Currently staying in this hotel, sadly the experience has already not been good. We asked for a small note in the room before arrival as it was the first holiday with a baby, yet despite this being confirmed beforehand it wasn’t done. As well as this, we asked several time that a baby bed be in the room, yet it was not there on arrival, and an hour and a half after asking for it, still nothing. It is not past our baby’s bed time, and nothing was offered past a low effort apology. It is a shame as we were hoping it would perhaps be a staple trip for us going forward, as the nearby water park would be great for our child, but I would recommend any other hotel at this point.

WARNING WARNING! Booked this hotel via hotels.com. I chose to "pay at the hotel" but the hotel (not hotels.com) charged me directly. At last I canceled the stay for free 2022-04-08 and I still haven't got my refund despite the hotel promised me twice. Stay away!

It's unpossible to reach someone by phone, I'm calling for about 40 minutes and nothing. At website all the time price is different, dates are different. I cannot book nothing at any term, when after few times of trying I finally got date what I wants there's problem with use of cadeaubon, still no ones reach phone.

Great Hotel for a short stay in Zandvoort. It's great located with a fabulous seaview. Okay it's a little bit old fashioned, and the mattress could be a little bit harder. However, our room was clean and spacious.

I have been there once and didn’t like it. This time I booked but found a better place. Even though it was free cancellation they have after 2 month not refunded my money. I’m waiting for more than a thousand Euros! This is unacceptable! I’m advising everyone to choose another hotel. Update: the hotel is still Not answering. “Free cancellation “ seems to be untrue.

The only hotel who doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Personal unfriendly, who claim to be the boss of the hotel when you do a claim with them. An young girl said I’m the cheff, ridiculous employee. Old rooms with broken windows where when is raining the water is entering all and we he had to clean the ground with towels. Playing ground area closing at 18 which is supposed to be a Center park for kids entertainment and they didn’t let us enter for any reason although many parents had the same problems. Poor breakfast with vegetables conserved from previous days. No breakfast friendly for kids. Total disappointment for this hotel, spending 2000 euro for nothing. Not worth it . To all other customers who wants to spend nice time here , forget it. You don’t have peace in this hotel.

Nice experience at the hotel. After 9 there was no restaurant but we were able to use Thuisbezorg and get our food delivered to the hotel. The service at the hotel were really helpful.

So far I'm disappointed. Definitely they need to improve organization. 3 times they sent me there and back. (I'm disposal men just aftervoperation. Not prepared a key on time (bracelet). Still I can't reserve my activities myself. There is no WIfi or it is terrible quality in the rooms. There is no water pool in the hotel ( no clear information on the page). it looks booking.com customers are treated worse ...

The rooms are warm, the interior is outdated and the breakfast was a disaster. Dirty cutlery, no allergy information for the dishes (if the dishes or ingredients were even available since most of them weren't). Staff is friendly though, so I'll give it 2 stars instead of 1 star. We won't be coming back.

Good hotel just on a beach for family holidays. There is a small aqua-park in about 300 meters from the hotel, costs included into the room price. Also many entertainments available nearby: bowling, big tennis, bars and restaurants. Usually each day near the hotel a mobile restaurant with seafood works.

Great place for kids. Really something for everyone in the family. Close to the beach and a closed safe environment for the little ones to run around. Basically no traffic outside of bikes. Cars are allowed in to unload bags, then must park in a separate lot.

We had a bad experience with Airbnb and this place saved us, last minute reservation at the beach, couldn't have been luckier, to add to that the rooms are super comfortable for a couple, we got a beautiful view to the ocean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

All good for the expection except for water running down and in from the Windows in the winter . Floor get wet . But it was quite stormy and rain. . . Pool is not on the actual building but it is worth to visit.

Receptionist who work there are very unfriendly, who don’t know what service means. The rooms are very old, with windows where water is dripping all over the ground. A lot of people had to clean it with their towels . Playing ground area closing at 18 and many parents didn’t have how to entertain their children’s. breakfast not abundant with vegetables served from other days. One day there were black berries for kids and the other days not anymore. They didn’t buy anymore.We were very disappointed for this hotel as we wanted to have nice holidays in family.we will not be back. Is such a pity because location is great but the people make it the worst experience ever.

The problem was with food, hotel's restaurant was closed, so we needed to find something to eat. Another thing was reception that didn't tell us about anything, where is the pool, where we can eat, about not disterbing us by house keepers. And finally they forgot about our parking ticket, so we needed to come back to the reception to get a right one. Apart from that reception staff was.ok snd the room clean.

Only seaview rooms ! Nice hotel with a great view of the sea !
