I was really embarrassed today when my whole tin of woodies paint spilt all over the floor of Starbucks. The team were on point and cleaned up straight away and made me feel comfortable about it. Especially David who came over to check on me while I had my coffee. Thank you so much for not making me feel any worse than I did. You did a great job of cleaning it up and sorry again.

Went in and ordered a filter coffee only to be lied to and told that they can’t do filter coffee because the machine is broken. I know this is not true as it’s a problem we’ve run into many times with Starbucks in Ireland, we were told they just say it’s broken because they don’t want to, or in some cases, know how to, make filter coffee. Hugely disappointed, I’d give no stars if I could, on too of that many tables were dirty, the store was dirty, and it wasn’t busy or full.

The place was filthy. Despite multiple staff standing around doing feck all on a Monday afternoon. Floors were sticky, tables dirty and the toilet was filthy.

Says on website they close at 7:30 I walked in at 10 to 7, service was grand when ordering drinks but then asked where the bathroom is and this rude women who looked as if she was in charge snapped and said bathrooms are closed before I got to even finish my sentence. Then proceeded to stand behind me and my partner and waited on us to put sugar in our coffees with a very un plesent face expression and then slammed the door behind us nearly hitting my partner with the door very disappointing behaviour for somone who seems to be in charge in there.

Quite disappointing. Arrived with 4 year old for a break. Asked for a flat white and small hot chocolate. Got a coffee that was definitely a cappuccino and a mug of chocolate. I asked again for a small cup and was given a paper cup which was the right volume for a child. I was told I should have asked for a kids hot chocolate next time. Firstly it was not on the board and secondly if it a not it should have been said at the point of purchase.

I will never come back again. Tables are not being cleaned. While ordering coffee they run out of mugs and offered the coffee in paper cup. Eventually they pured the coffee from paper cup to big mug

All the time worst experience in this branch. Before interior was renovated, the pickup bar was super messy staff was don't care too much customers.. no willing to clean tables or anywhere… disgusting… I visited this branch again, now the shop looks better than before .. but I was waiting on the queue myself, nobody was ready to take order, one young fella came to me “are you okay?” Instead of what can I get for you …… so rude.. and i was waiting pick up station for my drink and cake. Cake was came out early.. but waiting my drink ages… even there were 3staffs on the working station.. disaster there were no team works. They really did not care what they were doing. stressful place. I am wondering why Starbucks ireland don't train staff follow their customer service manual guidelines.

We were there Sunday morning and it was a first time gift our daughter and we wanted to make it special. Having coffee and hot chocolate in the cafe, I have to ask for the cup and spoons. It was no napkins at the station and I have to ask again and again. No one staff were smiling and we felt that we owe them a lot. Everything is overpriced and poor service. Management has to look into this place and improve the service.

Recently refurbished restaurant, a slightly hidden island escape, from the ever increasing number of busy shoppers. Which is accessible to eat and drink before making that bad purchase decision on an empty stomach.

Opening times vary. Staff confirmed closing at 6.30 although due open until 7 (bank holiday weekend on a Sunday so understand times can vary) however sat down at 6.05 and at 6.10 we were told its closing and need to leave.

The coffee is always good. The staff are really nice. Also the glass window view which is cool. You can do a little people watch it.😊👍
