Absolutely disgusting treatment of existing customers when gym taken over by Club Lime. When this happened, the manager personally assured me that she would (in writing) honour the conditions of my VIBE contract. Since this time, they have changed things left and right, closing the gym prematurely, charging for child care, etc. The manager has since told me that they can do whatever they like as long as they give me 14 days notice. Edited to add I have since cancelled my membership and club lime refunded a good portion of my annual fee. Though this took more effort than was necessary.

Horrible company.... New club looks pretty but because the way Club Lime has treated the members is horrible. Charging us for 3 weeks without a club to operate is borderline illegal. (Fair trading will advise) I feel for the staff because this isn't on them but on a corporate money hungry company that doesn't care about the members. Since Vibe has gone, they have charged us billing fees on our rates, fees to look after our kids and now fees without a gym to train at in the area. Would rather a slightly run down club with great ownership who cares about us then a shiny new club who just cares about cutting costs and charging the little guys more and more. Cost of living going up and service from businesses like this going way downnnnnn

I completely agree with what the other customer said here " Absolutely disgusting treatment of existing customers" this time they unilaterally terminated our membership as they no longer with fitness passport?! was no clear advance notice just emailed us a day before saying membership is going to be cancelled. Talk to them and they refuse to refund! feels like they can do whatever they want with the customers!

am very devastated to know that club lime has stopped accepting fitness passport members from today. its more devastating that fitness passport members were just dumped from vibe fitness club blacktown westpoint to club lime blacktown westpoint under new business plan this year. vibe fitness members esp zumba class with instructor Elena Mac is a very popular zumba class and either its day or evening session all the floor space was taken by participants. Elena Mac the most favourite Zumba instructor is a health fitness coach from vibe fitness centre blacktown who not only have the expertise to take care of your physical health but mental health as well. With her Music and movement your energy levels heightens and mood is uplifted .she has a charismatic personality where participants from age over 18 to late 70s enjoy attending zumba class with Elena. Not only that fitness passport affordability and allowance to choose from various gyms and classess helped lot of families with managing their health and fitness, diseases , sicknessess, obesity problems - weight gain problems now that club lime has refused entry of fitness passport members , club lime has indirectly caused lot of increasing health problems to aging fitness passport members. club lime has forced the fitness passport members a choice of choosing between paying additional gym fee to come to most popular public demand classess of zumba by Elena at blacktown westpoint or save that extra $80 per month for the upcoming interest rate hikes in November 2023 and onwards. i wish club lime becomes more considerable to fitness passport members and allows them to club lime soon. cause if it wasnt for the big chunk of fitness passport members of previous vibe fitness club club lime would not have sustained this business as it is today.

Had the most terrible experience here. I will not recommend this place. I was given a one week notice to quit the gym (or pay for a separate membership) because they decided to withdraw from their Fitness Passport program. One week notice is extremely unprofessional after paying a joining fee for a full year and taking on a $1000 gym instructor.

YOU CAN NOT run business like this! Not in Australia! This is what the customers says: Counter staff is rude and very unhelpful! Once you become the member you will be treated badly there! change classes/cancel classes anytime they want! cancel Fitness Passport and dump the members! they have no respect to customers. staff members are very rude and very unhelpful. overpriced and in general not worth the money being paid. Manager is incompetent and lacks the skills required to be a manager therefore impacts on staff member’s behaviour and their rude attitude. When an error has occurred with payments, they will take your money and not refund no matter the circumstances. overall very poorly mannered gym.

I have signed up recently but cancelled my membership in first visit. Customer service is zero. Girls at the reception is rude, careless with zero customer service. When singed up ,very different to when I cancelled my membership. It's waste of money. Please choose right people who welcomes people with great attitude.

Look I really liked this gym very much and it was my go to Gym! The staff were great the equipments were modern and clean..but felt devastated when they terminated Fitness Passport memberships. I was offered a plan but they need to understand it doesn’t work for people who are in Hybrid work arrangements. A suggestion - if your revenue model is based on pumping out Teenage memberships, it’s not a viable one. I just hope they reinstate Fitness passport memberships based on the popular feedback.

