet, something that isn't always going to happen at the guest houses on the seafront. Just as noisy and they aren't bothered when you raise at the front desk or head office. Had to chase up as heard nothing by the time they stated. Very disappointed with the experience

Very late arrival having travelled a long way, arrived early hours of the morning. Fabulously helpful gentleman on reception, he obviously loves his job. The room was immaculate, the bed true to Premier Inns word, was so comfortable. The location of this Premier Inn couldn't be better as so close to the front, (you even have a view in the short distance of Blackpool Tower from the car park!). The way the place is designed is lovely, a few steps to get breakfast at Brewers Fare attached to eat, again brilliant, best of which they also have a small beer garden there, very peaceful way to sit in the sun for an early morning coffee weather permitting of course. It has to be in my opinion one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. I really can't recommend it enough.

Great location, free parking is ideal, restaurant on site is pretty decent and it's a 10 min walk to the beach front. Only downside is the warm rooms, not quite sure why but they were very hot even when it wasn't a particularly warm day. Seems to be a lack of air flow, fix that and it'll be 5*.

  • 3/5 andrew c. 2 years ago on Google
Premier Inn is a you would expect. Comfortable rooms, good showers, great beds. Good location for walking into the town, pleasure Beach etc. The reception staff where really helpful on both days and night shift. We had a family room on our booking so would have expected more than 2 bath towels for our family! We had to go down to reception to ask for more due to there being no telephone in the room but one was brought to us very quickly. Biggest downside was that we couldn't eat in the attached pub for our evening meal as it was fully booked. We only found out it was booking in advance by the note on our room card but this was too late as we couldn't check in until after 1600hrs due to covid cleaning. This could have been relayed to us in advance so we could have booked.

Just had a 3night stay got a great welcome from the reception staff room was clean. Hotel is ideally located just a Short walk from the sea front. Located next door is a brewer's fayre had two great breakfasts and a evening meal all in all couldn't fault anything had a great stay.

Pleasant enough staff at Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre. Did not clean the room while we stayed for 2 nights. It seems that anywhere in Blackpool is under the impression that covid does not exist !!! Nobody wears face masks and cleaning tables is non existent. My other half has now got covid after we visited Blackpool . Hotel, staff and food not the problem - cleanliness is big time !!!!

The staff here definitely went the extra mile for us when we arrived soaked to the skin, with our 2 assistance dogs, after a gruelling train journey during which everything possible went wrong, to announce that my disability scooter had broken down. They helped us to our accessible room, provided us with old towels to dry our dogs and continued to be pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Annie and Georgia were especially helpful, patient and smiley, even helping us into our taxi, including luggage, wheelchair and one assistance dog who was determined not to board! We will definitely want to return after such a warm and friendly service.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant and friendly staff. Disabled friendly. Carpark with disabled parking spaces. Brewers fayre pub serving great food and drinks on the same site.

Rooms were spotless, so comfortable and slept like a baby. Right across the road from the pleasure beach and we spent 3 days here and ended up with alot of luggage we had to leave by 12 mid-day and we lost our contacts to hold it all while we spent the rest of the day at the zoo. And left with 7 bags and a couple of massive teddies with nowhere to put them we asked the front deskand a woman said because we booked out we wasnt allowed to keep it there and all thanks to Tracy we was able to keep it behind the front desk! Thank you so so much tracy and I recon she deserves a raise for how polite and kind she was towards us!

Stayed at the this premier inn in Blackpool last night ready for the football match today, when we arrived around 7pm the staff on the reception could not of been more friendly or helpful, we stayed in room 47, usual premier inn rooms , spotlessly clean, had a couple of drinks at the brewers fayre right at the side of the hotel, again the staff were lovely the breakfast is served in the brewers fayre, plenty of choice fresh juices etc, the staff checked that everything was OK on a couple of occasions, to sum up the staff at this premier in. n are a credit to the company

Not often I feel the need to review a Premier Inn but these couple of days I was pleasantly surprised. 5 stars.. as in very good for a three star hotel as google reports it. Staff were efficient, nice and informative. Hotel and Restaurant. Single night here and another in Liverpool West Derby which was similar. Edit: Vegetarian/vegan options get better and better. Not great, but getting there.

When we arrived the ladies on reception were grumpy and unhelpful. They didn't bother telling us that you had to request to have your room cleaned so we had to go down and get clean towels the next day. The room was dated and had mould growing in bathroom. It was 26 degrees in the room and although they provided a fan, it was useless. We added on breakfast and booked in for 8am next morning. When we got to breakfast, they said no booking was made for us and same happened the day after. Good location for Pleasure Beach and free parking was good but hotel itself not great

Rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially liked the fact that our evening meal was part of our room package, which meant that we didn't have to drag two young and tired children around after a day at the pleasure Beach. Just pop over the road to the brewers fayre and enjoy a good meal.

Decent hotel, provides what you expect from a premier Inn and breakfast was good. Might be a bit too far our out little legs. My 6 year old struggled with the walk from the promenade after a day's walking and fun, but that's not the hotels fault! It's just advice for people with kids. Would stay here again as its much nicer than the likes you find on or near the promenade.

Good parking, friendly staff. Nice sized rooms. No problem asking for more coffee/sugar, the staff were available 24/7. Close to beef eater so it's easy to go get some food after travel. Would stay again.

We travelled down to Blackpool as a birthday surprise for my little girl. On the trip we experienced exceedingly hot weather, which unfortunately led to sleepless nights for me, which was just bad luck as the room itself was otherwise very comfortable. The star of the stay was receptionist Georgia. Not only was she super friendly and welcoming, she was very happy to listen to my daughter talking of her excitement about her birthday the following day. A short while after we checked in there was a knock at the door. It was Georgia with a lovely birthday card and bag of sweets for my little girl. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. Each time we saw her she was really personable and chatty - it was such a welcome contrast to the previous hotel we had stayed in which had been an entirely impersonal experience. What a great asset Georgia is to your establishment. Thank you - we shall definitely be back.

Stayed before so know it well. Plenty of parking and short walk to the pleasure beach and sea front. The tower is about ten minutes away. Rooms are as standard, clean and well equipped. Standard buffet breakfast. Staff are pleasant. Spot on.

As usual you can't go wrong with a Premier Inn. The staff are really professional and highly trained. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have everything that you could want. A comphy bed a great shower and is always very clean. Location great for the Winter Gardens ( our venue for the evening) However major disappointment with the breakfast cold plates but much worse COLD FOOD. It wouldn't stop us staying again but would not order breakfast 😕.
