We
had
the
vegetarian
3
course
set
menu,
which
was
not
a
good
choice.
First:
The
pappadams
were
good,
big
ones
folded
in
half.
The
raita
was
OK,
the
Chutney/pickle
was
OK,
but
there
was
a
third
strange
yellow
dip
that
tasted
like
mustard
and
was
very
spicy,
probably
had
yellow
Mme
Jeanette
chilis.
The
dhal
soup
was
good.
Next:
The
cauliflower
pakoras
were
good,
but
no
sauce.
The
samosa
was
OK,
but
no
sauce
and
the
pastry
was
very
thick.
I
prefer
my
homemade
ones.
There
were
4
rectangle
blocks
of
Paneer
cheese
in
a
fried
crust.
Very
filling
and
too
much
paneer.
The
veg
curry
was
OK,
but
no
vegetables,
just
gravy
and
more
blocks
of
Paneer
cheese.
The
other
curry
was
almost
identical,
with
more
blocks
of
that
cheese
in
a
lighter
sauce.
The
naans
were
OK.
The
pistachio
kulfi
was
very
nice,
but
we
were
so
full
after
all
that
cheese,
naan
bread
and
creamy
sauces.
The
mango
lassis
were
the
highlight
for
€3
each.
If
we
return
we'll
get
chicken
curry
or
something
else
for
sure.