Joined as a member of Fitness Passport, had to pay the Club Lime "Activation fee", 2 months later Club Lime drop out of the fitness passport program and refused to refund us after many emails. $69 paid for me and $69 for my wife. EDIT: I have emailed info as requested, and will give you an update on the response. EDIT 2: I have been refunded after emailing below. Note overall we enjoyed the gyms facilities and cleanliness. As somebody who works at a charity the fitness passport is great value and we wish Club Lime was on there, but we have moved on now.

This review is based off the newly opened Club Lime Blacktown Opened June 2023 not the previous Vibe Health Club please be advised. Previous HIIT classes at the old gym were amazing but need to check out how the club lime classes compare. No longer any Spin/RM classes which is disappointing if you like that type of thing but the rest of the Les Mills and other classes remain with the exercise room much nicer more modern than the old gym. However there are class number limits as per the club lime app. Equipment is all brand new and good but looks like cardio is sort of lacking or its in the middle for all to see... I much preferred a cardio room style gym where the whole world can't stare at you lol. More than enough weights to throw around and no waiting for sets i.e 5 squat racks I could see however as with most club limes it will become overrun with the high schoolers in peak times which is what I did see already was yesterday when I went. This also because they are a chain gym and they will now draw other existing club lime members who live in the area. These are all just first day jitters though and ill reserve my judgement until at least a few months have passed and we see the full gravity of the new ownership take hold. Can already see lots of new members as they went on a massive membership drive in the weeks leading up to the move.

Sadly, the end of an era training at Vibe Gym Blacktown ! So many friends and awesome memories ! But heaps to look forward to ! The new Club Lime Gym looks so amazing ! So far the transition has been smooth sailing ! Other than losing a week at Vibe due to storm damage, everything has been good ! The emails and texts have been informative and the new app and member's portal easy to use ! Got to train at Rouse Hill and Castle Hill Club Lime Gyms during the 3 week transition at Blacktown from Vibe to Club Lime ! Looking forward to a brand new experience with all the brand new modern cons ! Bring it on !

Awesome classes and members and very welcoming to everyone. Recently changed ownership and management and so far they have been amazing. Yes some small changes here and there but nothing any other management wouldn't have done to improve services. Can't wait for the new location to open up which will be so much bigger and better and yes with the same amazing group fitness classes, functional fit classes and more.

The staff are so friendly and are always so helpful whenever we need assistance. They never fail to put a smile on my face when I enter the gym! It is definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to with new equipment and a range of machines to use! The environment is so uplifting and everyone is so encouraging. Definitely recommend!

i went through to club lime as it’s my first time coming down to a gym and felt immediately comfortable I went up to the receptionist Alicia and she took me around the gym and even offered to show me some machines as i domt know how to use any she was so professional and new what she was speaking about aswell made me feel super comfortable. Also had a chat with the manager Hayley and explained to me everything about the membership she was super professionally and can 100% see this gym doing well. usually i dont do reviews but there service was outstanding 10/10

nice staff, nice equipment. however proportionate its size it does get way busier than other club lime gyms pretty much at all times, even weekday mornings. it’s just extremely busy. can be a con for sure. i also don’t like the placement of the cardio machines! also, the vibe is some of the worst in club lime gymsbut it’s not the gyms fault.

As someone who also frequents the Rouse Hill location, this is already miles better (I am aware this *is* literally new). There is a vast array of equipment, and plenty of weights around for use. The facility is mostly clean and well kept, but of course the fact that it is a new location is something to keep in mind, since this may not always stay true as time goes on. I had also visited at a time where it may not have been peak hours, so the busyness may probably fluctuate depending when people go, especially during the later hours of the day. So, that's something else to keep in mind. Nevertheless, it is a considerable upgrade and a larger facility in general, and much more convenient (for me anyways). Would recommend.

When I joined here, the lovely receptionist Alysha made sure that I understood the contract and gave me a tour of the gym and the facilities here, I was surprised how many classes they had running. Everyone I have spoke to so far has been lovely and assisted me whenever I needed it. I’m looking forward to the upgrade to Club Lime. For me as a newer gym goer the friendly faces made it not nerve racking, so I would 100% recommend going here.
