If I could give them a zero star I would. This is the second time I was refused service. The first time was when I had three orders and was told I had to pick and chose which one to pick up because their made up policy of "two orders per car at a time" which I know is made up because I called corporate and they said that its not a policy, so their first strike is refusing a paying customer who has almost 20 thousand point racked up on the app since the launch of rewards. The second strike is when I was refused my customers orders because a few cars LIED and said I made the scene due to some golden girls from wish in a Kia wanted to play bumper cars because they wanted their food so quickly. I was simply trying to get out of the main road which the manager states that part of taco bell property, excuse me how is a road maintained by the state a corporate property? I will be making a second call to corporate Monday morning and making sure that everything is documented. I truly hope everyone who is nice and friendly that works there gets a better job because obviously this location only cares about lies and their out of work friends. They could care less if a car trying to get into the parking lot got hit because they only want people who don't call the cops after almost being hit because of a wish version of golden girls wants to lie and play victim.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The food was dripping out of the bottom of the bag into my lap. They remade the food but still wasn’t much better. Along with not getting what I paid for multiple other times, rude workers at the window, I will never ever come to the Blacksburg Taco Bell Again.

Ordered a 5 layer asked for beans instead of kangaroo wanted to charge $1 for kangaroo but refuse to give me .60 cent of beans to replace the kangaroo.Their reply was that there was already beans on it. So what is your point that your ripping me off refusing to substitute when it is under the modified button on the register. So needless to say it is modified on a regular basis in order to have it handy. You just don't get what you ask for or what you pay for. THE WEIGHT SHOULD STILL BE THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT KANGAROO!

Not exactly a fan of Taco Bell but I love their nacho fries, and for that I give’em 4 stars. Drive-thru service should be a bit quicker though. The Cinnabon pack tastes fantastic, and the mountain dew baja blast is easily one of my favorite carbonated sugary drinks.

Very upset with how the workers handled the situation. The drive thru line was very long and there were still people in the lobby. I had a doordash to pick up and was kicked out of the lobby and told to go through the already incredibly long line outside and wasted my time instead of allowing me to wait inside while there were still other people they allowed to stay in the lobby. Ridiculous.

Blacksburg Taco Bell is on point. They make things consistently better than the Christiansburg location, and when I modify things via the app, I always get what I ordered. The only time my order has been incorrect is when they were understaffed, which is fair; working fast food is rough. You guys rock.

This tacobell in blacksburg va is always on point. Im a huge fan of good service and will always be a returning customer to places with good maners and poliote people. There drive through is always fast and have yet to get an order of mine wrong. Which is amazing is this day and age we all live in. If you're a tacobell fan, I would highly recommend this one.

I went in and grabbed a $5 box. The dude who took my order was awesome. Very friendly and made legitimate conversation. The place was clean and felt brand new. The food was great and came out quick.

I love Taco Bell but not this Taco Bell. It seems every time I order, something goes wrong. I order a taco supreme and get a potato taco. I indicate a few diablo sauces on the mobile app and it's a 50-50 whether or not I get it. One time, I got somebody else's order. I went today and specifically asked for some diablo sauces at the counter and when I got home, there was none. I must have gotten a dozen free taco vouchers at this point.

absolutely terrible. worst taco bell ever. lobby closes at 10pm but you can mobile order and then not get your order. staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. if i could rate it 0 stars i would.

Rude, slow service, both as a customer and as a delivery partner this location is by far the WORST! Just a suggestion to management maybe you should open the inside or pick up or mobile orders, I have had multiple times where I have had more than one delivery order and they have made me pull back through the line this affects the quality, service and time for both customers.

To date, best Taco Bell location I have eaten at. The food is the same as any other taco bell, but what makes it special is that the staff are always nice, and the drive-through/pick-up orders are almost always made accurately! Husband craves tacos often, so plenty of experiences to back up this review!

I was trying to complete a delivery order and this is The worst staff and “management” I’ve encountered. Spoke to the “manager” on duty last night and she kept interrupting me, wouldn’t listen and I told her I would address this with corporate because of her attitude and she told me to go ahead and call them she didn’t care. I guess you wouldn’t care when they don’t do anything to fix the problem. I would not recommend eating here, If you see how they make the food with bare hands and not wear gloves. Disgusting.

Food was great. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food inside, while watching the drive thru hustling and getting their food out in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly.

I don't go to Taco Bell for atmosphere so don't read too much into that. They made my order wrong but not by so much that I couldn't eat it. Still, lesson learned.

Order # 989886 Ordered 4 value boxes. NO boxes food thrown in bag all mixed up. NO sides. Sloppily prepared small amounts of meat and cheese overloaded sour cream and nasty tasting. Now we still have to find something to eat for dinner.

I mean reviewing a franchise restaurant location is sort of useless, right? We all know that the quality of food is going to be about the same from one taco bell to another. However, there are 2 things worth noting about this particular store. The customer service is always top notch! I mean seriously, the employees are super kind. That being said, the lobby is closed way too much.

Forgot my two chalupas, even though that was the first thing I ordered! When I pulled up to the window, the guy gave me attitude. Don't waste your time here

It's taco bell. Best large fast food chain. As long as you don't have a weak digestive system, it's the best fast food there is.

When staff is in a rush they often skimp on proper proportions in their foods. Seem to just throw things together to get out faster. Had special burrito that was smaller than the old value menu burrito's

I don't like their new decor. It used to be colorful and fun, now there are white walls and black chairs. Can we stop letting corporate old people design things, please?

Stop being lazy and let delivery drivers use the drive thru. Lots of groups on social media for delivery drivers that are able to blacklist restaurants for rude employees and simply not wanting to go there and a good majority of us are avoiding the establishments that do this. If an establishment does not have a drive thru I have no problems going inside. But if there’s a drive thru option, you need to let delivery drivers use it. Lot of us have these solo jobs because it involves little to no contact with other people and simply put, if we’re already in the line at the drive thru, or it’s raining etc you should just pass it through the window. Save the bit about the lobby being faster because anyone whose worked fast food knows that the drive thru is prioritized. Drive thru is always faster.

i don’t know the lady’s name that was at the window today at 12:30 but she was great. i think that’s the best customer service i’ve ever experienced. food was correct and amazing as always.

The best food I had from Taco Bell is the absolute longest time!! Everything was perfect and on point!! I can still taste the Mexican pizza I ate and it was so good I will never be able to eat it another one because if they don’t all taste just like that one I will be so disappointed!!
