Amazing staff and ambience ! The waiter who served us was so friendly and attending. He even gave us a few treats for the cats when he saw that the cats weren’t really coming towards us. Their lemonade and bites were also amazing. Their prices are fair and it’s definitely worth the experience! Highly recommend but definitely make a booking because the tables go really fast and who wouldn’t want to visit these cuties ? :)

Amazing experience! I went in with medium expectations since at a different cat café I was before the cats mostly avoided the people and were asleep most of the time. That was definitely not the case here! The cats were playing, jumping on tables and laying on the couch with people and playing with their phone. Food was really nice and it was really fun to get a cupcake with one of the cats on it! 10/10 would go again.

The best place in Leiden. Beautiful people. Delicious coffee. They receive all payment methods. Open: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There are free wifi.

Very cute cat cafe! Great food & drinks, the cat cupcakes are super cute. The service and the cats were both very nice aswell, you could easily play with the cats!

We had a great time at Sophie's KattenCafe. We ordered the chai latte, orange juice, lemon pancake and the nutella pancake. They were all delicious! The cats were adorable!! The employees were kind and attentive, they even gave us treats for the cats.

Amazing place. Cats running free. They own the place 😂 Cafe always full, you have to ring the bell to enter( understandable, cats safety). I have to book to come in 1h. Which worth waiting. Cafe is very tasty, lovely home maid cakes, and cats are so friendly and well behaved. There are books as well. So, grab your coffee, sit with the book, cuddle the cat! Paradise! 😂

We had a nice breakfast of pancakes, croissants, coffee…Me and my son were very happy to spend time there. The cats are wonderful and calm, some of them are sleeping, some of them are walking around…jump into your arms or in the table :) Absolutely recommended place for cat lovers! Such a cute place with cute cats and the friendliest service ever! 100/10, would definitely come back. I came here for my birthday and I had a lovely time, it really made my day!

First off, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a vegan speculoos cheesecake, it was delicious - I was expecting not to eat because they did not have anything explicitly vegan on their official menu. It was quite loud and chaotic when we arrived, as there were a lot of children, but it got better after about a half an hour. It does seem like they fit in a lot of people at once, which hurts the atmosphere. As you have to expect, the cats were not in the least interested in the visitors, but they seemed comfortable and content. Took a while to get the bill.

Great food, Tortilla chips are delicious to share. And the club sandwich was heaven. I would go back if I was on Leiden for something else, but not specially to visit the cats. They are pleasant, but not overly friendly.

Really liked it. You get treats for the cat every so often from the staff which really gets the cats going. They can eat it out of your hand. Lots of cats to see and some like to be petted. Nice food and drinks also.

Having passed by it many times, I always saw cats resting by the window, very cute. Finally we booked a time slot on Friday. Nice atmosphere, cats are running freely, although a bit tired of guests I guess. My friend and I had flat white and ginger beer, both fine. The cheese cake is a bit plain but worth the price.

This cat café is so cute and cozy! If you love cats,it is definitely worth a visit for the vibes - had the iced latte which was nice :)

We had reservation for high tea and it was perfect! Everything was delicious (and vegan 🫶🏻), service was very nice and obviously cats - so lovely. We will definitely come back :)

Cats everywhere, even on the walls! Many cat toys to use to play with them. The food is delicious and at some point the staff distributes dry cat food to the guests so that they can feed the cats personally. They also sell many cat-themed goods.

Lovely cafe. If you are a cat person you will enjoy it. We tried apple pie, red velvet and coffee but we didn’t love them. Nothing was special about the taste. I wouldn’t go there again for the taste but for experience I might. The cafe has a nice decor and all the staff was really friendly.
